A Touch Of Class Limousines

Wow! Be careful with this company's racist driver they may leave you stranded! 4th time using their services, NEVER again! We hired this company to take 3 adults, 8 big bags and 4 carry on bags from round lake beach to Chicago O'Hara Airport and return us back to round lake beach on June 17th. On may 26th the pick up was so smooth. The driver was courteous and friendly.

Driver loaded all the bags into the limo and got us to the airport with any issues or concerns, our trip was off to a great start! As we returned to USA on June 17th with only 7 big bags and 4 carry on, this Asian driver who refused to give his name gets all angry and rude and refuse to load our bags or the people including my senior citizen mom who is in a wheel chair.

As I asked him what is the issue, he stares: Before I can take you anywhere I need to call the office and confirm something. He tells his office lies about how we have 20+ bags. Then tells us with an attitude how we have persoanlly wrong him how he cannot take us because of safety concerns. I asked what exactly is this a safty concern when we used the same limo to the airport.

After 5 mins we failed to get an answer out of him as he continues to be on 2 of his phones and gets very aggatteged with us. We told this driver and his management how we have just flew 16+ hrs to get here and how my mom isn't feeling well we are just trying to get home. As he is pulling away he states someone else will come and get you in 5 mins.

We are on the call with the management and they stated they will have a word with the driver, and would like that I do not call their Asian driver a Du@#a@* who refused to provide a service that the company was hired for. What I should have done is call him out for being racist that he was. While the management would also lime me to not to take this personally, the management failed to see that their driver is lied to them and leaving a elderly women and her 2 kids with bags who are tired outside of the airport.

That justify for anger that I have towards their driver and the company that has hired such driver and this poor review for the services to which this company was hired for. Another limo pulls up 15 mins later that happends to be dropping off another passager at the airport from the same company to take to take us home. New driver, no issues, I clearly asked upfront if he has any issues with us or our baggage, he stated none and started to load the bags into the vehicle.

While this limo company did do the right thing by the end, they failed to vet their driver weather or not they happend to be racist! It seems like the only logical explanation as to why one driver in the same limo can take us to and from the airport while the other cannot. If it is not the case, it would be good to here from management for a clear explanation of WHY did the driver refuse service that is logical.

We were not rude to the first driver he was rude to us and I will tolerate alot of things but will NOT tolerate rudeness when I am traveling with my mom who is just looking to get home. Before hiring this company just be aware! I do hope my complaints to the management does issues into a swift action against the driver Asian driver otherwise another customer in the future will suffer the same fate as us.

Almost stranded at the airport even after preparing for a service. Pictures blew to show how big the bags were and how the fit perfectly well inside the vehicle while the passagers reached the destination with an ease.

A Touch of Class Limo is Amazing! We have used A Touch of Class Three separate times and have been very happy with our experiences! Our drivers were on time, friendly, professional and the limos were all super clean. We will most certainly be using A Touch of Class again!

Driver arrived early but parked nearby so we didn't feel pressure to get out there early. Limo was in beautiful condition. Driver helped us with luggage. Company answers their phone promptly and agents are knowledgeable. Will definitely use again.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value This limo service is a joke. Rotten egg smell the entire ride. No radio, no Bluetooth, silence the entire ride. Do not hire this company. Terrible.

Pick up service was spectacular. Return service was awful. Limo smelled like sulfurous rotten eggs whenever back windows were open. Driver acknowledged issue but still tried to cause issues over missing $3 champagne glass at drop off. Terrible ride home.

We booked with A Touch of Class Limousines to take our group of 10 to and from a restaurant in the city last night for my daughter's 15th birthday. Everything went smoothly from booking through drop off. Our driver, Mike, was punctual, professional, accommodating, and very friendly. He even put a Happy Birthday sign in the window for us! Mike wore a mask the whole time, the car was very clean, and everything worked well - especially the sound system, which my daughter was able to use through her phone with zero issues. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again in the future.

Called and asked for a quote for a town car. Guy laughed at me and said "town cars haven't been made since 2011". Sorry I don't know what makes and models are currently in production but starting a conversation with a potential client like that was enough for me to stay away.

