Excellent service once again from A1A Airport & Limousine Service. Our driver, who was professional and pleasant, was waiting in Baggage Claim when we arrived. The vehicle was immaculate and very comfortable after our long flight. Highly recommend.

A1A has been our limo service of choice for years, they are always on time and the cars are amazing. The dispatch is always there to answer your question. Their communication emails regarding your bookings are precise and they reconfirm everything. I highly recommend them.

The best service anyone could ask for. The vehicles were supper clean. The drivers were polite, on time, helped with our luggage. I am going to be a future customer for sure. My go to limousine service. 24 hours the phone is answered, by a polite employee. They took my wife and I to Fort Lauderdale airport, with a return trip after midnight, back to Boca Raton. The best!

A1A was the first company to respond; they did so quickly and included the quote for their services (which ended up being 100% accurate - no hidden anything). Communicating with them after I booked was just as easy, fast and professional. They were very patient with me when I had questions and made changes, and never made me feel like I was pestering them (even though I'm pretty sure I did.).

I knew every step of the way what was happening - when my vehicle was on the way and when he arrived, etc. To top it all off, Adil was an amazing driver: attentive, discreet and so very kind to a car load of crazy wedding-bound women - including the bride! I can't recommend this company enough, from start to finish they did not disappoint.

Ive use the service before and it was just ok the cost doesn't match the service, was hoping for better results than first time. This trip started with the driver using his phone for directions to airport. Would expect they know were the airports are as this is a very common service. As the driver started pulling out of our neighborhood we had to correct him at the best path to air port would be the turnpike since its 1 mile away. Needles to say the service charge includes toll service fee.

So after convincing the driver to take turnpike we asked him to turn on the radio. Then we realized he was not familiar with basic vehicle operations. He couldn't figure out how to turn it on even when I help by stating several times, touch the top left audio button. Then my wife said it in Spanish and after a couple tries he figured it out. At this point we were bothered by the service.

So about 20min later the drive asked us if he shout turn left or right. We looked up and immediately asked where are you? He was now passed the air port and about to merge on to 95 or turn right on griffin rd. We tried to figure out our where a-bouts but the sound of a 18 wheeler blasting there horn was distracting. Our driver was now cutting off that truck and putting us in harms way.

So at this point we are now forced to head on to 95. The driver at this point was lost even thought he was using his phone. How is this happening? We quickly used our phones and had to correct the path and no hop we are going to make our flight. We only had about 10 min of flexibility from our house. So yes now we are stressed and telling the driver where to go. We ended up coming the back way to the airport and just had enough too to spare. I have sent this to A1A but got no response. Im sure at this point I will not use them again

Had the privilege of being chauffeured by Jason today & was very grateful for his service. Jason was super attentive, helpful & ultimately a great driver. Based off of the service experienced, I would definitely book A1A again! Thanks!

Used them for daughters Wedding this past weekend. There was a lot of miss communication. If they do not have cars available they will sub your job out to another company without letting you know. We rented two vehicles, First vehicle that fits 18 people which was for bridal party that they sub-let from another company. Second vehicle was 8 passenger for Bride which never showed up (claims they were in the hotel parking lot but no one saw then, valet and hotel staff was looking all over for them). 5 minutes to get to church Bride had to go in 18 passenger car after that driver refusing to call A1A to see what happened to the missing car.

Very stressful experience. Peggy from A1A was very apologetic and felt extremely upset which I knew was sincere. Biggest recommendation in this experience is to find out if they are actually doing the job themselves or subletting the job.

This limo service was recommended to us by a condo association and we were delighted with the driver, Ossamene, who was waiting for us at Palm Beach International airport. He, was waiting for us in baggage claim, very polite, helped us with our luggage and got us to our destination with no problem whatsoever. I will be calling A1A when I next need a car and driver.

My friends and I used A1A Limo to go Port of Miami for a cruise and then return home to Boca. Mike and Walid were professional, courteous and on time. I had to change the return trip twice, once because I requested the wrong date and again after our cruise was cancelled and we returned to port early. A1A, changed my requests promptly and efficiently, sent me confirmation. I will definitely use them again.

Always reliable, come at least 5 minutes before scheduled pickup in a nice clean Towncar. Drivers very professional and helpful. I've been a client over 20 years and have never had a problem. I have used them in South Florida and used them to also for Las Vegas.

My husband and I hired A1A very last minute for our wedding night get away vehicle. They were so easy to book over the phone and even threw in the wedding package free of charge. We looked into about 15 different limo services and A1A was by far the best bang for your buck! Our driver was early arriving and when we did our sparkler exit were able to get right in and drive off.

The inside of the limo was so spacious, clean and beautiful! They opened a bottle of champagne for us to share on the road which tasted really good. I would highly recommend if you are lookong for a limo service contact A1A and you won't be disappointed.
