Blue Diamond Limousines

We used Blue Diamond for transportation for a wedding and they were on time and the drivers were awesome. I would highly recommend their services!

The bus drivers were great. and Nice. JD was super cool. It was the administration (Brian) was so Unprofessional. They lost our reservation twice, the TVs did not work. The WiFi was weak. It cost to much not to have everything on the bus to work.

I contacted them based off of a recommendation from another transportation company (already a good sign) and they did not disappoint. Tina was extremely helpful to work with, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and was pleasant on the phone. Our trip never came to fruition but they will be the first place we call when it's time to consider booking something in the future.

We splurged on Blue Diamond for our wedding because we know that buses are important and we needed a reliable company. Boy were we wrong going with Blue Diamond. They were set to have 2 buses pick up my guests at the hotel to take to the venue--1 bus didn't show up until 45 minutes after the scheduled time because he went to the wrong hotel. Causing many of my guests to be late to the wedding and stand in the heat for 45 minutes waiting.

That was only the beginning. The 2 buses were to wait at the venue until the wedding was over to take us back to the hotel, but we had 1 bus leave at 8 for the guests who wanted to leave early. That bus never returned to the venue as scheduled. After the wedding was over we then realized the 2nd bus did not return so people were standing in the aisle and sitting on laps so we could all fit on the bus.

The ride was 45 minutes, so it wasn't like it was a quick and easy trip. This was frustrating at the end of a great night. I had to call the company and leave messages about 5 times and never received a call back from a manager. Every time I called a manager was not in the office. Finally someone got sick of me calling and just helped me by refunding me money because it seems as though he knew a manager was not going to respond to me.

It was nice to receive a refund but at the end of the day, why did I have to call multiple times to finally have someone who wasn't even a manager help me? I wouldn't recommend--doesn't seem worth the hassle.

Customer service is wonderful. If you're looking to charter a bus then this is the perfect place. (weddings, sporting events, church trips, work events, etc.) rather in town or cross country blue diamond is great and their rates are very reasonable.

I assist/service planners with their events, meetings and conventions brought to Raleigh and Wake County and have referred Blue Diamond Transportation numerous times based on the client's needs. Our Raleigh CVB has contracted Blue Diamond for our See For Yourself Familiarization Tours, Sales Blitz's, car service for clients and other transpo needs mainly because they understand our needs, provides a variety of quality and clean vehicles as well as the enjoyment of working with their professional staff (especially Brad, GM). They also welcome and understand the importance of receiving feedback!

I booked Blue Diamond for my family reunion and the entire process was seamless from start to finish. Brad was super professional and responsive through booking. Our bus driver Wayne was SO awesome to my family! We have a large family and had quite a few family members in wheel chairs. Our bus was not wheelchair accessible, but Wayne was a SUPERSTAR!

He jumped right into action helping people of all sizes on and off the bus without ever complaining. He was super professional and ALWAYS on time. By the end of the weekend, he was like family. I could not have asked for a better experience and I'm so glad that we chose Blue Diamond for our trip.

We used Blue Diamond Transportation for our wedding and it was a smooth and easy process from start to finish! Brad was extremely helpful in setting everything up, and our driver, Daniel, was prompt and friendly. We used one of their large buses to take guests from the ceremony to the reception, and even with multiple trips, all the guests made it to the reception quicker than we could have hoped. All in all, it was a great experience that made our wedding more convenient for our friends and family!

I always use Blue Diamond when I go to RDU and back. They are reliable, professional and easy to deal with the logistics of setting up a ride. Using them takes part of the hassle of going to the airport out of the way. I don't have to worry about traffic or parking. They are my go to source for transportation.

From start to finish, this was the best limousine service I have ever used. I called 15 companies before deciding on this one--not the cheapest, but well worth the price. Everyone was extremely professional. I never had to leave a message, someone actually answered the phone every time I called! Erica and Tiffany answered all my questions and efficiently helped me through the reservation process.

I received confirmation emails upon making my reservation, and a text message alerting me to the chauffeur's name and number! Stephen was our driver, and he was extremely courteous and professional and ON TIME (actually, he was early!). He had all our stops programmed into his navigation system--I never had to help him find his way. He knew exactly where he was going, and I was able to enjoy the ride!

The vehicle was clean and in great condition. My husband's surprise birthday party was successful in large part to this wonderful limousine company! Thank you, Blue Diamond!
