I used them twice just over a year ago and my only regret is that it has taken me so long to say thank you for bending over backwards on Christmas Eve (Dec. 24, 2019) to make sure you got me, my mother and two children to the airport safely. Let me start by saying that when the driver arrived (30 minutes early) with the wrong carseats for my one-year-old and two-year-old, the owner of the company insisted on making things right!

He raced to Walmart, purchased the right two carseats, dropped them off and then proceeded to help me install them so we could catch the last flight out to be home for Christmas -- with plenty of time to catch our breath once we got thru security. Thank you (and our wonderful driver) for your outstanding customer service and for your relentless effort to perform a Christmas Miracle -- home for the holidays with family!

I would highly recommend using River Oaks Limousine for any executive transportation needs. I needed a Sprinter van to transport a group of 8 executives for the day from the airport to a meeting and back to the airport. River Oaks gave me the best quote and great service. The communication response through Yelp and email was almost immediate. They are very responsive. If our group is back in the area, I would definitely use River Oaks again.

I originally booked another party bus service 2 months in advance but received a call two weeks before our scheduled date that the company had given our bus away because someone else needed our date and they could pay in full (even after I paid a deposit). I was in the hospital at the time so I scrambled looking for another party bus rental for my best friends bachelorette party! Came across River Oaks Limos and they were amazing!

Excellent Service! We were impressed that despite a five hour delay with our return flight our driver was waiting for us at baggage claim. It is expected for a service to be competent when things go according to plan, but when things are thrown off track it displays how valuable they are in the most difficult of situations. We truly appreciate having someone there at 12 am when our flight was scheduled to arrive at 7 pm.

The communication was direct from the outset. Their drivers are efficient and extremely professional. Their vehicles are spotless as well. We highly recommend this car service!

Used River Oaks limo for our wedding transportation. It included a large bus for guests, a party bus for wedding party, and an SUV and Van for shuttles. They were timely and very great to work with! Kept in good communication with our coordinator throughout the event, no issues or complaints from guests. Price quote was a definite bonus. Would highly recommend them for transportation needs.

Great Company! I rented a limo while in Houston for an event a few weeks ago. The driver picked us up from our hotel on time and was very courteous. We arrived at the venue and didn't even want to get out of the limo. It was an amazing ride and a great time! Thanks for making our girls night out fabulous River Oaks LIMO! We started with dinner at Trulucks on Westheimer and then drinks and a night out on Montrose. We did not have to look for parking or worry about driving thanks to our great driver. I for one felt very safe and the driver was reliable and on time, yay!

We chose River Oaks Limo after reading their great reviews online and we weren't disappointed. We booked a luxury sedan from the Houston airport to our hotel downtown with no problem. After a few errors with our itinerary, we had to change the date/time. They accommodated the change and when we arrived our chauffeur was absolutely awesome! Gave us tips on what to do in Houston and where to eat, isn't that the most important aspect of traveling? We couldn't be happier with our experience and wanted to let the world know - we love them!

Great Service! Flew into Houston from LA and the flight was horrible, but my driver was professional and on time! The limo was nice, new and clean. No complaints from me. I will be using them again when I come back in April.
