Do not use as they cannot be counted on to honor their reservation. I booked a 3 hour limo for my mothers surprise 90th birthday Saturday October 10th. Mike called me 48 hours before the event and said he had a problem. He extended the time for our limo to a party using the limo before us. I booked the limo 2-3 weeks prior and mike didn't mention any conflicts at that time. Mike referred me to elegant limo and said to call them.
I felt mike should have handled the whole transfer. I called Elegant Limo and made a reservation. They did not show up on Saturday which I wrote in my review on Elegant Limo.

From the time I decided to hire this company for my wedding, I have had nothing but good things to say. Susana took my reservation and gladly explained their rates and the type of limos they had to offer. I had to change our time and a few minor details and again Susana helped with this. The day of my wedding, the limo showed up early in a beautiful, white limo with Tony as our driver. Tony was extremely nice and accommodating to all of my guests. I would definitely recommend this company in the future. Thanks for making our day special!

Called into this Limo service because I heard good things! Received a much different experience! I called to get rates, and to find out more about my experience of a lifetime. The owner (Mike) was extremely rude and abrasive. I had a bad experience once before and was really hopefully that he could show that this is the best limo service in town, boy was I wrong.
He comes off as your money is the only thing that is important to him and can careless what he offers for it. I come from the service industry and have NEVER been talked to in that manner. If you are looking for cheap and quick. He is probably your guy.but dont forget, you get what you pay for!;-/

Don't bother. Terribly run and no customer service skills or business savvy. We had reservations well in advance. When limo was 1/2hr late, we called. They couldn't get in touch with the driver, so they said "we should just cancel." Twenty mins into our drive to our evening, the driver called to tell us he was in front of our house. We explained he was an hour late and we'd already left and he said he didn't know why since "he'd been up the road the whole time." We called the office to let them know their driver wasn't hurt (their stated concern), and they said "he must have dozed off and forgotten to show up." No offers to make things right with us or keep our business, just a half-apology.
Everything about working with them was unpleasant. When we called the restaurant where we had reservations, the restaurant staff didn't even blink at the change because "they hear this a lot." Maybe the restaurant should remove this crappy company from their recommended list. Ugh. Just found out they still charged us for their crappy non-service. Don't use this company unless you need drama and hassle.
