Corporate Limousine Service

Although I wasn't able to rent a limo from them, I wanted to praise the customer service Mr. Ting provided. If he doesn't have something available in, he'll try and go as far as reaching out to others to find something and stay in contact. Respectable service!

We feel ripped off. My daughter paid a driver tip twice.once in the original set up and once to the driver. We go no help from the company when we tried to get this resolved.

Really bad service gave the the wrong limo on the day of my quinceanera. I reserved a SUV limo that fits up to 14 passengers and gave me a 10 passenger limo. I called right away and told me that when I called to reserve the limo he hold me the prices of the 10 passenger limo. First of all why would he give me the prices of a limo I didn't even want. Second of all it's non refundable! And third of all there was NO drinks. I do not recommend.

I used Black Tie Limousine for my bachelorette party 3 years ago and enjoyed them so much I booked them again for My sisters bachelorette party. Reasonable pricing with outstanding drivers, and very nice buses. Bob, our driver, was so nice and patient with us - as was Ryan 3 years ago. I would recommend this company over and over again.

I got married this last weekend and we used Black Tie Limo as our driving service for the wedding party. I worked with John over the phone who is an EXCELLENT guy! Very friendly and reassuring. Gave us a great deal. On the day of, we had Bob as our driver. He was prompt, a total sweetheart, and very accommodating. I work for a company that occasionally uses limo services- I will DEFINITELY be using Black Tie Limo for all of my future rides!

Limo was immaculate! Driver (Chase) was super professional, bent over backwards to ensure the large birthday party we were in got to where we needed to be on time. John & Dave are great to work with. Second time I've used their service, by far the most flexible and best bang for the buck I've ever spent on limos. Highly recommended!

We used them for a gala event. They negotiated a good price and were more than accommodating to our group. Our driver was courteous, on time to pick us up and back and the vehicle was very clean. I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

My friend Ella had her wedding last weekend. She rented a limousine for a girl's night before the wedding. It was from Black Tie Limousine. The car was clean and comfy, the driver was polite. Nothing more we could ask for. An awesome experience.

I rented a limo from Black Tie for my mom and dad's anniversary. The manager guy, I think his name was John, bent over backwards to make it a great experience for them. The driver was courteous and professional and very pleasant. Overall, a great experience for them.

We had a great experience with Black Tie for our daughters wedding. John the manager and Chris (our driver) were very professional and courteous. John made it easy for us to choose the right limousine and book our event. Chris was very attentive to detail as we had many stops and he was very helpful in meeting our schedule without any problems. I have recommended Black Tie to family and friends and recommend it to anyone looking for a top notch limousine experience.
