My husband and I used Total Limo and their team for our wedding at the Hutton House this past September 2021. The wedding party stayed in Wayzata and additional guests stayed at another hotel in Minnetonka. The Total Limo team made transportation for ourselves, our wedding party, families and guests seamless between the three destinations. Their vehicles were very clean and their drivers were the best. Even though our rides were short, we were able to use the aux cord and have fun on our way to our wedding and on the way home. I would highly recommend the Total Limo team!

Make-A-Wish hired a limo to bring us to the airport and bring us home after the trip. The limo was filthy and still had an empty bottle of champagne and half filled and dirty glasses from the night before. Everything was sticky and unclean. The return home trip ride, the limo was still dirty and sticky from spilled drinks on armrest and cup holder surfaces. Drivers were both great and accommodating.

Very disappointed. I paid extra to have them drive into Wisconsin, and booked for 7 hours (7PM to 2AM); the driver did not take directions well, was frustrated, did not know how to work the stereo system for us to have music for the bachelorette party. the bride was very disappointed as am I. I asked to be refunded 2 hours because we dismissed the driver at midnight- they said no. Good bye wasted $1200. The bus was beautiful but not worth the experience. It's not a day we can re do either.

I was beyond pleased with my experience with Total Luxury Limo from the initial phone call to a week after the service. I surprised my husband with an 4 hour ride as part of our 17 year Anniversary to many of the different spots we frequented when we were in our dating years many years ago. Terry, our driver, was very professional and helped tremendously with the surprise, even offering to take photos for us along the way.
The staff that helped me book it and keep it a surprise from my husband, were AMAZING to work with. Sending me a photo via text message of the 4 passenger limo to help me decide which would be better for my occasion. The booking process was super EASY! I received a text message upon arrival letting me know he was on location and Terry had the itinerary in hand upon our ON TIME pick up.
We had a great day thanks to Total Limo, it was flawless. Lastly, I left some 18 year old precious photos in the back of the limo. I received a call from the company and they offered to mail them out, understanding how important those photos will be to my family for years to come! BEYOND impressed with their customer service and will highly recommend to anyone in need of top notch limo service.

This is a poorly organized transportation company and I am extremely disappointed we used them for our wedding day. We hired two coach sized buses for our wedding day, and I was in contact with two different event planners with the company leading up to our wedding. Both event planners left the company within probably 2-3 months of each other, which was a red flag to me.
I was very clear about expectations for pick up and drop off location and timing, and I even sent a word file with the bus schedule the week before the wedding to again confirm times and locations. Despite communication with multiple people within the company, there was a "glitch" the day of the wedding and one of the pick up locations for guests was entirely missed, leaving about 80-90 of our guests at their hotel looking for the scheduled transportation schedule that was on our wedding website and also handed out to guests on cards at the time of their check in.
We will never be using this company again, and for something as simple as getting from point A to point B this should be low on your list of concerns the day you are entertaining potentially many friends and family.

I am giving Total Transportation a one star review only because our driver from Minneapolis to Rochester was nice. We fly from Idaho to Minneapolis on our way to the Mayo Clinic in Rochester. It seems I may have inadvertently selected the Minneapolis address for Mayo and not the Rochester one. When the driver determined the change in address, while still in the airport, he called someone from Total and they off we went.
I had a quote of about $99, including tip, airport fees and taxes. NEITHR THE DRIVER OR TIOTAL RECEIVED MY CONSENT TO A HIGHER FEE OR ASKED TO SPEAK TO ME ABOUT IT. Imagine my surprise when I received an email with a bill, charged to my account for $253! After several communications the bill was reduced to $203, a credit of a little over $50 of which about $36 was the tip which I had paid to the driver in cash.
At a minimum I would have expected someone to advise me of the change in price before we left the airport. I even asked the driver how much more the cost would be and never got an answer. If your 40 you may not care but if you're 75, traveling after a third spine fusion, a pending shoulder replacement, and a wife on oxygen full time this is a BIG DEAL. Total Transportation acted in bad faith and was not fair at best and devious about its fees at worst.

We utilized the excellent services of Total Transportation on Saturday, 4/27/2019, to shuttle guests for our daughter's wedding which took place at the Minneapolis Event Center. While the shuttle distance wasn't great, the weather forecast was quite unpredictable and the timeline for the start of the event was critical. Rachel Casillas, the Wedding Transportation Coordinator was a pure delight to work with!
She was able to provide information and incite on the timing and type of shuttle to use for the specific needs for our event! The vehicles were clean, nicely appointed, and arrived exactly on time as planned! The drivers were professional and courteous! We were well pleased that Total Transportation was there to help start and end the day's events for our guests!

