I have spoken to multiple people at Prestige Limousine for almost a week now to try and book a party bus. I spoke to two ( I think it was two different people but I am not sure) customer service women who were great. However, the owner Chuck and another woman representative were rude and very short. Chuck told me that he was holding a party bus for me my 15 person group until noon today.
We had spoken two times before this. I called at 10am today to book that bus. I spoke to a GREAT woman customer service person who told me that he was busy and would call me back at 12:30pm. She assured me that since I called BEFORE noon, the bus was still ours and he would call me back at 12:30pm. I call back at 3:25pm since I did not hear from Chuck.
The woman who answers the phone keeps interrupting me saying, "we have been so busy." I keep trying to tell her that since I am also have meetings today, Chuck can call me back tomorrow but I want to make sure that bus is still reserved, but she keeps interrupting me saying he's busy. I try again to explain the situation and she says "I am not writing any of this down because I know Chuck has his own notes." When Chuck finally gets on the phone, he 1) states that the bus is no longer available 2) that he has so many notes he has to look over them again (this is the 4th time I have spoken to him) and 3) he has no idea what bus is available now and the price he quoted me, he has no recollection of.
I remind him that he said he was holding that bus for me but he then goes on to interrupt me constantly saying that he has so many papers, he doesn't remember what he told me, and that he has to call me back again tomorrow "God Willing" and hangs up the phone on me. To have a business operate in this matter, especially when they are dealing with customers who are paying thousands of dollars, is outrageous.
I was extremely patient and waited 3 hours for a call back and this is how they treated me. Chuck is unorganized, has some employees who do not know how to deliver customer service, and apparently, is not equipped to deal with multiple customers which is creating this system of inefficiency and belligerent behavior towards them. His employees also do not know how to put their phones on hold cause while "on hold", I heard them complaining about myself and other customers as well. I do not recommend booking with Prestige if you want competent service.

I can speak of two very positive experiences with Prestige so far! The first was my friend's wine tour last weekend which went great. Our driver, George (Doc), was friendly and accommodating, even when we had to ask him to park elsewhere while we checked out one winery that said we couldn't have a limo on premises. I've since booked Prestige for a brewery tour I'm planning. Chuck and Kim have been super helpful and flexible in booking the limo, even allowing me to come check out their vehicles before booking. I requested Doc as our driver again and they were able to honor that request! I have nothing but good things to say about Prestige at this point!

I can't recommend Prestige Limo services enough! We rented a 28 person bus for a Bills Game and everything was awesome from the booking process, customer service and quality of the bus. Most importantly our driver Brien was the man! Very friendly, professional and safe! We will definitely use Prestige again!

Cannot say enough great things about this company! We called multiple limo services for our wedding and Prestige Limo was by far the best. From the first phone call Kim was professional and accommodating. She was helpful and patient while helping us decide which option was best for us. The day of the wedding they were on time and exceptionally patient and kind!
I feel bad I forgot our drivers name but she was AMAZING! She was so hospitable and a saint for putting up with us. I truly appreciate everything they did for us and will highly recommend their services to anyone.

I had a last minute change of plans for transportation for my son's wedding day. Kim and Chuck turned my transportation emergency into an absolute pleasure. The wedding party and guests had a first class experience and a safe and fun limo travels. The limo driver Brian was prompt and very courteous. He made our wedding party feel free to have a good time.
We had many trips between the Doubletree Hotel and Stokoe Farms. Prestige Limousine completed the entire wedding transportation with life time memories. I cannot wait to use Prestige limousine and Brian for our next big event. The limo experience was a nice part of our wedding day. Dave

I wish I could give more than 5 stars for them. A different limo service canceled on us less than 2 days before our wedding. Chuck (the owner) was able to pull some strings to get us a party bus and a driver. They definitely cared about our day and did everything they could to help us. I highly recommend them and I know I will use them for any future services!

We had an absolute incredible experience using Prestige for our wedding in June of 2021. Chuck and the staff helped so much with planning the day of time line and were super flexible when we changed a few things around the week before. They checked in with us several times before the day of and even after to make sure we were satisfied with our service.
Our driver Steve was super accommodating and professional. He even helped all the ladies and our mothers get off the bus in our dresses and heels, carried our bouquet box, and offered us a cooler for our drinks which is just a testament to how above and beyond they went. I could not recommend Prestige Limo enough and we will definitely be using them for all of our limo/bus needs in the future!

We booked Prestige Limousine as a Mother's Day surprise for our 88 yr old mother. She commented that she would love to ride in a limo because she never had. We booked the limo & the staff we dealt with were professional, friendly & provided great customer service. Our driver that night was John. He was prompt, did an excellent job driving us where we requested.
We had dinner at Agatina's, then drove down to Highland Park, through the city, down through Charlotte, through Durand Eastman Park & then home. Our mother had the time of her life & Prestige Limosine Service made that happen. Thank you!
