Always timely, most drivers are very friendly. I wish I got his name but he's an African he's got an accent but he was extremely friendly and I enjoyed the ride with him

I used these guys because of high rating but I did not have a good experience. It took a 20 minute phone call to make the booking as the call handler was very slow. My cab was 45 minutes late- I had to call twice to find out where they were. Once the cab arrived, the car and drive were fine.

I've been using The Limo Group for over three years when I travel for business. The drivers are always very courteous and the cars exceptionally clean. It's always been easy to make reservations but this time, with the new website, it was even better! I LOVE the new website - it shows my history of travel and I was able to print out my confirmations on the spot, no longer having to wait for a confirmation email. On March 7, 3 months before my son's wedding, I booked this limo company to provide a 24 passenger limo bus to take my son and his wedding party from the church to their reception venue on June 11. On June 6 I called and confirmed this reservation. On June 10 at 2pm, less than 24 hours before the wedding, I got an email saying our reservations was cancelled.

When I called to inquire I was told the vehicle I reserved was broken down, in the shop, needed parts to repair and was not available. I was not offered any alternatives, they were not helpful, not sympathetic, did not offer me other vehicles or any other limo service options when I asked for help. Here I was less than 24 hours before a wedding and no transportation for 20 people to get to a location 50 minutes away from the church. Needless to say, I understand things breakdown, but a business needs to have a backup plan and at least offer some solutions. They show numerous large vehicles on their website and I can't imagine all were booked for 330 pm on a Saturday afternoon. Don't rely on this company!

I have used this Chicago car service for over a decade, any times each year. They are always, punctual, professional and friendly. These days, I call no one else.

Chicago Limo is the best car service in Chicago by far! They have fantastic customer service and are ALWAYS on time! I use them on a routine basis, booking travel for myself, my husband and my business partners. They are the only car service I will use in Chicago.

The price quoted on the website increased by $20 when I tried to make the reservation. I called instead and was told by the "manager" that the website is inaccurate. Classic example of an organization that will not see my money

This is the only car service company in Chicago I use. They are always reliable. I am even given the option of having the driver text me before I land and, after grabbing my luggage, I text them back with my door number. Within a few minutes, they are outside meeting me. In today's world, it's much easier to communicate this way to avoid an extra phone call.

The vehicles are always spotless! The drivers are always prompt, if not early before the scheduled pick-up time, and always get me to my destination safely and quickly. I have enjoyed them so much that I opened a corporate account with Chicago Limo and they are the only service our employees and guests use while in Chicago. Not only have I booked with Chicago Limo for my airport transfers, but I have used them constantly for special events, weddings and birthday parties. I highly recommend this company for all your transportation needs.

We have had nothing but great experiences with this professional, prompt service. We will continue to ride with this crew as opposed to some of the cab companies that just scare me to death with the condition of the car and the nonchalance of the driver.

One of the best experiences I've ever had. The ease of use for placing reservations and convenience is unrivaled. They have an app you can download on your iphone and book your entire trip and keep in contact with the driver on your own through that. This alleviated the hassel from calling the company to see where the driver was. The drivers are all very nice, caring people who take their jobs seriously and dress appropriately, while giving you your privacy.

One of the best and easiest experiences I've ever had. They have a phone application that lets you immediately make reservations right on your phone, so you don't have to waste your time calling. The app also lets you see exactly where the driver is and you can get directly in contact with him, without having to deal with automated machines. Professional and sweet drivers, who definitely give you your privacy.

I was so impressed with the quality of service from Chicago Limousine & Cars. I heard about them from a co-worker who recommended them after they were hired for an anniversary. They were right on time, and everything went off without a hitch. I definitely plan to use them again and I would recommend their affordable services to anyone.

I'm really happy with Chicago Limousine & Cars. I hired them for my anniversary. The stretch limo picked us up from our house in Evanston and brought us to the Signature room in the Hanckock Tower, where the driver waited for us and took us back home when we were finished. Since it was nighttime, I asked him to do a couple circles around downtown area (Chicago is simply beautiful at night, especially on Upper Wacker by the river).

The driver said no problem and drove us around for quite a bit. I was very happy and my wife was very impressed (dinner at 95th was great too!), she especially enjoyed the limo ride, said she liked the neons inside a lot. Very happy with my choice of limousine company!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I am looking for a limo service for our wedding. When I told them I needed a car for 12 people but am not interested in a party bus or a SUV limo, the representative got very short with me. And then when I said I'll need to think about it, he asked if I'd like to make a reservation. So I said "thank you, but I don't think I'll be booking at this time". and then he hung up. Note: I have not written a review about any of my wedding vendor experiences yet, but this was so rude. Don't use them for anything. Note 2: Car services are in fact "services". How can you provide good car services if your customer service is already bad? Something to think about, Chicago Limousine.

This might be the worst limo company on the planet. We ordered a bus to take 25 kids to homecoming, and they showed up 25 minutes late with a 22 person limousine so 3 kids had to sit on the floor. We had to cancel the kids' dinner reservations because Chicago Limousine showed up so late that there wasn't enough time to get downtown and back to their dance.

The limo was stocked with booze from a wedding party and was dirty and smelly. The driver was clueless and wound up driving into the city even after we told him that we changed reservations to a restaurant in Oakbrook. He finally turned around and got the kids to the restaurant which took 45 minutes for a 15 minute drive. We called the company to complain and try to get a partial refund but they wouldn't connect us to anyone in charge. We finally reached a "manager" after 10 attempts and he was completely rude and entirely unhelpful. Save your money and aggravation and use another limo company.

Do not use this company. First car was a pick up from my home to ORD. Driver didn't have a clue on how to get there after we had been in the car for 45 mins we insisted he stop following his cheap GPS and follow our directions. Almost missed flight out. Second car was supposed to pick us up at 8:30pm shows up at 9:00pm after 2 calls to dispatch (second call went to VM).

No apologies for him being late and was in fact straight out rude. So glad I paid money to almost miss a flight, stand out in the cold for 30 minutes and then to top it off be disrespected.no wonder China is kicking our butts.oh and the BEST part lsecond driver didn't even carrt our luggage.wow

They were late and then blamed me. They took the slowest way possible to the airport. But worst of all, they were rude the entire way. I will never use them again.
