Great service! I needed a ride to the airport at the last minute and they were more than accommodating and helpful. On time. Assistance with luggage. Treated with kindness and respect. Perfect! On my return trip the driver texted me with my carousel number for baggage claim and was waiting for me with a sign. Seriously loved the service. Thank you!

Terrible costumer service. very unprofessional on the phone. I just witnessed my mother being yelled at on the phone by Rob. i assume he is the owner. He didn't give my mother a chance to even speak as he continued to bully her. Rob runs a tight ship! But what sets him apart is he remembers you as a client even if you never came face to face with him but most importantly he answers the phone so you feel like you have met. My family and I have been using him for years and I live in Grand Blanc Mi! I just call him give him my flights and Then you forget about it he doesn't have to be reminded just go on your vacation with no worries!

The service was very professional! (June 4,2021)Everything was great! Until I checked my account! They went back in my account without my permission charged my account another $300.00! Check your account people! They refunded my money today! Not my over draft fees I guess it was my mistake for spending money I have!
