If you are looking for nice transportation please look elsewhere. I was told I was booking a nice black stretch limo and got a beat up, smelly, falling apart embarrassment. I also scheduled a meet at baggage claim and instead the driver was 15 minutes late and was quite rude when trying to set up a meeting spot. What an awful company. Update: I spoke with a manager and they apologized and offered a partial refund and a complimentary future ride. They also stated that this particular limo would be attended to and the driver would be spoken to about the situation. I appreciate their response.

We used Orlando Limo this weekend for airport (to/from) transportation while staying at Universal. Oscar was amazing. We booked the SUV to return to the airport. Both rides were flawless. The communication prior to pick up both days was great and helped everything run smoothly. Will definitely use them again on our next trip!
