Our Wedding limo service Chicago Packages include new vehicles, and you can choose whether you want the vehicle to be black or white. Also included in the Wedding Package are luxury amenities such as chilled champagne, refreshments, decorations and a red carpet. The one and two hour Lincoln Limousine transportation service include refreshments.
The reasons to rent the cool ride that is the Party Bus are many-fold, but the first and foremost is that no matter the occasion, when there is a larger group of people everyone gets to stick together throughout. Terrible customer service. I booked a one way limo online last week for my best friends bachelorette party. This morning I woke up to a cancellation email. I called customer service and he said "I don't know why it let you book, we have no vehicles available". That was it. No apology or offer to help me find something else. This leaves me extremely stressed trying to find a ride with less than a week to go.

WORST SERVICE! DO NOT HIRE THEM. Our driver did not even know how to operate the doors. He left all the groomsmen and three piece suit standing in 90° weather outside while it took him 10 minutes to learn how to operate the doors. Then the driver shut the door on one of our guests. He made no efforts in showing the bridal party how to use any of the controls on the bus at all.
No music no comfort nothing. When the groomsmen finally entered the party bus the air conditioning was not on. Overheating in 3 piece suits. Not a single drink was cold. They were all warm, there was no ice, the champagne, the beer everything was warm. The sound system did not work and would not pair with anyone's bluetooth. When he arrived at the church with the groomsmen the driver did not know of his driving schedule. Luckily the groom realized that the driver was not making any efforts to move the party bus and reminded him that he had to go pick up the bride and the bridesmaids next.
Us bridesmaids would have been left stranded without a ride had the groom not notice that the driver was unaware of his schedule. When the bridesmaids boarded the party bus, we were greeted with a big garbage can in the doorway. He made no effort in getting out of the driver's seat to remove it. The driver was unfamiliar with any of the controls on the bus.

This weekend was my wedding day which was suppose to be care free and the best day of my life. Thanx to W Limo it was chaotic and full of drama. We had booked the party bus for 3 hrs. First hr to take us to the church, next to take us to the photo location and finally to the banquet. The drivers notify us that our time is almost over. I didn't understand so I told them our contract has a drop off and then pick up at another location.
I spoke to Eva who told me it's a continuous 3 hr booking. I had communicated with someone named Alex this whole time. I have screenshots of my conversations asking Alex if what I needed was possible. She never said that it would be a 6 hr booking or that what I asked couldn't be done. I sent specific locations and specific time for that location.
They charged an additional $1104 because they kept their bus there parked. The drivers were really nice nothing against them. Management in this company is horrible. They overbooked their buses and expect the customer to pay the price. I spoke with them today and they are saying something completely different. This company is trying to "update" the contract to their liking which is fraud and charging unauthorized amounts which is also fraud.
Save yourself a headache and DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! UPDATE: On top of everything they are trying to silence my guests who were also on the party bus and dealt with this whole depocal. You will not solve anything by reporting the people that were on the bus, hence dealt with the BS you have put us through. They were witnesses to it all. Reporting people for speaking their minds and honest take is ridiculous. Again DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM.

