Nightmare. Avoid. Look at my other reviews. I'm a public person and travel for a living. 1. Late 10 mins "Dispatch didn't tell me" 2. Not wearing a mask. "I can wear a a mask if you want" 3. On the trip he was honked at because he didn't get on the off ramp. 7. I asked him to crack the window because of Covid, he pushed back. I double checked all these items when I booked, and the day of. This company needs to more aggressively screen their drivers. I took video of all the interactions. I also texted the company no answer.

The Limo Service that we had been using for years had gone out of business ( do to COVID I guess), so I was searching the internet looking for a new service. Elite check all of the boxes we had plus many more. this is a FIVE star PLUS Limo Service. I can only believe that the other segments of their business are top notch as well. The owner is very rude and belittling this company have the potential to be excellent but the owner lack in respecting and showing concerns for his drivers which puts his passenger's safety in danger and causes the driver to drive under stress and pressure this owner is all about money hopefully they can make improvement so the driver can feel appreciated and safe to provide great service to customers

I have hired Elite several times; most recently to bring my cousin to the airport for a very early departure. But, the time the was the most special to me was when Renzo Ormsbee and I planned to have him pick me up at home and bring me to pick up my daughter at school for her 16th Birthday. My daughter has Special Needs and doesn't ask for much but she had always wanted to ride in a limo.

The look on her face as she ran past me and flung herself into the back of the limo was a memory I will never forget. Renzo did everything to make her feel truly special and I've always been grateful for that.

BEWARE! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! After weeks of searching for a transportation company that could transport my family including a wheel chair bound father of mine, I found is company that had a mini bus that could provide our transportation needs. I was kind of hesitant with their lack of response to emails but I was desperate. Well, one week prior to our trip I received an email from them that said the wheel chair accessible bus I had reserved had a "drive train" issue and they could not provide the transportation I had reserved.

How can a transportation company not fix a "drive train" issue? I can only suspect the company has underlying financial or professional issues. In the situation I was in, I asked if they could recommend another company. Their response was that they would not. This is not only unprofessional but very suspicious and non-cooperative. If you are looking for a reliable transportation provider, I would avoid this company. They will leave you high and dry.

After a competitor let us down I called Elite and they were able to take care of everything at a reasonable price. On time pickup and reliable service provided!

Joe was there to pick me up from the airport. Too bad we had such a long wait on my luggage. But with that being said, Joe was kind enough to check on the delay with the airline. Once my bag arrived, we made our way to the car where special instructions had been given in advance to have a care package waiting for me. Everything was so nice and clean. Cold water was chilling and came in handy after my flight. Joe even gave recommendations for our stay here in Houston, TX. Thank you Joe for everything!

I have used several different car services in the Houston area for airport service. Elite Limo stands out for its customer service, professionalism, and driver quality. We had to reschedule service due to Hurricane Harvey, and the process was fast and easy. Their drivers confirm that they are headed your way, inform you when they arrive, and take charge with the baggage.

They also tell you the route they plan to take and why (if it is an alternate due to an accident, etc.). The drivers are excellent at reading your mood--they are ready to chat when I am in a talkative mood, and when I am exhausted they seem to know that I want peace and quiet. Their drivers are also very safe and courteous in traffic. The vehicles, of course, are always immaculately clean and comfortable. Five stars all around.

Brian was an amazing driver. He dropped us in front of the venue and picked us up in the same place, exactly when we were ready to go. Planning my Mom's funeral & needed a limo that would accommodate at least 12 people. After calling around to various limo rentals in Houston, I came back to Elite. They were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable plus they had various sizes & styles to choose from. The other limo services were. less than professional and, quite frankly, I didn't feel like I could trust them with such a delicate request.

Elite Limos was up to the task. The funeral went off without a hitch & it was nice knowing that I could rely on the limo service to not be a problem. They went above & beyond. The car was shiny & clean, the driver was courteous and respectful. I will definitely use them again!

We used this limo service for my daughter's wedding. The prices were reasonable. The booking was easy and all of the phone employees were very nice. When we had a slight change in the pickup time, they were very accommodating. A few days before the wedding, I gave the reservation specialist info on where the driver needed to park. The day before the event, they gave me the driver's cell phone number just in case. However, I didn't need to use it.

The driver arrived at the correct location on time and he sent me a text message saying he had arrived. The stretch limo looked really nice and clean on the outside. I couldn't tell about the inside of the limo because my daughter wouldn't allow me to enter.; I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I used Elite Limos twice during a recent visit to Houston. I needed car service to drive me about 2 hours out of town, and I'm so glad I went with Elite. They were the most polite and informative on the phone and were the easiest to book with. The drivers (one was Omar, I can't remember the other one's name. Brian?) were so professional and the cars were new and spotless. Billing was professional, drivers were on time, everything was smooth and easy. And, shockingly, Elite was the lowest priced of the many companies I looked into. I'll definitely be giving them my business again next time I'm in town.
