We contacted J&J Transportation with issues regarding our driver and after some social media posts / reviews we finally connected with a manager for the company who actually seemed to care about how poorly we were treated. After some lengthy discussion and assurances that the driver was admonished and apologized for his rude behavior I volunteered to remove the initial review detailing his horrendous behavior. It is my honest opinion that J & J strives to provide competent and courteous drivers. That being said we will definitely use them once again when the need arises.

We used J & J for drop off and pick-up at Newark Airport. Everything was smooth and easy for us. Everyone we had contact with was professional and efficient. We needed use of a booster seat and they were happy to provide one. We had clear communication via text and phone with both drivers before hand. Jack and Nick were both excellent drivers and kind people. The SUVs and booster seats were clean and odorless. The only area we saw that was lacking is their on line reservations, I suggest calling instead.

Please see email to company from our wedding planner. Note the company refused to take accountability. Do NOT use them. Tonight was simply a disaster. Truthfully, our nightmare started a month ago, when you removed two bigger vehicles from your fleet and assigned us two smaller ones. Our guest count had dropped, so it seemed like we would be okay with the 35 passenger and 2 24 passengers, so we did not push back.
We were to be refunded $200, which I have asked for twice since the promise, and have yet to receive. Tonight, two of the three buses were able to drive the driveway, drop off guests, turn around, and come back. In fact, one of your drivers did so several times. The UPS truck and Fedex trucks regularly visit the property as well, and can three point turn without difficulty.
Your third driver drove down the driveway, dropped off guests, and drove into a ditch on the side of the road. That was not the fault of the property, as it was proved by the two other buses to be challenging, but drivable. Where she drove into a ditch was the road, not the driveway - 152 guests and our whole schedule of events suffered because she is an incompetent driver.
Because of the bus being stuck in the ditch, it blocked the driveway. We had to start the ceremony 22 minutes late because guests could not come down. The ripple effect of that was the bride and groom missing a large portion of their cocktail hour, which was the part of the night they were most excited about. Because of that, all three drivers refused to come down the driveway at the end of the event.
I had to field several calls from J and J during cocktail hour when I had other pressing things to handle. The "compromise" was to send a van to shuttle people from the bottom of the driveway to the waiting buses at the top of the driveway. Somewhere in those plans, bus assignments shifted and drivers refused to be flexible. One driver refused to switch to driving to the hotel, as the van was taking people to the parking lot directly.
Elderly people had to stand for up to 30 minutes as I called J and J repeatedly trying to find out what was going on. I called 22 different times! What a waste of my time. Eventually, the van driver (who was so nice - he really tried to save his colleagues in this) would up taking the couple and the 20 or so remaining people to the hotel, after your driver parked in the street refused to. Guests walked to his bus parked in the middle of the dark and busy road and he refused to take them.
In fact, my assistant wound up driving several people! Your drivers, with the exception of the van driver, were rude, inflexible, and inefficient. I have used your company 11 times in the past and am embarrassed that I am the one who recommended you to Jenny and Steve. The bride was texting me from the van how upset she was - your company put a cloud on an otherwise spectacular day. Communicating to the J and J phone number, the person the van person would call - all who said they would "call me right back" was a complete waste of my time.
I went over the logistics of today, including lengths of the vehicles, the dimensions of the driveways, with photos, THREE different times. Not to mention countless emails. I'm disgusted with how we were treated tonight. Jenny and Steve's families were kind and flexible, but shouldn't have had to be. No one should have to walk.4 miles down a long dark driveway, to the middle of an unsafe road, to have a driver refuse to take them!
We also needed the shuttle to take vendors back to the parking lot. Because of the ineptitude and lack of ability to be flexible and help, 14 vendors had to stay 40 minutes past their end time and need to be compensated for that time. In addition to your own reputation, you have sullied mine. It's not acceptable. Let us know your plan to attempt to rectify this situation at your earliest convenience.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They will quote you one price have you lock in for that price and then at time of swiping your card try to get you on a whole different price. My original price was $689 we locked in via email for this price and as I went to pay they told me I have a new price and since we made it a bit closer of a trip I was thinking it would be cheaper. NO IT WAS NOT they tried to charge me close to $500 dollars more saying that the prices have changed and that there was nothing to do except pay the new price.
I advised I have email confirmation on my original price and they would not accept it even though their employee was the one helping me get the rate that was originally agreed on. If you go to the better business bureau website you will see this place has a very bad rep and on has a D- rating do not believe these google reviews as I told the manager I would be making a review and they told me we have people to give better reviews when we see a bad one to up the stars on google!