This company was hired for my sisters wedding for which an itinerary was given to them with times and they sent over a contract with the start times but no end time. Come the day of the wedding the drivers tell us while we are trying to take pictures at the church they were leaving. The bus took us to the second destination and banquet hall but now this company is charging us an extra 1104 we never agreed to. Not only did they cause stress to my pregnant sister on the day of her wedding but now they want to commit fraud by sending us an "updated" contract to terms we didn't agree to. Just a reminder misrepresenting terms not agreed upon is called fraud and we can easily prove it with the contract that was sent to us.
Do not use this company as they are willing to change terms during your special event and are willing to commit fraud when being told that a charge will be disputed that was not agreed to. (Update) so they responded to my sisters review saying they have everything recorded and contract saved. I invite them to show me the contract they have and the time stamp and the one we have that has no end time and nothing about being a 3 hour charters. Saturday 10/10/20 was suppose to be a smooth day but with this service it was a complete nightmare. My wife in the middle of our special day had to explain to management how our contract was laid out and tried to explain that they couldn't leave 30 ppl stranded because their employee didn't book their party bus efficiently. There definitely was a misunderstanding and it was on your end. No where in the contract we were provided does it say the end time is 3:30 in fact we also have the screenshots of our conversations with Alex detailing the itinerary for the party bus. The fact that no one wanted to get off the bus is a LIE. Our guests took everything off because we instructed them another bus would come for us.
We have phone records showing we did not receive calls after the initial agreement to take my party to the 3rd location and leave them there. We also have pictures showing the drivers on their phones in no rush to leave to attend any other wedding. That's right you did not change the contract because my wife called Alex and had a heated discussion.
Where she stated she was going to send an updated contract and my wife denied said updated contract. You can not expect us to pay for something that one was not explain and two were not agreed upon. The way that this company handles business was the ultimate buzz kill on my best friend's wedding day. She expressed her exact needs to this company. They sent her the itinerary and a contract that, by the way, didn't even have an end time. Come the big day, we were threatened to be left at the church because they had another wedding to go to. After conversation with an upset, pregnant, bride they said that they were going to rectify the situation. and now they are sending an updated contract with terms nobody agreed to AFTER charging them additional fees that once again, NOBODY agreed to.
I mean, why should they be charged extra (over $1,000) for mismanagement on their end. & I must say that the cherry on top has been their lack of accountability. You can see it in the way they respond to any bad review. Publicly GASLIGHTING anyone who had anything but a "great" experience with them. I myself will never do business with them and make sure everyone I know knows the story of how that day went.

I just needed to come and share our experience with this service. Absolutely horrible! My friend was so excited about her big day that COVID almost ruined. The original hall canceled on her and there was fear that the church would not allow the ceremony. After finding a new hall and getting the green light from the church, you would think the last thing she would have to worry about was having herself and her bridal party stranded at the church!

I forgot to book my ride when on business trip to Chicago, and realized that just after i landed. Not long after calling them the driver was on spot ready to help with my bags and take me to my hotel. Very courteous and professional service, i even got a bottle of water from the driver. You guys are great!

W Limo transported the bridal party for our wedding day from the hotel to pictures and picked us up at the end of the night. Our driver was on time and the limo was clean. We had a pretty short trip to get around but it was nice to not have to worry about transportation. At the end of the night we got picked up and the driver was able to make another trip to pick up our family at the end of the night which we really appreciated.

We used W Limo to take us down to Wrigley Field for a concert. It was the cheapest rates we could find and dealing with their customer service team was so easy. Our limo was beautiful and our driver Marius was so nice and attentive. He let us keep our cooler in the car for after the concert too, & once we got back in the limo afterwards, there was our cooler again! Great company, great drivers and beautiful cars. Highly recommend!

Please do not book W Limo. We rented a 20 passenger stretch limo. Day of the wedding the driver showed up in 90 degree weather with a limo with no working AC. After our ceremony we were supposed to go to a nearby park to take photos and the limo was supposed to be waiting to take us. We got outside to find no limo waiting. Driver finally showed up 15-minutes late with a trolly.
We completed an itinerary with the addresses, pick up, drop off times, etc prior so they could have all the information they needed to make the day go smoothly. However, the driver didn't have any of the information. My husband had to use his gps and stand up front to navigate the driver to the destination. Spoke with the owner after the wedding to let him know how many issues we experienced.
Instead of an apology, we were told the AC not working was an act of god, lol and he argued that the driver was not late that day. I spent half of my honeymoon going back and forth with W Limo. I would highly recommend you don't book them. Save yourself the headache and book elsewhere.

I used W-Limo for my wedding and they were great! I only needed them for a pick-up and drop-off for the wedding party to the ceremony and they were the best priced that I found. They were very fast in responding to e-mails which was a huge help when I was doing all the planning. The driver was great, we were running a little late and he was very patient and waited for us without complaint. I was very happy with the whole experience!

