I've been using Advance for more than 20 years and have been satisfied with every driver and experience I've had. The drivers are always prompt and courteous, and the vehicles are always clean. I know I will always arrive safely and on time to my destination. Forever my go-to when looking for a car/limo service!

I wouldn't advise using Advance Limousine Services, they are very unprofessional and will not admit to their mistakes. I had previously used them for transportation to and from JFK on long term trips and had no problems with them. However, on the last two trips I've had horrible experiences. For a return flight from LAX on 11/29/15, the driver wasn't on time and was at the wrong terminal.
I had to wait 45 mins at the airport because they did not actively monitor the arrival time of my flight and made it appear as my fault for the delay in my pick up. Secondly, on 1/3/16 Vinny Comunale the owner of the company booked the wrong pick up day and wanted to still charge me for his mistake even though the return flight information I provided him was correct.
Instead of scheduling pick up for 1/4/16 he scheduled it for 1/3/16. After trying to discuss the issue reasonably with Vinny he became very irate, disrespectful and started cussing at me when I told him I disagreed with the charges. He told me he already had my credit card and was going to charge me anyway and there was nothing I could do and that the mistake was my fault.
He also threatened to cancel the rescheduled reservation I had booked for 1/4 to try and make good, cussed me out and hung up the phone before I could respond. I had to dispute the charge with American Express as an unauthorized charge, which they refunded the amount. I also had to add a merchant block on on my account to prevent Advance Limo Services from being able to charge my card again. I will NEVER do business with them again. Save yourself the headache as there are better car service companies in Fairfield county. Try Rudy's or Flye Time.