We used J&J for luxury car and party bus services for our wedding on 7/3/21. We had Michael Betancourt and Samuel Cippoloni for our drivers. They were both fantastic. Beyond early/on-time, pleasant, and kind. Michael drove me (the bride) to our venue. It was downpouring and Michael spoke simple but sweet, uplifting words to keep me calm. Samuel was our party bus driver.
He was kind and filled with good vibes/energy. Both the car and bus were extremely clean. The bus' sound system worked perfect and our cell phones easily connected to the Bluetooth to play music. J&J was professional and classy from the very first phone call. Highly recommend!

I would recommend this company to anyone looking for transportation services. The reservationists are all very knowledgeable and professional. I was stuck with providing transportation for my wedding and they helped me with everything including suggesting shuttle times for the busses. They personalized the whole experience around my needs. The vehicles are very clean and nice and the drivers are also very polite and professional. Thank you J&J for all that you do!

From the start, we spoke to Lauren who was amazing. She was professional, informative, and friendly. When we shared our plans, she helped us figure out the best way to plan our weekend and to get the most out of our travels. When the day came, the car arrived on time and extremely clean. We had Eddie as a driver for a winery tour in the Poconos and he was phenomenal.
He made sure to check in with safety protocols, asked about any belongings we may need, and made sure we were all comfortable in the car. Eddie provided insight while driving without being invasive or too involved. He helped us plan out the rest of our day and had a cheerful demeanor the entire time. We all felt safe and secure riding along with him. I would highly recommend this service, Lauren as the representative, and Eddie as a driver. Five stars.

J&J did an amazing job getting our guests to and from the hotel and our wedding venue. They were on time and helped make our guests feel comfortable. The last shuttle of the night was just the bride and groom, we had the opportunity to talk with the driver; he was very personable. It was a great way to end our night from the venue! Highly recommend!

I never used this company but had the displeasure of encountering one of their drivers that had terrible road rage. They made sure they pulled out in front of me at the last second causing me to slam on my brakes. Then doing 25 in a 50mph zone I'm trying to keep a reasonable distance but getting irritated. He then kept trying to brake check me.
The best is on a 2 lane road when I tried to speed up to just get away from them, he sped up to race me off the road and tried to push me out of the lane. Why are you in such a rush to pull out in front of someone just to do TWENTYFIVE mph UNDER the speed limit and then run them off the road? If you didn't pull out I would have been away from this jerk and not had an aggravated morning.

I was hesitant to use these guys because of some negative reviews, but we had an emergency situation that involved two airports (Lehigh Valley and Philadelphia), a kid at camp and some bizarre logistics (for example, one pickup was bags only, so the driver had to go into the airport and retrieve two pieces of oversized luggage). I called several others first, but no one could do what we asked in the timeframe we needed it done. J&J jumped on it right away and had a driver on it approximately 20 minutes after my first call. Everything went off exactly as we asked, and J&J saved the day. We are extremely grateful to them for making a really bad situation work out as well as possible!

Had an awful experience with this outfit over the weekend. Was at a wedding were J&J were supposed to transport people from a remote parking lot and then return them beginning at 9:00 PM. The return trip was horrible. The driver was over a half hour late and was busy texting while letting elderly passengers navigate the bus's steps. I've had trouble with J&J over prices in the past but at least the drivers were on time and polite and helpful.

