Worst service in the whole universe. SCAMMERS! I wish I had read these reviews before. My husband booked this limo and the experience with this company was traumatizing. Half an hour from when the limo was supposed to pick us up, someone called and said the ac was broken and they wanted to send a SUV (charging the limo's price) my husband negotiated and they ended up telling us they will give us an update.
The update showed up 30min late: a bigger limo with no ac, hot water to drink - 100F outside, old, seats falling apart and the most rude driver I've ever met in my life. Driver got lost and we ended up staying in that limo for 2h30, lost half of the event. Driver refused to drive anywhere to pick us up (despite having a kid with a broken foot) and you have to beg him to do it.
When he finally decides to pick you up, he drives to a sketchy gas station in the middle of nowhere, stop the car and refuses to drive if you don't go to the atm machine and get some cash for him. We gave him the payment in cash and the company still charged my husband's credit card THREE times. They should be out of business, this is completely insanely criminal.

DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!THEY ARE SCAMMERS! They send you a picture of a nice limo but you get a broken down one. One with dents, bumper falling off, tardy driver, tissues inside the vents, and seats coming off the car. My wife, daughter, sister in law, mother in law, and several others rented a limo for the Dua Lipa concert in Washington DC. The driver was late and came with a broken down limo.
I happened to be walking my dogs when it pulled it. I thought my wife was being punked. After the show, the crew had to walk several blocks to the limo. What kind of limo service does not pick up in front of the venue? A shady one is the answer. Because of this and the limo not being able to drive over 40 mph they went over their time and were charged an additional $150. WTF? I REPEAT, DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE! You have been warned.

During the D.C. snow storm of 2022, I was stuck at Dulles airport as my plane was diverted from Reagan, a mere 20 minutes from my house. I could not find a car, no lyft or ride share available. I was able to secure a comfortable and well serviced ride, my driver Zaur drove safely and I made it home in style. Thanks you all!

The driver provided excellent service, and our group really appreciated him. He went above and beyond and accommodated every wish for my daughter's 18th birthday. The hummer limo was fantastic, too! What a fun vehicle! My daughter and her guests had the absolute best time. Thank you very much for everything, making her celebration so special!

I booked a 25 person Party Bus within a week of my event. Initially, I was really happy with service as I was able to find a bus last minute. On the day of, my bus arrived 20 minutes late because it was waiting at the wrong location. When it finally arrived, it was an old purple school bus with advertisements all over the side. I realized I was only shown interior pictures for a reason.
That being said, the inside was an updated party bus with seats facing inward, and we had a great time. The driver told me that I had 5 hours from his pick up time as he arrived late. When we got back, I was charged $289 for going 20 minutes "over" my original drop off time. I immediately contacted the company and was told they would check with their manager regarding refund.
That was almost 2 weeks ago, and after three more follow up emails, they are still ignoring me. As I said, we had a good time, but be careful because you will be charged for their mistakes!

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I called to get a car to take me to the airport. I received a quote both online and over the phone for 168 dollars. After I signed the shady looking contract and sent over pictures of my credit card and ID (I know I'm dumb) suddenly the price was tripled to 475. I called and talked to the SAME MAN who originally told me 168.
And he basically told me to fuck myself. Anyways long story short got another ride from the STL Shuttle company and was picked up in a Black SUV, professional looking man, car completely to myself for 150 bucks. Don't go anywhere near these guys they don't even own any limos.

Unprofessional, 45 min late for airport pick up in Dallas and told the driver went to wrong address, then wrong terminal. No refund on cost or tip that they charge up front. They asked for cash payment after the initial deposit, I guess one way to not be out money, but doesn't seem business legit. They will say sorry as they hang up on you. Never had such a bad experience with hiring driver until now.

VERY VERY BAD. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I wish there was a -5 rating on this rating. These guys are theives. No business Ethics. No customer service. No professionalism. I rented a stretched limo 2 weeks back. First the limo came 15 mins late. They didnt even bother to inform they are getting late. I had to call them. Then the ac was not working the limo.
It was 100 deg outside. We went to dc in the limo and the limo borke in dc. The breaks were not working. We had to rent a uber and come back home. Paid 50$ for that. I called the company and first he said he will give 50$. r u kidding me. Then after 10 calls they agreed to give 150 back. and that never came. I called like 20 times and fianlly gave up.
I will make sure I inform everyone I know on this planet to not use this company. And I am filing a report with better business bureu. Will make sure these guys dont get any busienss :

Very disappointed in this company. My friend was getting married and reserved a limo after the reception. They first cancelled the original limo because of some sort of breakdown. Mentioned they'd send a party bus instead that never showed. The next day, Nationwide offered just a refund and no additional payment or benefit as a sorry for unexpectedly canceling.

