Reggie provided me with top notch service for my bachelorette party on Saturday, March 4 2017. He was extremely professional and punctual. He arrived a few minutes before the scheduled time and at each location, he picked us up on time and dropped off us on time. We never had to wait one single second for him to arrive. The party bus was also extremely clean and nice. All of my friends loved the party bus and we had a fantastic night, which was in part due to Reggie and the excellent customer service he provided.

Just want to send out a great big thank you to Capital City Limousine for coordinating the perfect limo mini bus for my July 4th party. Your service was prompt for both pick up and drop off. Your final bill was completely in line with our service estimate and your customer service perfect. When needing limo services while in D.C. simply call CCL direct. Don't use an on-line limo reservation service. Reggie and staff will work with you and explain everything in detail. Thanks again.

DO NOT USE THEM! Left high and dry! I had friends and family coming in from out of town and reserved a limo a week in advanced to see the town. The day before, I even called to confirm that the reservation was all set. It was and I had an email receipt and reservation number. Well, they were supposed to be here at 6:30 on Saturday. When they weren't there by 6:35, I called them.
He said it would be "15 minutes - the driver is stuck in traffic". An hour later when the driver still wasn't there, the driver told me he was just told about the reservation at 7:00 (a half an hour AFTER he was supposed to be here.) To make a long story short, I kept being told "15 more minutes". After TWO HOURS, I get a call from the driver saying "he couldn't do it - sorry".
The owner basically just made excuses and didn't seem too concerned about this since he would be refunding me. Thank God it wasn't my wedding or something! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. There is a reason they give cheaper quotes than most.
