Scheduled a pick up the day before for 5:15 am. I was assured that they would be there and on time. The driver never showed up and when I called the service the operator said no one would be available for 1/2 hour. Too late because I needed to get to the airport. Used Uber it was cheaper and arrived in 8 minutes. Then the sedan service called me an hour later stating they were in their way. I was already at the airport and heading to my gate. Don't count on them. They didn't even apologize!