Touch of Class is exactly as the name describes. Chris was professional and delivered the highest quality of service. Late night McDonalds run was no problem for Chris even though the limo wouldn't fit through the drive thu. I will definitely use them again. Five Stars

September 5th Fransisco was the driver and he was so polite and professional for my daughters wedding. The bridal party was late leaving the hotel for the venue; no worries. Returned the bride and groom safely to their hotel. Excellent service/ we used the white stretch. Recommended

I was at a function on Saturday Downtown with (6) pre-teen Girls. I was surprised when the limousine that picked us up was not the same driver or company. Evidently the company we originally used called another Limousine service "Touch of Class" that for our sake was the best surprise to say the least. The driver from Touch of Class was very professional, the Car was impeccable and we were extremely pleased by his overall professionalism as well as impressed with the vehicle. All (6) pre-teen Girls were impressed enough that they were taking selfies go figure and posting on how awesome the car was. Great Job well done!

This was my first time using this company for transportation to O'hare and I was VERY impressed. I had been using another company for 20+ years however their rates had gotten extremely high. The booking process was very easy, the driver showed up early and was very professional and pleasant and the Limo was immaculate. When I returned I called the number and they were prompt in picking me up. I will definitely be using them for future transportation.

I booked this out of state as a surprise for my girlfriend and her friends coming home. Their driver was professional, friendly, and a safe driver. The booking process was also fantastic! All around everything went smoothly! Would recommend to anyone!

The limo had no air conditioning. There were seven of us sweating and using paper to fan ourselves. When I brought it to the driver's attention he said it will get cooler as we drive which is odd. The air never worked. I had to call the limo service directly. The person who in charge of transportation was very nice and apologetic. He arranged for the driver to meet him and switch limos.

The new limo had working air conditioning but we were twenty minutes late for the show we were attending. Also, while waiting for the person to come with the new limo we had to stand outside because it so hot inside the limo. The limo driver told me to stick my hand in the front because the air was working in front. So unprofessional and unconcerned.

Cannot thank Touch of Class Limousines enough! Our service to O'Hare at the crack of dawn was wonderful! The gentleman picked us up on time and with a warm, beautiful SUV and chilled bottled water! So nice to start off our 25th anniversary trip with such a great ride! Veronica on the phone was so helpful and polite. And our pick up from O'Hare.on spot! I strongly recommend this service if you want the very BEST!

We booked a limo ride to Ravinia last night. Couldn't have been happier with the service. It was the right to call to book a limo for that venue. You guys made it easiy, and convenient. Our driver was Tony, he was great. Tony was on time, in fact he was at our house a little early which worked out well since we had a lot of things to pack into the trunk. Tony helped us load the trunk.

He couldn't have been more helpful or friendly. He had water, ice and beverages in the car. Tony got us to Ravinia with a safe and timely drive. When leaving Ravinia, he was at the front gate waiting for us. We couldn't have asked for a better, easier departure. Tony also suggested another concert we might like that is coming up in Rockford, as he knows we like a small venue. We've used A Touch of Class before so naturally used them for my son's bachelor party. I'd definitely recommend them. Only thing if you're wanting a 10 seat limo, ask for a 12 seat, if possible. Ten doesn't really fit, and these weren't large guys by any means.

Booked a touch of class limoi some time ago but here are the facts, the driver Joe G showed up early professionally attired, the limo was a white 10 passenger for my niece's graduation. She was totally blown away, the car was decorated in her school colors fully stocked with a assortment of non alcoholic beverages and three different types of munchies. The whole evening was a resounding unqualified success. I have heard from other people that this driver is a real pro never lost, never late always early.

Hired to take group of girls to HS prom. Driver was terrible and had many issues. Owner was contacted and did the right thing by admitting the errors and promising to address the driver. Heard good things about company and owners response proves they care!

Been using these guys for years.always on time with competitive pricing. Limo is clean and Tony our driver is courteous. Don't think you can miss with these guys give them a try! Off to Mexico : sure is cold in Chi town!

We used this limo service to get us to and from our wedding venue. I called a few limo places that were very rude and ended on a touch of class after reading all the great Yelp reviews. They were able to accommodate me a week before our wedding and the person who does the wedding reservations was super nice to me. The venue was only 3 miles away but I definitely felt like we were driving in luxury and the nice brand new limos.

The drivers were very professional and I like that they had on snazzy suits. I would definitely use them again to get to and from any venue or the airport. The pricing was very reasonable.

He was great, he arrived at our house early, was very helpful in setting the car up, as my husband had snacks for everyone in the car. Always first class. I will never use anyone else for my rides to the airport. I come from crystal lake which can be a hike depending on time of day, but never fails these guys are on time, prompt, and efficient. Cars are always immaculate! Hard to beat this team.
