Utilized the Limo Service for airport transportation from OC to San Diego. Loved everything about the experience Steve who booked us was awesome Marcus our driver was prompt, friendly and professional! Our limo was the 10 passenger stretch Chrysler black and it was perfect Best of all, the price was perfect. I appreciated the text on my drivers ETA the day of I look forward to booking again

I contacted this company for a third party, so this review is for just my experience. I originally called to see if I could arrange a ride for 5 from Irvine to the Pasadena area, and then home again later in the day. It turned out the best bet was to rent a driver by the hour, and keep it for the day. Other companies were only able to do one way, not both.
I needed to get a final approval so I had to call back. The car I ended up selecting was the stretch Lincoln. Both times I called, I received great service. Very friendly, very patient as I was trying to explain exactly what I needed, as there was also a stop in between the drop off and the pick up. Everything was easy and smooth and I appreciate the awesome service for something I wasnt sure was going to be possible.

Stephen saved our homecoming dance for 27 kids! I called him Friday night in a panic because another horrible company (which I will be reviewing with no stars) cancelled on me at 5pm the night before the dance! Stephen took my call and helped me book a party bus for 27 high school kids for the next night. Marcus, the driver, was on time, well dressed, prepared and the bus was clean and perfect for the kids!
He took great care in making sure they were safely delivered and picked up. I will most definitely use south coast limousine for all our future dance plans! Thank you Stephen and Marcus!

We used this company for a night out in Newport. He stayed with us the whole night, took us to every place we asked. Driver was very nice, never interrupts, well spoken and dressed well. company service was prompt and on-time (very important to me, I am very anal about time and not the easiest going person when it comes to that). Our driver actually made it 10 min earlier and let us know that he is there. would I use them again? Defiantly. I'm having them pick up a buddy of mine today as I write this from at LAX :)

Great service. Pretty straight forward when it comes to limo service. I use Steve whenever I need an airport run and a special event. His cars are always clean and tidy. On time and professional. Has lots of options in size of cars. Usually I use the town car unless I have my whole family, in which case you need the stretch : If you want quality and reliability, this is the service to use.

I called a night before the prom to find a ride for my son and his date. Stephen was extermely cordial, nice and helpful. In fact, he bumped them up wihtout an extra charge just because I sounded worried about someone picking up my son. It was a realy pleasure working with Stephen and the company. I would highly recommend their service.

This place gets ZERO stars. in fact they can have MINUS stars for how I was just treated. BEYOND RUDE. The guy that answered the phone was VERY patronizing and a COMPLETE jerk! He laughed at me when I asked him if he could price match and then told me that if i was getting 'such a good deal' then I shouldn't bother calling them in he first place.
Then he told me that the other company probably wouldn't even show up and if they did it would be in a 'hunk of rust'. This is a DIRECT reflection of how their cars and customer service is I'M SURE. I had the exact same experience as the person below me. This company is seriously lacking customer service. The person who answers the phone was way less than professional, cut me off when I was trying to ask about extra charges, then hung up on me. Will not be extending business to South Coast Limos anymore. I happened upon them on a Google search, my mistake.

NEVER use this company. When I ordered the limo I clearly said 10 people and the confirmation email said I would be getting a limo for 10 passengers. They showed up with a limo that was too small and had to go get a new car. We were suppose to go to temecula and had to change those plans because we got started an hour late. Then at the end of the trip the driver Abdi and the owner Steven couldn't get ahold of me for 20 minutes so they left my party stranded with no transportation and left many voicemails screaming profanities at me and threatening to call the police stating I wasn't paying them even though they had already charged my credit card 3 times what I was quoted. They are criminal and unprofessional.
