We had a patient today transferring to a hospital out of state, and the family needed a ride to the airport. This company worked with the Air Ambulance company, the driver showed up early and was very courteous and patient with us.

Thank you so much for making our son's prom a night he will always remember! We had always promised him a limo, but your service and a driver like Thomas exceeded all expectations! You guys are the best!

Limo was supposed to pick up my groom and groomsmen and the limo driver showed up to some random place that I did not ever specify and did not arrive at the specified place. By the time the driver called my fiance, it was too late and they had to make their own way to venue or be late to the wedding. Not impressed and I will never use this company again.

Would only let me post a review with a google acct. The rescue is the only google acct I have but I am writing this as an individual. Fred, the driver, picked us up on time, came in and took our yearly group picture for us. Car was clean and well stocked. We left the party a little early and Fred drove us around downtown Hot Springs looking at lights. Once we arrived home, Fred took pictures of us in front of the limo. (We had crazy Christmas outfits on) Fred was AWESOME! Very courtesy and professional. Maryann J.

I wanted to give zero stars, but it won't let me. Did not give us the vehicle we signed a contract for. Offered us smaller vehicle and wanted us to tell some students they couldn't ride. So we had to shuttle. Wouldn't even let us take a picture of of 23 kids on bus that holds 22. Very disrespectful. Saying we trashed it. Parents went on bus and offered to pick up some empty cake bottles. He said no problem, he would get. Offered no options. And no discount. Notified us 6 hours before event.

Denied me service because they are saving the limos from Prom. Tried to book 5 hrs for daughter 16th birthday in April. Very rude!

The service I received from Little Rock Limousine LTD was exactly what I was looking for. The service was personal and the staff was very thorough in making sure they knew how our wedding day was laid out. They were very determined to make the transportation for this day as worry-free and seamless as possible. They were also very helpful in making suggestions regarding things my wife and I had not considered.
