Advanced Limousine Service

Very pleased with the service. Plans fell through last minute and I needed something for my boys' homecoming, Advanced Limo Service came through. I rented the limo an hour before my boys and their friends had to be picked up. Driver was there on time and dropped them off on the dot for their homecoming. Advanced Limo helped create a beautiful memory for my both my sons and their friends. Thank you!

If I could give zero stars I would. Very unprofessional! Stay away from this company. After waiting an hour by the side of the highway due to a flat tire (which I understand happens.) They said we could use the limousine for as long as we wanted after the event, and that our driver would be waiting there at the event. They were not there. after the event and they were upset that they wanted to make 1 stop after just to take photographs.

I called to ask the lady who promised the limousine would be available and she hung up on me. They did not even try to make things right. Very unprofessional, there are other companies in town that will take care of your transportation needs. If all else fails, I would still go with even UBER black than ever book advanced limousine service in El Paso, TX again. And the driver asked for the tip in advance. smh.

So I paid up front via credit card the night before the wedding. When the driver dropped off us at the church he wanted to know how long the church service would be, that he wanted to "go to the store". I thought that was tacky. Then he drives us to the reception, and demands I pay again. This Limo was a surprise for my husband, so here I am arguing that I already paid and the guy demands I pay cash again.

Finally he calls the "office" and they confirm we paid. Then he demands a 45 dollar tip. I had given 20, he said its more. Finally I told him, I am fighting with you in my wedding dress in front of my reception, he's not getting a penny more. I found it strange the night before they wanted me to tip in advanced 20 percent, I said no, Ill pay cash, depending on how the driver does. Completely trashy, unprofessional service. Please do not use this company. The very angry Bride.

Really bad service! Never again! We rented 2 limos for my brothers's wedding and the driver ruined their day. He was rude and disrespectful, The air conditioner did not work and the vehicle had not been serviced in a while. Don't use this company EVER!

I am very pleased with the service. Rented the 20 passenger bus for my granddaughters Sweet 16. She was very pleased. Excellent customer service. I had a last minute change and asked if they could arrive 1 hour earlier than requested due to weather and they accommodated my request. Would highly recommend. Thank you

Not a fan. I had to call and have a VIP client picked up from El Paso Airport and brought to Las Cruces. They wanted to charge me $350 for a midnight pick up. The price was highway robbery, but I was in a bind and had no choice, but to pay. I called to following morning to switch the form of payment and they said that they might not be able to do it, but if they could that that would have to charge me an additional 10%. $35 dollars to switch credit cards? Ridiculous.

I asked for a receipt and was told by dispatch that it would be a while as he had to wait for the paperwork to come in. I emailed later in the day asking and still never heard anything back. Emailed once again in the evening and was told that the receipt was sent and that I should check my spam box. Nope.still not there. Emailed a 3rd time and was told that i would have to wait until the following day. Totally unacceptable. Overpriced for the services provided and poor customer service. Avoid at all costs

I talked to a lady and a man there and they said I could get the excursion limo at $595 for the three hours with 16 people in it. Me and my grandpa went outside to look at the limo to see how it looked. When I went back inside the man was gone and I explained to lady that i would need the limo for 20 people and i asked if we could get it for the. same price. she said we could. the next day my grandpa back with my aunt the man that had been thee said i had asked for the price for 14 people and said that for the 20 people we needed the price would rise to almost $800.

HIRED FOR A WEDDING AND ASKED ME TO PAY AHEAD OF TIME FULL BALANCE AND PROMISED ME TO BE ON TME AFTER I PAID BALANCE ON DAY OF WEDDING THEY SUDDENLY HAD A FLAT TIRE, NO GAS NO ICE FOR CHAMPAGNE SO RAN 30 MINUTES LATE AND LONG LIMOUSINE SO LONG THEY DID NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONER REACHING THE VERY BACK (AUGUST WEDDING) VERY SARCASTIC WHEN I CALLED TO COMPLAIN. ONCE THEY HAVE THE MONEY BE CAREFUL
