Ultimate Class Limousine

Used the Princess Rolls Royce for my wedding. The driver left an hour and 15 minutes early (only a 3 hour shift) without any explanation/confirmation to do so from me or my wife. This was then confirmed with the owner and when asking for a refund, my calls/emails were simply ignored. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Absolutely horrible, disgusting service. Mike assured me our wedding would be handled and unfortunately he lied - it was a mess from the first shuttle. They guaranteed us 2 14 people shuttles for our wedding and only one bus showed up, with a driver who was swerving the entire ride. This company was an embarrassment to our guests. Our wedding ended at 12pm and people were still waiting to be shuttled at 1:30am. I called repeatedly and was put on hold. I only gave them 1 star so that I could leave this review and warn other guests. DO NOT BOOK THEM FOR YOUR WEDDING

Booked for my wedding. Aux cords didn't work in any of the limos or sprinter vans. Was not told it would take 45 minutes for the guest buss to get to my venue (typically a 5 min drive) and half of my guests missed cocktail hour ($$$). After the wedding the bride and groom going from the venue to a different hotel (again like a 15 min ride) took us an HOUR as the driver some how decided to take a local road with lights and not a highway. It was fine and they were easy to work with but not a great experience and this is just part of it. 2 stars because we stopped at Phill's Pizza after Church.

What a pleasure. Everything from booking, the vehicle, the drive, the experience, everything. My driver was prompt, courteous, friendly, respectful, patient, careful, and attentive. The vehicle was new, beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Keep up the great work!

We used Ultimate Class this past weekend for a wedding. Limo arrived on time and was clean and very well stocked for the trips to and from the church. Both drivers we had were great and got everyone where they needed to be.

This is much delayed but my husband and I have had the best experience with this company. We used them for our wedding and my driver gave me such a phenomenal experience to the church. He went out of his way to make sure I was happy! He even came into the church made sure I had some water and pulled a mirror out for me because I expressed my worry of my makeup not appearing as I wanted.

After our reception, we had another phenomenal driver that just made the ending to our big day even better. My husband and I were truly anxious about our wedding because it couldn't plan it to be quite what we had dreamed of due to COVID restrictions.but we were so incredibly blessed to have such sincere people involved in it. Ultimate class limousine was outstanding at my sister in laws wedding and proved to be even better for ours!

Wedding day catastrophe. First limo late picking up the bride. Second limo with all the bridal party had no air conditioning and the blue tooth or auxiliary cables for the music weren't working. The driver couldn't be bothered. Nobody responded to my emails, 25 people including the bride sweating and angry mid July. The "party bus" on the way home also had no music connection. A complete failure. Don't bother if your event is important.

Matt and the team at Ultimate Class exceeded my expectations! They worked with me to understand my vision for my birthday-night-out in the City and nailed it. The driver was prompt, courteous and a pleasure to work with and the new limo bus was amazing! We had more fun in the limo than in some of the locations we stopped at along the way. Thank you for making my milestone birthday a memorable one. I recommend Ultimate Class to anyone!

I have used them many times and they are never a disappointment. Truly an amazing limo company to use and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Once again I used them this weekend as surprise trip to the wineries for a friend's birthday. They were a pleasure to deal with when setting up the trip and the day couldn't have turned out more perfect.

The driving was absolutely fantastic, he was so nice, friendly, so accommodating and took great care of us. He truly made the trip that much more enjoyable for us. From the owner to the driver, they were all a pleasure to work with and I can't thank them enough for all they did.
