AWFUL experience. the worst $200 i ever spent. i have a disability and they made me walk around to accommodate the driver, i understand, then told me i ruined a sale by talking, proceeded to text and drive causing him to constantly stop short on the highway very scary and dangerous, had to old bottles all over the floor, barely enough room to put our stuff in because of the junk that filled his trunk. so disappointed and will never ever use this service again. i called them to ask for a partial refund and they said that they don't care. DO NOT spend your money here, i have pictures of the driver texting and driving
