Rented a limo bus for a large group and they cancelled hours before the event leaving us with no viable solution. Have a reputation of doing so throughout the industry. Very unprofessional

Stuart, the President and Founder of Smar Cars has created a company that has the utmost reputation for quality and honesty. They have been servicing the Chicago community for 25 years.

I fly a lot and used several limousine services for transportation between O'Hare and my home in Evanston until I found SmartCars three years agol Since then they've earned my loyalty. I like their reservation staff, their reliability, their trained chauffeurs, their clean, late-model vehicles, their streamlined communications at the airport, and their value for the dollar. All this points to a beautifully run company.

After using Smart Cars for 30 years, tonight they sent me 3 texts to call when exiting my 1 hour delayed flight. I called. 1st they said I had no reservation. Then they admitted I had a reservation but they had no drivers. If you've been to O'Hare lately, you know there are zero cabs and Ubers and Lyfts are impossible if not pre-ordered on a Sunday night. I WAS ABANDONED! SHAME ON YOU SMART CARS!

I've been using SmartCars over the past year in Chicago, and they have been wonderful getting from O'Hare to my apartment in the city. Always very professional and safe while driving. Erik, Nikolay, and Jugoslav have all been great drivers for me. Even when I book a sedan, I often get to drive in an SUV, which is very nice! Highly recommend their services.

We needed a car for less than 2 hrs. to go from downtown Chicago to the far north side & back. Instead of leasing a car which we have done in the past we decided to try a limo service. The additional cost was well worth it. From the first phone call to Jo to the last call we made to reconfirm (which if I waited I would have received the txt message with confirmation) she made sure we would be taken care of. (Lyft/Uber out of the question for we needed the car to wait for us.) Great car, excellent driver (I think his name is Lubo) and far less stressful. Thanks!

Excellent service. My company has used Smart Cars for over 20 years. I can honestly say we have never once had an issue. They are always on time and there cars are always very clean and the drivers professional. My CEO will only use their service. They are accommodating and friendly on the phone as well. I highly recommend their services.

I have used Smart Cars service on many occasions, most recently in early February 2015. I was flying out of town from O'Hare airport and leaving a bit later in the day than I usually prefer. I was also traveling with my sister who lives elsewhere and I specified that I be picked up first and then she afterwards while heading towards O'Hare.

The driver, Vladitza(sp?), was very friendly and delivered us promptly to O'Hare with plenty of time to spare. On the return trip our flight was delayed and what was supposed to be a midnight arrival back in Chicago was delayed until 2:00am. The car arrived promptly and we only waited minutes after picking up our checked bags. The driver, Freddie, was also very friendly and helpful and after dropping my sister at her home, drove me to mine and not only waited while I entered the house safely but waited until I turned the lights on(by now it was 3:00am) before he drove off. Always the best service in town. Thanks again to Vladitza and Freddie!

Most dependable service in the city, though perhaps not the cheapest. Use regularly from he north side to and from O'Hare. They take to trouble to get you there with time to spare, and know all of the tricks to get around the Kennedy / O'Hare region congestion.
