Use this service for business travel. Very Reliable, friendly drivers, easy online booking with email confirmations and receipts for my expenses, clean cars and all inclusive affordable prices.

Have used Central in the past and have always had good service. I had them booked for a 2:25 am pick up and ride to Newark Airport. and at 2:45 am called up to ask where the driver was. They said he left an hour ago. They tried to call the driver but could not get in touch with him. I was asked if I hand any other way to get to the airport. I said I would drive myself and hung up. I will not be using them again.

Would DEFINITELY recommend and use Central Limousine again. They were very professional. Quote was exactly as charged. Wanted to be picked up a little earlier than planned, and it was no problem. Syed, our driver was a pleasure and very professional. They are very lucky to have him as an employee.

We chose Central Limousine based on Yelp and other online reviews, as well as price and ease of booking. The entire process for booking return car service between Freehold and EWR went very smoothly. Since we had a 5:30 am pick-up for the airport, the driver texted us the night before to introduce himself. He was prompt and courteous and the vehicle was extremely clean and comfortable.

He quickly helped with (very heavy) luggage and was sociable and quiet at the right times. For the return, the driver's text came up as soon as I turned my phone on after landing. He gave clear pick-up location instructions, telling us to let him know when we got our luggage. Once we claimed our luggage, we texted again and he picked us up at the pre-named location within a couple of minutes.

Our name was on a placard in the windshield. He was just as courteous and friendly as the previous driver, and the SUV in the excellent condition. As we got closer to home, he noted his GPS gave 3 estimated routes and asked our recommendation since we were locals. Gratuity is included in price quote and charge, but we added extra to the driver for the top quality service. I will definitely use Central Limousine again.

The company I work for has been using this limo services for few years and I'm also using them on a personal level. Solid performance, professional drivers, good cars.

I've used Central Limo for 10+ years for business travel and sometimes personal travel as well. Their staff are always professional and courteous, their cars are always clean, and they are punctual. Many times their drivers have water bottles ready in the cars and are always great for a conversation to/from the airport. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Worst car service I've ever used, worthy of zero stars! If you have an issue with your service, don't bother calling them, it's not their fault. There are dozens and dozens of car service companies in this area, save yourself the headache and choose a different company.

Place is ripoff and try's scheming you. I called for a quote on a van and spoke to Joe who gave me one price on Friday afternoon. I called a couple other places after and figured Central had the best price. I called back to book and the guy who picked up said that price is too low? I said, that's what Joe quoted me. He then asked me to call back on Sunday when Joe was back to book with him.

So I called back on Sunday and all of a sudden the same person who said Joe would be in said - Joes on vacation for a week or so. I guess they were trying to rip me off and giving a different price than what they quoted. Long story short - this place will try to quote you one price and then change it. Not worth my business!

I recently took Central Limousine, from Monmouth County to the Cape Liberty Cruise terminal. The driver, who arrived 15 minutes early, was very professional. The car was a well kept SUV. Will definitely use them again.

I had tried some other car services for airport transportation. A few of the others seemed unprofessional and the pricing was often unclear. Booked travel on Central's website and the final price included everything, spelled out clearly on the receipt. On the way home i used a cab, which ended up only being about $5-10 cheaper. My driver got there super early and sent me an SMS, but did not complain about waiting.

The car was in very good condition and my driver was good about changing the a/c and radio. He didn't have personal conversations on the phone the entire time, which I have had to deal with even with other limo services. I would say he drove a little aggressively, but most taxi/limo drivers are about the same and he did not do anything really which I would feel was unnecessarily dangerous.

I am not sure if other car services charge more because they are not based in the New Brunswick area for rides from New Brunswick to the airport, or if they offer something more "lux", however, Central Limo provided a clean and professional ride and met my needs. I subtracted a star because in the online ordering I specified I had a discount code, and it was not reflected in the price; however, as noted the price was still lower then car services I have used in the past before the coupon. I see another reviewer used limos.com, I would recommend booking directly through their site or calling them.

I read the mixed reviews here and I'm really surprised. I had a very good experience with this car service. I used their service from Newark and the car was extremely clean and the driver was very polite. I'm used to yellow taxis in the city so this ride was a luxury upgrade. I definitely recommend their service!

I cant talk for the other yelpers here but i had great experience with central limousine! living in NYC i am used to yellow "smelly" cab. and the rudeness of the drivers! totally the opposite here; the car was super nice and comfortable, the driver nice and polite, no smell. great service over all. i was stuck in Newark airport looking for transportation and they came so fast and save the day. great customer experience!

I have used Central Limousine countless times. The drivers have always been early and always very courteous. The prices is always as quoted without any hidden fees. even tip is included in the prices. highly recommend them.

Base charge: $55 Original estimate with fees: $74 Revised estimate after united delayed my flight to arrive early morning: $97 Final charge after united lost my bag and driver had to wait extra time: $172 Jesus Christ.

If you want to be overcharged with bogus additional fees then book with Central Limousine. I booked them with Limos.com for what I thought was a good flat rate. Little did I know they do not disclose your total charges until after your trip in an email. Tried limos.com cust serv with no resolution after several attempts. On a positive note the ride was nice and driver courteous. Can't say much for their honesty as they provide limos.com their fees accurate or not.

If I could give 0 zero stars, I would! My friends and I were travelling for 10 days to Europe and we needed a car hire service to take us to Newark airport. I booked a car hire service thru limos.com. We decided to go with this company because it was located centrally and the price point was within our range. They even gave us a discount as a first time customer.

The booking process was a BREEZE. The day of the departure, I received a confirmation email and text message with the drivers details. The driver was to arrive at my house at 1:45pm and then head over to my girlfriends house at 2:15pm a couple towns over before we head to the airport. At 1:45pm I am patiently waiting in my living room. I decided to check outside and saw that an SUV was parked outside.

I would of expected the driver to ring my doorbell and help me with my luggage at LEAST. I suppose chivalry is dead. I had to drag my bags to the SUV and the driver barely helped me put my luggage in the trunk.smh We start driving and he gets lost and I had to give him directions to the second stop. Seriously, his route should have been properly mapped out PRIOR to picking us up.

We got to the airport on time he took out our luggage and I did not give him a tip. YES you heard it right, I DID NOT TIP THE FOOL. Two week later, we arrive. Our flight landed a little early and we breezed thru immigration and customs. We paid extra to have the driver meet us in the arrival hall. We get there and the driver is no where to be found.

I call the company and the operator told me the driver was on site. He causally walks up to me and says, 'oooooooo I was standing over there talking to some friends'. I was LIVVID. Again, he barely helped us with our luggage when reached the truck. When we arrived at our residence he just dropped us off curbside. In short, DO NOT GO WITH THIS CAR HIRE SERVICE. They are simply the WORST!

I used these guys for a ride to Newark Airport. The driver was polite and the car was clean. That's about all the good things I can say. They charged me extra for a "gas surcharge" that wasn't disclosed before I ordered their service. Also, they charged my credit card THREE TIMES for a single trip and I'm still fighting with them to get the extra charges removed. There are a lot of limo companies around, I would recommend going with another firm.
