Got immediate confirmations of the booking, pick-ups, drop-offs, direct phone number and name of the driver to am facilitate communication. Clean and new MB luxury party van was provided. Highly recommend and will use again.

I hired Alliance for my granddaughter's 16th birthday. The grand and nine of her friends were taking the 10 person limo to an event downtown. I expected a very nice and very clean limo and got both. I expected a nice driver too but our driver, Jared I believe, was next level. He was so funny and personable that my girls were still singing his praises days later. It's great to expect and receive good service. It's awesome when that good service goes above and beyond!

On point and great prices. The driver arrived early just to make sure we get to the airport on time. Service was absolutely top notch from start to finish. This is coming from a guy who has dealt with other limo companies. The car was a bit old but it was great.

Alliance once again proved that great service is still available. This time a family vacation with 5 grandchildren and a total of 11 people. We had some last minute changes and needed car seats and all went smooth as silk. This is the company to use for all car service.

Could not be happier with Alliance Limo service, we hired them for my daughter's prom, the driver Jared was super professional, punctual and very nice. The car was sparkling clean and new. He drove our teenagers to the prom and made us feel very comfortable, assuring that he will do a great job taking them there and driving back, and he did! They are also reasonably priced, comparing to other services. Highly recommend this company

They are professional and the cars are very clean. I recommend them to anyone with luxury transportation needs. Their fleet assisted my company with a large contract and it went very smoothly. Im unsure what these other reviews are referring to, but the cars are all spotless. We used the Mercedes Sprinter and their stretch. Both vehicles looked brand new.

Black Lincoln Navigator TCP 14566 today on PCH to 10 West tailgating and swerving lanes. Very dangerous in a 6000 lb tall vehicle. Someone needs to let CA Public Utilities Commission know. An accident waiting to happen. Driver was in his late 40's/early 50's short black hair, skinny.

Company needs to get control of who is driving TCP14566, they are dangerous, cutting people off, swerving around cars that go "too slow" for them & speeding. I see this isn't the only negative review of this particular driver.they are not doing the company any favors.

Lincoln Navigator Stretch limo TCP 14566 almost ran me off the road! He was goin well over 85mph Not acceptable!

Asked these guys for champaign, a baloon or two. They went beyond 1 baloon. Driver was cool, knows the city.

Great service. Called the night before to schedule a car service for the next morning. Our driver was early, attentive and brought us to the airport on time. Price were competitive to other services, if i could take 1/2 a star away i would just for the price. I think they should have a service 1 scale lower than what we got, otherwise fantastic!

Used this fleet last week. They did everything I asked and more. Very clean rides! Great team of guys running this place and driving.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! The drivers do not know how to drive and wear way too much cologne. The first driver who picked me up had no idea how to get to LAX! He could barely read a Nav system. The second driver took his foot on and off the gas the entire way so after a 12 hour flight I was more car sick on the way to my house then I was in the plane!

They also have TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Albert acts like he is doing you a favor by using his service. I have been using their car service for over 2 years and Albert told me he just got a new SUV so I requested it. He unfortunately left out the part that it was $210 dollars! Instead of crediting me back he said he would take me to court for $100 dollars. Wow.

This guy doesn't know how to run a business. Albert - the customer is always right! WORST CAR SERVICE EVER! DO NOT USE THEM! Albert- I am your client not my husband. I book the car for him and he never complains about anything. He would take a ride on a camel and never mention a thing. I've been getting the same rate for a pick up for 2 years.

You mentioned you bought a new SUV and asked if we wanted it but never said it would be double the price. Not very bright of you when a customer is paying the same rate for two years to charge them double when it was you who told me you had a new car! Then when I called to complain today, instead of being smart and refunding the $100 for the misunderstanding you told me it was too bad and not to use your service again. What a way to treat your loyal customers! You lost my business as well as my husband's. Just over all bad business. Shame on you!

I've had limo services before with other places, but they are the best. The girl Anna who helped us was amazing. She was professional, very kind and she helped me with all my questions I threw at her. The driver was very nice, helped with my luggage, always had a smile and was very punctual. I definitely recommend Alliance for your next even or even for a trip. Two thumbs way up! Never will I go to another company!

I heard about Alliance Limo from a friend and booked a limo for my friends bachelor party to Vegas. We got a good rate, had no problems and the driver was cool. I'd use them again for sure.

My husband and I had a very good experience with Alliance Limo. We had an SUV pick us up and drive us to LAX. The driver was very nice and punctual, which I appreciate. We got 15% off with the summer deal we found on line. All around great experience, I'd highly recommend them!

These guys have TERRIBLE customer service. I am a part of one of their corporate accounts and they have "changed" their reservation policy such that you have to call them only a week in advance to reserve cars. Not only that, when I called their customer service, the guy said that he was "confused" the whole time! I tried to speak slower, but to no avail.

I am doing anything in my power to make sure that we don't use these folks again! There are plenty of car service people out there that would want my work's business!

I have used these guys a lot and they are never late and are always professional and fast. I do all my ordering on their awesome app. They are now my car service for all airport trips etc. Oh and their prices are really fair and best I've found.

I have used them for last minute car service bookings and they have provided me drivers within 10 minutes of calling. Everything always goes smoothly and the cars and drivers are top of the line. Alliance's prices are competitive and are probably the best that you will be able to find with the service that they provide.

My boss needed a car to take his wife to a concert for a special night of wining and dining and fun. His review of this car service was very good. he said the driver even acted as security in a bad neighborhood when his wife had to use the restroom at a public facility. I guess you could say they made 'me look good since I made the arrangements.
