VIP Limousine Service

Unreliable! Had called the owner and he spoke highly of his company. We scheduled weeks ahead for a tour of Christmas lights with my in-laws. Went to dinner and had told my inlaws that we had a surprise after dinner. Pickup time came and gone. Had to call to see what the problem was. Owner called me back and said the driver was sick and won't be able to come. I understand that things happen but the communication was not there. Unprofessional and was an embarrassment to me!

Awful experience. Rude driver. Poor, disrespectful and threatening service. Do not use.

Driver took party to the wrong location.didn't go back and pick up the bride.which in turn made the wedding start late.no Apology from the driver. And to top it off Chuck the owner said they did nothing wrong and charged a unauthorized $60 tip charge after the fact. This is definitely NOT a VIP company. TOTALLY WORTHLESS!

First off if your driver could verify where you are going instead of taking you to the wrong church. And you might want come back to take the bride also. She was late to her own wedding. And lastly don't charge a tip on the credit card on account for crapy service. That's called a unauthorized charge. This company is not to be used.

We had the worst experience with VIP Limo. My fiance was so excited when he booked them for our wedding night, saying Chuck told him all the little details - how to put how wife in the limo, how to stand for pictures, etc. well none of that even mattered because when we walked out for our grand exit our limo was not there! When my husband called. to ask where they were they just told him they were backed up and they were sorry.

Well an hour later they finally showed up, 10 minutes before we had to be out of our venue. My day went perfectly except for this huge mistake VIP Limo made. DO NOT HIRE THEM! I wish I could give 0 stars.

Great time had for our friends 60th Birthday. We had a wonderful time and thank you for all you did to make this special for our friend.

VIP Limo attempted to repeatedly bill for services that were canceled within the time frame specified in their terms of service. I had to contact the bank and cancel a debit card to prevent unauthorized charges. I strongly recommend against using companies that operate in this manner.

We went on our Christmas Light Tour last night. Absolutely awesome. Love the new Mercedes Limo Party Bus. There were 8 of us and two were in their 90's. Their Christmas Gift. THE VERY BEST CHRISTMAS GIFT. They could see everything. Sitting up higher than a regular limo and HUGE windows. Our driver was so very attentive. Making sure the lights and the radio stations were just perfect for the trip. This was our third year to do this and we will continue to book this every year. Best family and friends outing ever. Thank you VIP.

VIP Limo ran a contest on Facebook to win tickets to the Billy Joel concert November 11th. I won the tickets September 1st. We all question if the contests on FB are real or not. VIP Limo followed through and made sure our night was wonderful. Dylan was our driver. He arrived at my home approximately 15 minutes early anticipating traffic. We arrived at In The Raw (another part of the giveaway) and had a nice relaxed dinner.

The drive to the BOK Center was smooth and we had no problems. Dylan answered all of our questions and came with the limo clean as could be. The tickets provided were on the 5th row center of the BOK Center. We could not have purchased better tickets. We arrived home safe without any worries of traffic in or out of the facility. VIP Limo provided 4 tickets to the concert along with dinner and the ride.

Our party of 5 had a wonderful night, they were very accommodating to allow us to add more people to the limo ride. I will call VIP Limo first when my kids are of prom age to arrange a safe, clean enjoyable ride!

Always ask to see the vehicle you are renting before you pay a deposit. They use stolen images from the Internet that are not the actual interiors of their vehicles.

VIP Limo's are quality cars and the drivers are courteous and competent. I highly recommend your limousine service!

I ordered a hummer Limo for my son's 14th birthday party! The limo was on the invitations so the kids were really excited because it was to pick them up at school! I called 10 minutes before it was to arrive and the man on the phone assured me that it was on the way! 15 minutes later I called again and I was put on hold. When he came back on the phone he told me that they had made a mistake and our limo was on the way to Oklahoma City!

I was speechless! He then said that they could pick the kids up at the restaurant we were going to and he would give us extra time! He called the driver long before we were done and told him that we didn't need them to take the kids home! (Not our agreement!) I had to pour a bunch of kids in my Tahoe to take them to the restaurant! The biggest part for the kids was to be picked up at school! They charged me the full price $600 and the kids were maybe in the limo for a total of 45 minutes! NEVER AGAIN!

I ordered a black limo to arrive at 2 p.m. What showed up about 2:10 was a white limo. My wife and I exited my garage with two pieces of luggage and the driver never asked if we'd like to store them in the trunk. We made our way inside the car and my wife turned to me and said, "Can't we put this in the trunk?" As we made our way down the highway, I noticed our driver answer a cell phone call.

I thought, "huh, I'm not sure i like that". Turns out the call didn't last very long and he seemed to have a firm grasp on what was happening on the road. The driver didn't talk much as we traveled to the first destination. I enjoyed that because me and the wife were engaged in a good conversation. One of the things I noticed about the car interior is that it wasn't limo clean and could've used a good spit shine before our appointment.

Upon our arrival at the first destination, the driver was very nice and offered to give us a time warning so we wouldn't go over time for travel to our final destination. While driving to our final destination, I initiated and engaged in a good discussion with the driver. Very nice guy who didn't get offended when I complained about the limo not being the color I ordered. Overall, the experience was satisfactory but for a guy and gal who were taking their first limo ride, I wasn't blown away.

I made a reservation with VIP in OKC, for a funeral. Then I needed to cancel the reservation and called 60 hours in advanced. I was dismayed that I was then informed that there was a no refund policy. I was told the policy was on the web site which I did find with difficulty. i did not make the reservation on the web, it was made on the phone and the refund policy was not discussed.

So Mr. Cotton told me he would try and rebook the limo and refund the booking IF HE COULD FIND REPLACEMENT BOOKINGS for a SUNDAY. I had booked 10 hours on Sunday. If he could not completely rebook I would have a credit, I could use at any time. I live in Houston and that was of no help at all. On Saturday at 1pm I called to see what was going on with the credit.

He had not been able to rebook, but said the phones were still ringing. I got this insight that he was not going to get in any bookings and planned on keeping my money knowing he would never be liable for the service. I reinstated the service although this made a bad situation worse and added a burden to my family in a difficult situation. The driver came and was very professional.

The Limo was in good repair and adequately stocked for a whole day on the road. The driver was familiar with the route and required only minimum of direction to various individual places, in fairness not on gps. I leave it to the reader to evaluate the situation. I FEEL that the inflexibly of VIP Limo policy was small and petty. And this added to the grief of my family. But then I am not in a good place to render an objective judgement. If you rent from them know there is an absolute NO REFUND policy.
