David was right on time for picking up our kids for prom and the bus was just like the pictures he sent me. He had some waters on the bus for the kids which was nice. He took them to prom and brought them back and then took some out to the beach. A friend used the company before and highly recommended the company.

Awful. Stay away. The limo coach was old, warn and full of diesel fumes. The headlights didn't work yet they drove at night without us knowing the danger existed. The driver locked the keys in the vehicle when we reached our destination The owner denied, denied, denied anything was wrong. I assume based on the owners non response to a BBB complaint, he is going out of business soon.

Really unreliable don't waste your money on this guy my bridesmaids wedding coordinator and hair stylist were trying to get a hold of him all day to confirm pickup never answer the phone. When I finally got ahold of him he told me his driver was outside which he wasn't and then when I asked for the driver's number he hang up the phone and never call me back.
We ended up having to get a shuttle from our hotel to the ceremony place. Just look at all his bad reviews on Google. Hes if full of lies i have all the texts to prove you worng, saying he will be there if you can't do something don't agree to it. ALSO when I called he said the driver was outside when he wasn't never mention anything about another wedding and then hangup on me and wouldn't answer.
After waiting for 20 minutes we left before our schedule time so either you or your driver is a liar. At the end I was glad we didn't get a ride from him when we went to his business all his limousines looked run down and he was working on them instead of taking to a mecanic. We were better off on the hotel shuttle, all you have to do is drive by the business and you'll see how bad it is.
I already filed the complaint with the better business bureau along with other unhappy costumers. There's other reviews on Yelp where you can see he likes to take people's money and don't show up.

It was a rainy night and my party was running behind. I was worried how it was going to go. Then the bus arrived. David, our driver was right on time. I was prepared to stock the bus with cups, ice, etc. but I was pleased to find that that was already done. David patiently waited for us and safely drove us to each destination we asked for. The bus was clean, the drive was safe, our driver was friendly and patient with us. It made my husband's 40th birthday party a night we will never forget. I would highly recommend this 30 seater limo bus.

David was wonderful. We had a bus full of young people for a 21st birthday party. He handled all of our obnoxious music and dancing perfectly. He arrived to pick us up early and got us home right on time. We kept in touch through the night of hopping around St Augustine so we knew exactly where and when he would pick us to stay within our time limit. We would absolutely book this again:

My company booked a 30-passenger bus with L&L Limo for the first time this year for a camp we were holding for 20 middle and high school aged kids. This was a surprise for the kids and a real treat! David was great! He let us come an check out the limo in advance, was always available by phone for confirmations, etc. On the day of our event, he arrived right on time and let the kids control the music/volume and everything.
They had a great time! The limo was clean and spacious! Afterwards, he was right there to pick us up and take us back- with just as much fun. Our CEO was with us and he wanted to stay in the limo and take it around to all of our branches because he was having such a great time! Not to mention, I checked around and he was the best deal in town! We will definitely do business with L&L again next year!

David provided an awesome experience. We rented the 30 passenger bus, and had enough seating for all 30 people. There is a wide aisle, so smaller coolers and bags for everyone was not a problem. David showed up at our pick-up location earlier, the bus was clean, and comfy. He took us to multiple locations and got us home safely. I will definitely rent from this company in the future for any of my party bus needs.

I reserved a party bus 3 months in advance of the event. I asked David the deadline for a no-penalty cancellation for which I would receive my full deposit, he told me that I would need to cancel no later than three weeks of the booking. I called him five weeks in advance to cancel the party bus and discusssed the possibility of downsizing to a smaller bus at a later time but asked him for my deposit during that conversation.
He reassured me that my deposit (paid with a credit card) will be reflected on my account within a three days. One week later, I did not receive my deposit. After three months of multiple attempts to contact David to discuss my deposit I filed a complaint to the BBB. After taking action, he ultimately did the right thing and reimbursed me for my $500 deposit.

L and L Limousine did not arrive to pick up 26 kids for prom at promised time. By the time L and L called to let us know they were on their way they would have been 2 hours late picking up kids. The reason provided was construction and a blown tire. I called David who refunded our money in full and promised the kids a free trip to make up for lost prom time. When kids receive their ride will update this review to reflect quality of actual service provided.

David and his drivers are the most disrespectful and terrible wedding related vendor I have ever dealt with. Not only were his drivers incompetent and lazy, (they dropped my guests off half a mile away from the venue), they were rude and argued with my wife on our wedding day of all days! I would never recommend L&L to anyone. We sent the bus driver home 3 hours early after he argued with my wife, and David still wanted to charge me for those 3 hours.
What a worthless piece of crap. Oh and I forgot to mention his limo bus had no AC, and was almost 10 years old, as well as the 10 person limo was a 2007 with floorboards coming up, and needed new shocks. He promised the DVD players worked, and they didn't, so a video I made for my wife wasn't able to be played either.
