We have purchased Royale products for 20 years and (3) in the past two years. Quality & Service are excellent. Royale has also been a key vendor member of the New England Livery association.

As a former president of the National Limousine Association and having served many years with the Connecticut and New England chapters, I have been immersed in modified vehicle safety and have seen the facilities at many coachbuilders; Royale has been the Teddy's Transportation System modifier of choice for decades. Their style, dedication to safety, quality and detail is superb and the experience, expertise and creativity comes screaming through and does not disappear after the sale.

I have purchased vehicles from Steve Edelmann over the course of many years. I purchased a pre owned limousine from him when I was first starting in the business in 1989. Since then I have purchased both limousines, and most recently a Mercedes Sprinter from Steve. I have always felt that they buidl a quality product, and stand behind it. I would recommend them to anyone looking for either a limousine, or Sprinter.

The immediate response in the service department clearly exceeds all manufactures in the limousine industry! Mack understands that an out of service vehicle makes no money.
