Gardella's Elite Limousine Service

While the limo bus was spectacular, the driver was late picking up the groom and groomsmen. Nearly 20 mins late. There was no traffic. We were previously told it was likely he'd be an hour early actually. We had to call dispatch several times. This delay caused our ceremony to be delayed about 30+ mins since he was to pick me up (the bride) and bridesmaids and bring us to the church. Luckily I had a fantastic planner (hire LilTrisha's events) who didn't tell me this was the reason we were behind schedule.

And as such tip envelopes were dispersed as planned, which is irritating. I did speak to the manager who was friendly and honest which is the reason for 3 stars. She noted there was no excuse and the driver simply left too late. We were refunded the driver's tip, though nothing off the actual service which is a bit frustrating. Just a Heads up to future couples

I decided to use Elite Limo after reading some positive reviews and speaking with them on the phone and having a good feeling. I was organizing my fiance's bachelorette airport travel for her and her bridesmaids and wanted to ensure I had a reliable service set up for them and that they would start off their trip on a high note. The first leg of the trip went very smoothly. Reached the airport safely and on time, it was going great. However, the pick up at the airport did not go as smoothly as the driver was an hour and a half late to pick them up, resulting in the 4 girls all standing outside Sunday night, exhausted from the trip.

The driver did still get them home safely so I wasn't too worried about it but thought I'd at least call the next day and see if Elite wanted to do anything. Maybe they'd offer a partial refund as one girl missed her train and had to end up scrambling to get back home. After speaking with one of their agents, I was promised a call back from the manager as this type of delay was not considered acceptable. 3 days went by so I figured I'd try again. Spoke to another representative and again promised this manager would be contacting me to make it right. Tried for a 3rd time, same run around and still, no one cared to follow up with me.

I didn't go one star on this review because the first leg of the trip was the service that was promised, and making the reservation was extremely seamless. But I was extremely disappointed that no one here cared enough to speak with me about this experience and try to make things right. I guess they thought I'd just give up and go away. If you are someone who doesn't like waiting an hour and a half at the airport for your car service and then getting the run around for two weeks, then I would not recommend this service.

My wife and I used Gardellas Elite Limo for our wedding last weekend. They were so easy to deal with and incredibly flexible. We had a 27 passenger mini bus that was shuttling guests back and forth from ceremony to reception multiple times throughout the day, and they handled it with no issues! Our driver was very friendly, and attentive. All our guests noted how clean and tidy the bus was, and it was great knowing we all had safe rides with Gardellas at the wheel. Thank you so much!

We had a really great experience - from the reservations all the way to the actual transportation from CT to JFK (and back again) last week. The women that quoted the trips and reserved the appropriate vehicles were super nice and professional. We lucked out and got the same driver on both the trip to JFK, as well as the return one and he (David) was amazing.

We couldn't have asked for a more professional individual. He was extremely prompt and efficient during both routes, never making us wait for a minute and avoiding traffic like a pro, as well as he was also personable and nice. He brought us to quite the smorgasbord of a shopping plaza with SO many options to quickly grab some food after a long trip into JFK and through customs and then kindly stopped again to allow us to use the bathrooms. Highly recommend Elite Limo. Super awesome experience all around.

Outstanding, patient, courteous, professional and flexible service. Made reservation with only a few hours to spare due to a cancelled international flight. Baggage was then lost by airline and driver had to wait for our party for over an hour until the claim was made. Driver made stressful situation with airline more than tolerable and got us home expeditiously. Well done. Airline still can't figure out where the bag went 18 hours after landing.

Jamal was very attentive and professional. He was early and okay with waiting for us to get our entire party on the bus. Everything ran like clockwork from the reservation to the reminders to the day of our event. Super friendly and easy to deal with, thank you!

We used Gardellas Elite shuttle for my daughter's wedding to transport the bridal party from our house to the church and then to the reception. From booking the shuttle, to communicating before the wedding as well as the day of, everyone was very professional and helpful. Our shuttle was prompt and our driver, George, was polite, friendly and patient, as we forgot a few things before leaving the house. He was also an enthusiastic photographer when asked! I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

We used Gardellas for our wedding this past weekend. I could not have hoped for a more professional and timely bunch! We did a private SUV once for the bridal group and a second trip for the groomsman. Jim, our driver, was extremely professional and made us laugh. He made sure our trip went smoothly and we were very comfortable with his driving. Car was gorgeous and up to peak standards.

We also had the 56 passenger bus for our hotel pickup/drop off. Our driver Jeff made the trip seem quick and effortless in the pouring rain. We were extremely happy with them and would book again!

We used Elite Limousine for a girls day at the wineries, and couldn't have been more pleased with the service we received! Shavonne, our driver, was very accommodating and professional. 5 stars. Would highly recommend.

