I wanted to take a minute to say how pleased I was with my airport transfer to and from my cruise ship this week. I was lucky enough to get Earl both ways. He was polite, knowledgeable about the area and went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable on our trip. He is truly a great asset to your team.

My team had such a fantastic experience working with Academy. Our Sales Coordinator, Fallon Roller, answered all of my questions promptly and was always available to help me troubleshoot. Our driver, Fabre, was kind, professional, a safe and efficient driver, perfectly on time, reliable, and a pleasure to work with. Thank you Academy for being such a trustworthy company and for ensuring that our corporate outing was executed perfectly. I greatly appreciate your services!

Great evening. 3 Buses last evening for terrific Williams Island trip to Miami Beach New World Symphony. Good drivers, wifi, had it all.

Our driver dropped us off at the wrong location to be picked up by the hotel. We tried to tell him. He made us walk an 1/2 mile.

Upper management doesn't take care of its employees and it shows the quality of care and ownership in their work. If the employees were treated fairly and equally maybe they would strive for better quality across the board. It's sad to see the GM's treat and talk to their employees like a doormat.

One of the worst complaints too work for and be Associated wit.

I was a rider on the bus to Epcot and back for day trip. On the way up the driver was all over the road. We had a scheduled bathroom stop and another adult went to purchase coffee for the driver. Hmmm I wonder why. The air conditioning would run for about 1 minute then shut off for about 10. The driver had to pull over twice for an unknown reason, he turned the power off to the whole bus then started the engine again racing the engine and then proceeded with the trip.

That was the way up. On the way back it was no better. Had to stop twice again on the Turnpike and shut the power down and the AC was still not functioning properly making the ride home miserable. I'm glad I don't plan on being on a charter bus any time soon.
