We booked their flagship bus "Diablo" for a bachelor party trip to New Orleans. We were paying top dollar for the nicest bus. The trip over there was great. Upon pickup the A/C on the bus allegedly broke down so they picked us up in their stretch white Ford Dually. The A/C was broken in this limo too and we were cramed in there with our luggage. We had no choice but to ride back.
We sweated the 6hrs back to Houston and the seats weren't meant for long travel so my back was killing me. The owner credited $500 back but we paid $1600 for the trip back alone ($3200 total). He charged us $1100 for a limo with no A/C and wasn't the right size for our group and not meant for the travel we requested. The owner wouldn't do anything else as he thought he was doing us a favor by crediting the $500. He is a thief and a jerk. Be warned before booking they will bait and switch vehicles.