Booked two one way trips for a friends wedding in early June. On the way to the reception, I had to tell the driver how to get there. He was driving all over the road. For the return trip, the driver was almost an hour late from the scheduled pickup time. Everyone had left the venue and we were stranded. I was told the office would follow up with me the next day.
No follow up! I called in multiple times asking to speak with a manager. One employee I spoke with flat out told me "that sucks" and that my trips shouldn't have been booked like they were. Never a call back, horrible customer service. I had been loyal customer over many years. I will never use J&J again.

I had a birthday celebration for my daughter on 2/2/19 with 12 of her friends on a party bus. Overall the bus was nice and the ride to Philly from Allentown was good. I gave it a 4 because I specifically asked for the bus with the dance pole in several conversations and was disappointed when it arrived and there was no pole. I was also disappointed with the driver Mike.
He was not engaging at all. I felt like we just got on the bus to fend for ourselves. He never explained how to set up the music, how to work the light, or if the champagne was ours. Usually, the driver engages the group, he was just "blah." It was like he had to be pried from his seat to come to help us set up the music.

I would not give this company even one star. My Grandmother booked a car service for my wedding day to take her on a 2 hour drive so she could be there to celebrate with me on the most important day of my life. My grandmother is one of the most important people in the entire world to me and due to J&J's error they had cancelled her trip and never let her know.
Due to the large monetary sum the bank flagged it as fraudulent, and denied it. However, it came to light that the reason J&J never let my grandmother know was because when she booked the service over the phone they got her telephone number WRONG! The woman who booked the service had a different number and as my grandmother is older and the "telephone" was her only means of communication she never got their calls.
Please believe the woman who booked her service needs over the phone got her credit card number correct, just couldn't take a phone number down correctly. While human error occurs the company should dignify my concerns with a response and attempt to make the error right. Needless to say my poor grandmother frantically called J&J when no car showed up to transport her to my wedding and eventually they got someone to her but not in time for my wedding. An elderly woman's last wish to see her only grandchild get married was taken away from her due to this company's poor communication! Moreover, I have called the company numerous times and emailed the entire team including Denise Cali the owner and I have failed to even get a response.
I have requested to be called and demanded they try to make reparations for their error. Not only was my elderly grandmother hysterical, I the bride was left sobbing at my own wedding because of J&J transportation. Although they cannot change what happened they won't even try to make up for something that resulted as their employees error! J&J did an awesome job on our wedding day! Took our complicated routes to 5 different stops, using 2 buses, to get all of our 150 guests to the ceremony on time. Then one bus stayed to get everyone home. It was a bit complicated to confirm all the time frames were correct- but not for J&J lack of contact and follow up! The phone workers might not have been the most helpful at times but the drivers were amazing and made everything smooth, easy sailing the day of. We even called a car last minute to take parents home and then again to drive us to the airport the next day. Definitely would recommend for your next big event!

We love to use J&J for shuttle service back and forth from Newark. They are always prompt and professional. They have always shown up at our house 15 minutes before our scheduled departure and have always been at the airport waiting for us, even late at night. The people booking and confirming our reservations are always polite and professional. Our most recent driver, Abe, was so interesting and we discussed world travel the whole way, which made the time fly by.

Driver did not complete the full route at our wedding and dropped guests off at a different location. The company blamed a guest for "being in his ear" the entire ride which is what caused him to fluster and end the ride early. Received reports from several of our passengers stating that he might have hit a parked car. This was denied by the driver and company. Company would not issue a full or partial refund despite not completing job. Generally disappointed in services provided and customer service.

They were a no show for our pickup at Newark Airport on 4/16. Our plane was delayed in Miami due to weather and when we landed at 2AM they were not there to pick us up. We called and the driver hadn't even left Allentown yet! We called Uber and paid them $200 to drive us home. Use someone else you can trust!

HORRIBLE SERVICE! The one woman who picks up the phone Regina, is incredibly rude with plenty of attitude. There is another woman there, Kuri. Don't book anything with her because once there's someone willing to pay more, she'll drop your reservation without letting you know! I waited for her call back and she never called and she told me to hold off on paying till she calls the first thing the next morning! NEVER HAPPENED. I could seriously ramble on and on about how unprofessional and unreliable these people are. Just HORRIBLE!