Horrible Limo Service, does not deserve even one star. This company basically ruined our wedding. We had the perfect wedding from start until the end until the limo that we were supposed to get did NOT arrive. They said it was due to their car breaking down and they could not fix it. What kind of company has a fleet of limos that break down and not have a backup?
It was supposed to be our wonderful ending to our amazing wedding instead it was ruined. We had our wedding in a secluded area and knew that there were barely any Lyft or Uber around so we booked the limo in advance so it can take us home and drop off the wedding party and our parents. Instead the Limo didn't show up, we were stranded there for over 3 hours trying to get Lyfts and Ubers.
The best they can do is just refund the full amount. That is just not acceptable for ruining our wedding, having people stranded and having our parents who are old not getting home until 1 am in the morning. Not a professional company either. I called the company to discuss and they said they can have a manager call when the person is back in the office in an hour. 3 hours later no call.
I called again and they said the manager is on another call and will call back right after that one is done. 2 hours later still no call. I called again and they said the manager left the office. If they have a dissatisfied customer calling multiple times to talk to a manager and the manager leaves without even calling me back, what does that say about the company? They dont care about the people just the money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL REGRET IT.

We used this transportation company for our chain restaurant progressive dinner. We started at Applebee's for drinks and apps, then went to Olive Garden for dinner, and finished the night at Cheesecake Factory for dessert. I want to thank Khan, our amazing driver, for making this event flow so smoothly! He was super prompt, unbelievably accommodating, and very kind!
We had a blast and we owe it all to Khan at Nationwide (and our favorite chain restaurants, of course). The bus condition was perfect, the party bus lights were so lit, and the price was right! The service was OK. We rented a 15 passenger party bus. The bus wasn't as posh as I'd hoped and was very outdated. For instance, we could not listen to music because the music system neither has Bluetooth nor can it be paired with an iPhone. Secondly, the seats had tears in them, and the floors were all scratched up. The driver was pleasant and did a great job navigating. He was also on-time. However, as a bottom line, I will not be using this company again because of the low quality of the vehicle.

If I can do zero, I would. Let's cut to the chase and get to the problems for my wedding - came 15 minutes LATE to pick the bride (me) and bridal party. No call or anything - the limo HAD NO AIR CONDITIONING, in August? yeah, what the hell?!? - the limo driver had no idea where to drop us off at the ceremony and had no idea where the reception was. Truly disappointing.

I used this limo service for my wedding. The process to book a limo and make a reservation was simple and the price was very reasonable. However, the day of the wedding, the limo driver arrived about 15 - 20 minutes after his scheduled arrival time to pick up the bride and the bridal party. The reason the driver gave for arriving late was that he was "stuck in traffic".
After the wedding ceremony was done, the agreement was for the driver to take the bridal party to the reception. The ride from the ceremony to the reception was awful - the air conditioning in the vehicle was very poor. Air was blowing out of the AC system, however it wasn't cold air. In regular traffic, it should have taken about 20 - 30 minutes to drive from the ceremony to the reception. However, it took the driver about 45 minutes to make the trip.
The driver made a wrong turn at the beginning of the trip, he chose to exit off the interstate and took us through a residential neighborhood, and he even passed the reception facility and had to turn around (which added about 10 minutes to our trip - in a car with practically no air conditioning in the middle of an August summer day). There was no explanation from the driver as to the unnecessary detours and the conditions of the vehicle with no air conditioning was not pleasant at all!

If a problem or question ever arises, Azam is quick to work with customer & work out any issues &/or explain any charges. I have found Nationwide Fleet/limo drivers safe & polite to work with overall & I have used the service on many occasions over the years!
I understand that Nationwide has expanded their business & now includes: auto insurance, homeowners' insurance, loans, etc, .(Some trip charges were high & had to be discussed & removed from my credit card.)

It looks like the manager reached out to my friend and they were able to discuss the situation and reach a compromise. That's great! I appreciate professionalism and companies reaching out to their customers when they realize they had an experience that wasn't so great. As I said earlier, the party bus was indeed a blast with setbacks. Now I know, however, that if anything ever goes south again and I am the one in charge of planning a party bus for a bunch of friends that I have the manager and customer service to back me up!

Really appreciated my experience. I asked for a quote online, received a call within the hour. He sent me my quote and reference number and someone asked to schedule the actual ride. I gave them my payment ahead of time, a deposit first, then the full payment before the ride. Tax/Tip were included, so I didn't have to worry about paying the day of the ride!
I let them know that I would be getting picked up at Union Station, gave them my train information, and were flexible when my train was late. My driver was really courteous, he let me know exactly where he would be able to pick me up, with landmarks and everything. The car was clean and the ride was smooth. Will definitely be using this service again!