We used W-limo for our wedding on July 3rd and for the most part were extremely happy. The only thing that was slightly off was apparently the driver didn't know what the itinerary was for him to pick up the groom's side so they had to find their own ride to get to the wedding hall on time. Once the managers were made aware they did everything they could to correct it and treated us amazing. I do highly recommend w-limo. The party bus was so much fun and everyone loved it.

Keep looking. We bought the package that included exterior decor, champagne, beer and water. We only got the champagne. The DVD player also did not work, so we were unable to play the music video playlist a friend made for us. Additionally, the driver got lost trying to pick us up in the Loop when we got done taking pictures, causing us to arrive to our reception late.
I get it. Stuff happens. As a company, when you get an upset customer, you apologize and try to make the situation right. My husband complained about the service; they were unapologetic, and the only consolation they offered was not charging us overtime for arriving to our reception a half hour after planned. (Yes, if you read the previous paragraph, you'll realize the reason why we were late was because their driver.) After our honeymoon, my husband and I began writing reviews for our wedding vendors.
He gave them a poor rating on WeddingWire and Yelp. Shortly after, they called him, asking him to take down the review, saying they would charge us the $250 in overtime. He did not take it down, and later that day saw the $250 charge on the card. I work in public relations/marketing, and I have NEVER seen a more unethical social media strategy. Blackmailing your unhappy customers to pipe down is a new low. Thus, I feel a responsibility to share this story wherever I can to warn other couples. I don't doubt the authenticity of the positive reviews. I'm suggesting there might be more to W-Limo's story that they don't want you to hear.

This was my first time utilizing the services of a limousine. I chose W-Limo for my wedding after several weeks of research based on reviews, ratings, pricing, and the customer service I experience. I worked with Vince on setting up the type of ride/experience that I wanted. The price I was quoted, was the price that I paid. Our driver showed up early, took care of our baggage and delivered us safely to our destination in pouring rain so strong, I don't know how he saw anything in front of him.
The only small negative that comes to mind is our driver being very impatient as we were running behind. He did make an additional stop for us and was very courteous in his service. The vehicle itself was very clean and comfortable. I will definitely consider utilizing W-Limo's services in the future.

We hired W-Limo for our wedding on 10/17/15. These guys are freaking awesome! Communication was prompt throughout the entire process and they were always quick and willing to make any last minute changes to our itinerary (and you know there's always last minutes changes when it comes to weddings!). Our driver Scott was awesome! Super friendly and got us to where we needed to go on time.
He even took the time to research our photo location stops after the church ceremony to ensure that he knew exactly where to take us. He even helped keep us on schedule during the photo shoot by keeping track of time. Great communication, prompt and awesome service! The limo bus was AWESOME! Super classy looking and decked out on the inside, drinks were provided and Scott showed us how to operate the sound system for some tunes on the way to each stop. Sean from W-Limo was great to work with throughout the process of selecting and booking wedding day transportation. He was very responsive and patient as we asked for various quotes, booked a town car, and continued to inquire about other possibilities. On the wedding day, our driver was on-time at the church in a beautiful and clean vehicle, dressed professionally, and very accommodating as he drove us between our photography and reception venues. We loved the service and would recommend them to anyone in the future!

My wife and I chose W-Limo based on reviews from The Knot. Picking wedding vendors can feel like trying to drink from a fire hose, but we really lucked out with W-Limo. The reservation process went very smoothly, and it was always pretty easy to reach their office either through email or phone calls. Even when we had to do a bit of back-and-forth to iron out the exact schedule, they were always professional (even when I probably sounded strung-out).
On the day of the wedding, our limo arrived on-time, and the driver was very professional. We had a crossover-style stretch limo and it fit the 9 people in the bridal party very comfortably. Our ring bearer also got a kick out of the control panel that operated the mood lighting. I highly recommend these guys.
