Booked a party bus to take my wedding party up to Hatcher Pass for photos. James was great to work with and made the whole process easy for us! They provided ice and cups for drinks, and had an aux cord for us to play music. Also, the prices were significantly cheaper than anywhere else! Highly recommend.

Total fraud. Prior to my booking, I discussed the whole itinerary with James. I booked the half day tour from Anchorage to Whittier with sight seeing at Bird Point, Beluga Point and Alaskan Wildlife Conservation Center. On August 22 2During our journey, James (the owner) texted our driver and asked him to cut short on the trip and be back in Anchorage by 1:30 pm.
Because of that, we missed to see the Bird Point and Portage and were rushed to see Alaskan Wildlife Conservative Center. It was very disappointing. Not pleased with the service and I will not recommend this to others. Update 09/12/2019. After trying to call Aurora Limousines and trying to sort this matter, I spoke with James (the owner) and he started verbally abusing. This is the attitude of the company owner. PLEASE BE AWARE and STAY AWAY from them. This company is under new management. BE CAREFUL.

Aurora Limousines ford f-550 party bus broke down @ Elmore and dowling on 4/20/19 around 2pm. The company I work for was called by the owner/driver of the limo bus. We got on scene to tow the bus and the owner of the bus right then got it started. He was originally quoted around $300 for the large vehicle tow. We showed up on scene so it is a call out and cut the price down to $150.00, the not so gentleman told us to go fuck ourselves and walked off.
Our boss wanted to work something out with him so our other driver walked up to the passenger side and handed the owner the phone. He answered by saying/looking at our driver I don't care if this is GOD if you try to get anything out of me I will beat your ass, and then threw the iPhone at the driver and almost hit our driver with his vehicle.
I called another prominent towing company to ask them not to deal with this guy as well and told them why. The other company stated that aurora Limousines had already bean cut off by them for lack of payment. So if the owner sees this I hope you learn a lesson here, not one time did we get rude or cuss at you. We didn't get upset or anything, the way you handled yourself was very unprofessional.
So to not call the authorities on you for "theft of services" and " attempting to assault with a vehicle" and "verbal threat of assault ". I thought it would be only fair to state the facts of our encounter for all of your prospective clients to judge if they would like to use your services. Live and learn anchorage doesn't do business this way, have a blessed day sir.

Had an overall amazing experience with this company! James was our driver and made our friends 25th birthday so much fun! The bus was clean and had a great sound system, they provided ice for the chillers which saved us time. They were on time and accommodating and answered all questions we had! Would definitely book through them again!

This is the worst Limo service in Alaska! The limo driver Tom has to be the rudest and worst limo driver in history! I will never ever use Aurora Limo service again and I would HIGHLY recommend anybody looking for a limo service NOT to use Aurora! I would 't even give it 1 star! The WORST DRIVER and he was the rudest to my daughter for her 21st birthday and I even tipped him more than 20% in the beginning of the night! BIG MISTAKE! because I wouldn't have given him ANYTHING! NEVER AGAIN!

We booked this company throughout our Alaskan tour.all day in Alyeska down to Seward and back. Then from Alyeska to Anchorage. And then from Denali to Fairbanks. And then again, all day in Fairbanks to the North Pole and then to the Hot Springs and Ice Museum. Every driver was much more than just a driver; they were tour guides! Each had a specialty with specific knowledge of the area, which made the long drives interesting and entertaining. They were all on time, and very accomodating. GREAT GREAT GREAT!

I booked luxury limo for a birthday trip down to Seven Glaciers. Terry, the driver, was wonderful from start to finish. So professional and kind, treated the birthday girl like she was something special, They followed directions to the house and "hid" behind the garage so it would stay a surprise. Communication with the company was efficient and helpful. They were much better priced than BAC and I found them to be much friendlier and easier to work with. I would highly recommend them.

I booked a ride/tour from Anchorage to Seward for some colleagues as so they could catch their cruise and take in the views. I booked the trip through Howard, the owner. He was very friendly, responsive, and easy to work with. Howard took care of them and even upgraded them to a limo instead of a sedan. Aurora knows how to take care of their customers. I would recommend them to everyone.

I booked a tour from Aurora back in March for June to pick us up at the cruise terminal and ending with dropping us off at the airport. Communicating with Howard was a chore, and he wanted irrelevant information for the contract such as my Driver's License info. Of course, I did not give that to him. He charged my credit card in full a week before the tour which I don't think is a cool thing to do.
The tour guide was awful. She doesn't have a clue of the area tho she moved to Anchorage for 8 years now. Well, I diverted her tho since I had to change the itinerary to drop off my uncle at the airport midway thru the tour. I actually called Howard 3 days prior to tour about the situation and he said OK. However, when the tour day came about, the tour guide did not know.
In short, we just hung out in Anchorage after the drop off and cut the tour 2 hours early since she doesn't have any places to take us in Anchorage. She said there's nothing to see in Anchorage. She tried tho; but it sucked. For example, she took us to Earthquake Park. She stopped at the Outlook bluff area. OK, it's my first time experiencing a bluff. and I can use my imagination that Mt. McKinley is right there across the waters, land and clouds which can be seen on a clear sunny day.
I like history tours, but if you don't put me at the beginning of the park and walk the trail of the memorial that has reading material located on the path, I'm not going to be happy. Outrageously, she said that we can google the earthquake for more info. Seriously, who needs to learn this info more - the guide or the visitor? I almost took my blackberry out and googled it in front of her to give her an education of her home town!
I actually googled Earthquake park and the Great Alaskan Earthquake while I was hanging out at the airport from cutting the tour short. There's more I can complain about, but if I continue. this would be a book! In short, I do not recommend this company for a private tour of Whittier - Anchorage. They do not have the professional demeanor and do not lock the luggage trailer.
