Galaxy Limo is the best limo company in Tulsa by far. Their Christmas light tour was a huge hit for my friends and I we even plan on booking one again later this season. They know the best places to see the amazing lights through Tulsa which makes it less stressful than driving on your own. They also offer complimentary sparkling cider which we loved as well. Highly recommend this company!

This past weekend I was in a wedding and they used this service it was horrible! The "20" passenger limo felt more like it could fit 10 and the air conditioner was non existent! We came from Arizona to sit in a hot box with vents that didn't stay up and air that didn't blow. The poor bride ended up riding in a different vehicle to the reception because it was just unbearable. This was unacceptable and unbelievable! I would NOT recommend this service!

In a wedding this weekend and father of the bride rented a "20 person" limo to get the bridal party to and from. The limo was not big enough for 20 people, maybe 10, and it WAS SO HOT inside of the limo. The driver was asked about the air situation and he called the father of the bride "crazy" and kept arguing tjat it was fine. There were 20 of us crammed into this limo and it only had 8 small vents on a ledge facing the windows.
When we tried to adjust the vents we realized they were broken and would just spin back towards the window. All of our make up amd hair were ruined by the time we got to the ceremony. In every single picture we are a sweaty mess. It was so hot the bride didn't even ride back to the reception in it because she couldn't take the heat inside. We get things happen but dont advertise the ability gor a bigger party and then when we try to bring the AC issue to your attention be sarcastic, rude, and unprofessional. Do not recommend

My dad surprised me with this limo for my wedding party, on the day of my wedding on 09-04-21. It was a stretch hummer, we had 20 people that we were taking to the wedding ceremony. First of all was NOT big enough for 20 normal sized humans, maybe 20 CHILDREN but not adults. Second the limo HAD ZERO AIR. It was cooler outside in the Oklahoma heat with the mesquites then it was in the limo.
I was in my dress and could not move because of not enough room and how hot it was. I didn't even ride back to my ceremony in the limo because of how awful it was. Half of my bridal party chose to hitch rides separate so we didn't have to ride back in this limo. It was old, the speakers were blown and sounded terrible when the music was on, NOT WORTH THE MONEY AT ALL! I would never ever recommend this place.

Rented the 20 person hummer (NOT ) 20 toddlers maybe. I spoke with the owner before I committed, sold on how he was local and would make sure I would be satisfied. Limo showed up and AC Wasn't working, everyone complained, was so bad my parents and daughter (bride) went to reception in other vehicles because limo was very hot. I returned the limo an hour early due to the AC.
I called the owner to explain I was not happy with the rental, he became very defensive and said he would check the AC and call me back. HE DID NOT, I called him back and of course he said the AC was perfect and the air had a temp of 45 degrees ABSOLUTELY NOT. I told him it was not and what was he going to do about it. Yelling at me IM DOING NOTHING AND THAT IM LIKE THE REST OF THE #%#*} WANTING SOMETHING of course he hung up on me.
I WARN you DO NOT RENT FROM GALAXY. because all us #%}{%# want something free. Galaxy when you read this, I don't need your money P.S limo had no music and very outdated had a CD player though. The experience was horrible and will never go back

10 out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND! For starters. if you don't have to take some sort of class do drive a limo. well you should! The driver seemed like he had never drove one before and it dang near felt like we we're gonna tip over pulling out of where he picked us up from. not to mention all the forward and reverse he was doing through out the day! I highly suggest using another limo service.especially it's for a special day LIKE A WEDDING!

We asked the driver and he said when there's not so many people it works just fine.well sir lower your capacity!.but that was a lie at one point there's was only 4 of us in there. and it was still too hot! I was just in a wedding Labor Day weekend. The brides dad rented one of their limos that was supposed to hold 20 passengers.which we had. It was not comfortable at all VERY cramped. And the A/C did not work. First part of September - in Oklahoma and the A/C didn't work. When we complained to the driver about it.he said it was working just fine. Clearly it wasn't.
He told us with all the people in it.it wouldn't feel as cool. But after the wedding, there were about 8- 10 of us in the limo waiting for the rest of the bridal party and it was just as hot with half the passengers in it. It was awful! When the brides dad complained about it, they treated him VERY unprofessional. I would NEVER use their services.maybe if it was Cold in December but then again. their heater probably wouldn't work.

We used Galaxy for our wedding and from start to finish we had a horrible experience. They advertise their F650 as being a 30 passenger bus. We barely fit 20 people inside. The A/C was not working for the entire hour and a half home from my wedding and the music did not work at all inside of the party bus. I seriously don't know what limo service would bring a vehicle with no music capabilities and why they would falsely advertise how many people fit in their vehicles.
Overall it was extremely embarrassing to not have my whole wedding party fit in our one ride home that was an hour and a half away from where we were staying and we had no music to listen to after a super fun night of our wedding oh! And no AC in June in Oklahoma. I would never recommend Galaxy limo to anyone. In fact, I tell people to stay clear. It truly put such a damper on the end of our wedding night.

I had an experience with Galaxy Limousine last evening that I consider important to share. We had a confirmed reservation to be picked up at 5:00 pm; the scheduler told me they would stage a car 15 minutes before the pick up time. We arrived 5:00, on time, and at 5:15 when no car had arrived, I called Galaxy. The dispatcher said they were extremely busy due to the fact it was Father's Day.
I asked him why I wasn't notified by phone, email, or text about the delay, he answered that we're busy and claimed a car was in route, and would arrive in 10 minutes. Fifteen minutes later, still no car, I called back. This time, the same dispatcher told me that our driver dropped a group of clients downtown, and the clients insisted the driver stay while they checked-in, stored their luggage, and then drove them to the Summit Club.
He said this was not part of the group's reservation, but they felt they should accommodate this client. He said the same driver just left downtown, and was on the highway, due to pick us up in fifteen more minutes. Twenty additional minutes went by, and I got a call from the driver saying, he had just dropped off his clients and would head our way--likely another 15 or so minutes.
Already fifty-five minutes past our reservation time, I told the driver that was unacceptable and canceled the car. I called a local taxi who arrived ten minutes later, and got a ride home. Due to the lack of professionalism, lack of communication, and being lied to--which I consider poor customer service--I cannot recommend Galaxy Limousine

I needed to have my son met at the airport in Tulsa and transported to his grandparents house. I should note I live out of state. Galaxy limo was excellent. They met him in baggage claim and delivered him to Owasso without fail. They also picked him up and returned him to the airport. Smooth, convenient and most importantly, reliable. I entrusted them with my high school age son and they did not disappoint. I would recommend them unhesitantly.
