The best! For film & television production needs I always book with Lone Star. They have been driving our cast, crew, and VIP's around Austin for many years now. Super responsive, always on time, professional drivers, great cars. And on top of everything the owner, Belal, is one of the nicest people you will every encounter.

I have used Lonestar Limo for the past 13 years for car service for all of our company executives as well as all of our guests that travel to Austin. They consistently provide outstanding service and we couldn't be more pleased. Their drivers are courteous and professional and all of our guests comment positively after we arrange car service for them through Lonestar. Balal is the best there is - he bends over backwards to accommodate us and we can be challenging with last minute changes, etc. I am so happy to share our consistently wonderful experience. Belal is truly a champion. I had an urgent request with VERY little turnaround time, and he pulled through with no questions asked. Although he wasn't the driver, he put me in touch with Peter who was also impeccable. Communication and service were absolutely top-notch. I can't wait to be able to use his reliable services again!

First- what an incredible service! Jay, the owner has only taken the best care of me. I work all over the country with a variety of artists/bands and deal with ground transportation daily because of so. Austin is the only city in which I never have to be concerned with the executing ground travel needs. They are the most professional, prompt service I have ever come across. Great service! Heard about Lone Star from a friend whose company uses them for all their car services. My family and I (seven of us) were leaving for the Dominican Republic at 3:30 AM. They were there early with the perfect-sized vehicle. On our ride back, the owner greeted us at ABIA with two other drivers, because the vehicle that they had used on our way there earlier in the week was in service.

He explained that he had brought an SUV and a Cadillac to make sure that we were all comfortable. They didn't charge a dime extra. Needless to say, we were very happy. I highly recommend them.

I cannot put into words what a great limousine company Lone Star Limo is in every detail. I have them on speed dial. I fly frequently and have used a number of different car services for my transfers and sometimes book cars/limos for nights out when we want to have drinks and not drive. This is absolutely the best as far as overall service. I've been using them for over two years now and they have a new fleet of the nicest, cleanest cars and most professional, friendly drivers.

I love that I don't have to stress about a car not showing up, someone stealing my cab or being on hold forever with limo/cab companies. It has made getting to the airport so much less stressful and who doesn't like getting out of a brand-new, shiny Cadillac or Yukon driven by a handsome man? : Belal is the very best. He knows the city by heart, has an easy rapport with passengers and always arrives early. Email confirmations are prompt, calls are answered on the first ring.

I book and get a confirmation almost immediately. Prices are reasonable and competitive. After another car company failed to deliver, I called Lone Star. Belal came to my rescue at the very last minute. He had a car on site in under 30 minutes. I've never looked back. I had another great experience with Belal and Lone Star last week. I felt like a Hollywood starlet walking the red carpet during SXSW. Belal went out of his way to accommodate my group yet again.

He arrived early in a BEAUTIFUL, CLEAN LIMO with light jazz playing on the radio, complimentary bottled water, pleasant conversation. Lone Star is the very best! Looking at the overall cost, considering the type of car, meet and greet, and level of service, Lone Star Limo is a better value than other Austin options. Cannot recommend more!

Well you may be under new management but your service is terrible. My husband arranged a pickup for this morning to go from my parents house in the Hills at Lakeway to the airport. The driver never showed and never called. Do NOT use this service if you need reliable service. This kind of lapse is unforgivable in a car service.

I agree this is the worst car service. Driver was late and car was dirty. Also they overcharge me and they didn't know the city

I used this service both to and from the airport to a relative's house in a northern suburb of Austin. Mike, who as waiting for me at the airport was friendly and professional and treated me like royalty. There was an issue with the car originally scheduled for my return trip and the owner himself came from his house at 6am and managed to get me to the airport to catch my flight even though we left much later than expected.

He also waited until I had checked in and gotten thru security to ensure I did not need further assistance. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing service in that area.

Wow talking about great service. Lone star is the best limousine company and the most affordable one in the Austin area. Their drivers are always on time. One time, my flight was very late and I called them to tell them that I will be late, they were so professional and replied no problem. When I get to Austin, the driver was waiting for me. Their rates are very competitive too. Before I use them the first time, I did some shopping and they were one of the cheaper in Austin. Since then, I am using them all the time.