I had a horrible experience with this company. It is a long story but I will get a few more details to you so you can decide for yourself if you would like to use this company, I would strongly suggest looking for someone else(there are plenty of other companies). We booked a ride with this company for a 2 way airport pickup for 17 people. The first ride went great, but as the group of 17 needed to go to the airport the shuttle was nowhere to be found.
The entire group ended up having to take cabs to the airport. Furthermore, once the company was called to ask why they charged us MORE for the 2nd ride(that wasnt executed) they said it was for wait time. Well they must have been waiting in the wrong area. After multiple calls to the group asking to move additional charges above and beyond the contracted amount the owner "nick" hung up on us multiple times.
No way I would run a business(i happen to own 3 businesses and understand the importance of coming to a common ground with guests). I would strongly suggest using another company. It is truly disappointing that the group handled themselves so unprofessional.

The 30-person Luxury "limo" we rented was very nice; clean, well-maintained, and stocked with glassware and ice for the drinks we provided. Our driver was courteous and capable. Our only complaint is we couldn't get the music to work in the limo, and the driver didn't know how to use it either. Otherwise a great experience!

I am a regular customer of Total Limo/Minneapolis plus I book for my associates more than 5 times a month with Total Limo. Tonight I tried to book an SUV & a Sedan to go to MSP from downtown Minneapolis. First of all I was put on hold for a minimum of 10 to 15 minutes each time I called. It took forever to book my orders. I finally booked the two MSP runs then I tried to change the pick up time from 6:30am to 7am.
I was told they WOULD NOT ACCOMMODATE me after another 30 minutes on hold. All we needed was a THIRTY MINUTE change in P/U time which we would have gladly paid for. How crazy is that? It used to be a lot easier to use Total Limo.

We hired Total Luxury to provide some transportation to and from our wedding. I spoke to roughly a dozen different limo services in the area before making this choice. They had the best prices and the cars were nicer than what others offered. The man I spoke with to make reservations was very polite and spoke perfect English. The drivers were always on time and extremely polite. The cars were beautiful and very clean. We could not have asked for a better experience! Thanks!

We rented the 18 person stretch hummer from Total Luxury. We booked this reservation probably a month and a half in advance. The lady who answered the phone when I called for a quote was very patient and courteous. She gave me multiple quotes for various cars (12 p - 16 p limo, 18 p stretch hummer). When we finally booked, the process was quick and easy.
The only thing is, I assumed the remainder balance pulled automatically but it doesn't-- you have to call it in. Payment went smoothly though as I had planned to call in at the due date to make sure things went okay with payment. Jim/James was an amazing driver. The afternoon of our rental, he called and left a voicemail to introduce himself and then texted me when he was on his way.
He put up with 16 drunk, loud, crazy girls for a gigantic surprise bachelorette party for my sister. He showed us how everything worked in the car, prepared champagne flutes and ice, had a wine opener for our moscato bottles, and opened our champagne bottles for us. He was attentive but he didn't hover and he left us to our celebrations. Available but invisible-- perfect service!
When we were ready to go home, we texted him and he was where he said he would be when we were ready. I would definitely rent from here again. Amazing 5 star service and attention to detail. Very happy we went with Total Luxury Limo and not somewhere else.

We used Total Luxury Limousine for my son's recent bachelor party and wedding. Stanley was the driver for both and was extremely professional but even more fun. He remembered all the guys names from the bachelor party that were on the wedding bus. I would recommend Total for any size group. Using vendors like Total truly make occasions memorable. We have used Total Transportation many times over the years and were very pleased with them until our last rental. We rented a bus for my husbands birthday. Now the bus was okay but the stereo did not work properly and the driver obviously did not know how to work the stereo equipment. It put a real damper on the evening. We called Total Transportation the following week, expecting a discount for there faulty equipment.
We were not given a refund, the broken stereo was blamed on the driver not knowing how to work it. I talked to Maria. She was kind of rude and hurried me off the phone with a promise that she would call me back. She did not call me back. 4 days after my original phone complaint I decided to call her back. She apologized and told me she was still looking into the issue. It's been 2 weeks now and I still have not herd from her. We are very disappointed with this company and there lack of concern for our $ 950 bus rental.

I got to the area at the airport where you meet the drivers. He wasn't there. The bags took forever to come, so I thought maybe the driver had to move his car and come back. I called the company. The woman that answered (Maria) was extremely rude and condescending. (She refused to give me her name. The driver told me.) Prior to calling, I made absolutely sure I was in the right area to meet the driver.
I checked all the signs and asked a man at the Mayo desk. She asked me multiple times if I was SURE I was in the right area to meet the driver. She asked if I had read the instructions on where the meet the driver. I assured her I had, but she proceeded to read the instructions to me anyway. I tried explaining to her multiple times that she need not read the instructions to me as I had already read them and was in the right area.
As I explained this several times, she continued to read the instructions. without stopping to listen to what I was saying. OMG, apparently she doesn't realize her job is to help customers, not piss them off. I ended up hanging up on her, which I never do, but could NOT deal with her any longer. I have NO IDEA how this woman keeps her job. Because of her I will NEVER use Total Luxury Limo again. Ever.

I haven't even had my limo service yet, but based off of the customer service I have received this far I am NOT happy! I have called to make a few changes all resulting in more money for them and they have been nothing but rude! I'm sure our driver and experience will be great, but as far as I have experienced their customer service is terrible.