I was referred to Elite by my best friend Tim that used to work in the mechanic side. I needed a very clean, timely and professional pickup service for my mom from JFK to Wallingford. My mom is very particular with who she meets and since I couldn't pick her up I needed to make sure this service was more than great. The driver she got picked her up at midnight and she felt like royalty with how picked her up put away her luggage and let her in the car.

The driver even provided her with a few snacks and water (which was a great touch since she hadn't eaten since 4pm due to a long flight). She shared with me that he was very nice and they spoke the whole way home. She couldn't stop ranting and raving about how happy. I was honestly, relived. I appreciate the referral and even had to reschedule and the schedulers were great.

The price was super reasonable. I would definitely recommend. Thank you guys again for such a great experience for my mom. You're forever in her book whenever she travels! Thank you!

Drove like we were all his family. The experience couldn't have gone any smoother. The vehicle was very clean. Everyone had a blast on the party bus. I will be using your service again.

Great service! Used the limo service from New York LaGuardia airport to Wallingford, ct, the drive was very pleasant except for the traffic but had to expect that when you arrived at that time of day!

When James picked our harried family up to take us from Newark to Boston-the last leg of our move from California, he was a delightful, calming force. It was almost like dad showed up and gave us a ride. Assuring, polite and easygoing, he got us where we needed to be early! Thumbs up!

Best experience I've had using a car service. The dispatcher was polite, and knowledgeable. He helped me find the best ride for my needs and schedule for my flight. Mr. Stanley Snider picked me up at the airport.he was one of the most professional and friendly people i have met in a long time. Working in the service industry myself I absolutely appreciate when someone goes above and beyond the call of duty. Laguardia airport is under construction, when I had issues finding my driver Mr. Snider helped every step of the way. If I could give them negative stars, I would. Despite the cancellation in their contract, they refuse to credit me money owed to me for a cancelled service. DO NOT USE GARDELLA's unless you want your money stolen. It's been 4 months of back and forth and now they are refusing to pay me money owed regardless of the contractual and legal requirement.

They are also unprofessional - not only did they refuse to offer me the money owed as Tate's in the contract, they refused to give me a service credit until I said I would file a claim with my credit card company. 0 customer service, terrible people and terrible company. Their shuttles look like shit too.

We used Gardella's Elite Limousine Service for our wedding on July 20, 2019. They were exceptional in their service. I did not worry about transportation the entire day! We used the 30 passenger party bus which was very reasonably priced. They had to stick to a tight schedule before the wedding - making two 30 minute round trips for our separate bridal parties and did an excellent job! They called the day before to confirm all details. I would highly recommend them!

We just had another incredible experience with our rides to and from the cruise terminal in NYC. Our driver was wonderful- so much so that we requested him for our return. We were scheduled to be picked up at 9 am, but we ended up getting in early and he was already there at 8 am, so there was no need for us to wait until when he was supposed to be there. This was incredibly helpful as we were traveling with a two year old.

Used Gardella's to get from the Danbury area to JFK on a rainy morning after a nor'easter. The driver showed up early despite the early pickup and did a fantastic job navigating the slick, debris-covered roads. He did a great job navigating through the usual traffic closer to the city. The car was impeccably clean and well maintained. Great experience.

I have had the pleasure of using Gardella Elite limo more than once for trips to the airport. My most recent was drop off to JFK with my family and pick up from Newark. This was our annual ski trip to Utah. In both cases the drivers were very courteous and professional. They loaded and unloaded our bags and made the drive effortless. They engaged in light conversation but were also considerate when we wanted to rest or nap.

In addition Elite will text and email the name of the driver and his location. You know precisely where he is and when he will arrive. The vehicles are late model and clean. In an age of Uber services Elite outshines them all. Fair price, personable drivers and excellent service. Strongly recommend.

Best service every time! I have been a long time customer of Gardella's Elite Limousine and hands down they have the best customer service there is! I have used them for trips to the airport, limos for special occasions and their bus service for the last big party I held. The drivers are always on time, super professional, and the vehicles are impeccably clean and comfortable.

Just used their service to get to JFK today and wrap up my holiday trip. Driver John C. was on time and super nice. They were also priced below all of their competition! Nice to pay less and get great service. Look forward to using them again.

My boss lives in New York, I live in Texas but it's not a problem to make sure he's got a way to the airport (at 3AM) and a back home from the airport (midnight) because of Elite Limo. Just a few simple clicks and done. Muchas Gracias

I've used Gardella's on three separate occasions. 2 were routine trips to the airport. They were there ready to pick us up before we were ready (my wife's fault of course, not mine, lol). The third time was a special birthday for my wife. I rented a party bus. I didn't really know what to expect, but when it arrived, it was AMAZING.

I wish I could ride that thing every weekend. I've dealt with a few different drivers, most recently JP and Daryl. Both were fantastic, and even stopped to let us get coffee to nurse our hangovers, haha.
