Champagne Limousines

My team and I scheduled a styled shoot with Champagne Limos months prior to our shoot. We had several other professional photographers attending the session to photograph Champagne Limos Rolls Royce that was promised to us. The day of the shoot, All photographers had arrived. The florals that we had purchased for the Rolls Royce arrived. We waited for the company to show up.

We had our models in Wedding attire and no car. We called the company to see if they were okay and on their way. The wife told us her husband is a relator and was working and she had no one to bring the car to us. Mind you we had everybody relying on the main subject from this company. Professional photographers who were eager to work with this company.

We put our businesses on the line for a company who said they would be at our venue today. Sadly the car did not arrive. The wife told my business partner that there was nothing she could do. The wife told my business partner she forgot to email her the night before to tell us they would not be able to come. I would definitely not recommend Champagne Limos. Had we not reached out they would be a no call no show. I could not post a photo of the car as their is no car to show.

We had searched everywhere for a reasonably priced limousine company for our wedding for MONTHS! My step mom had a friend who knew of Champagne limousine and suggested I take a look and I was impressed. Great variety of choices to choose for transportation. Owners are super nice and made the set up so easy! She let us come and check all of their vehicles out in person and described each feature on each vehicle.

The day of the wedding, us ladies were stunned by this beautiful white stretch hummer limousine that was remarkably able to manage his way into the very awkward parking lot where our hair salon was (my bad ). We were greeted by our amazing driver who was suited up like a gentleman. He offered to help all our ladies and even pulled a step stool out for my little flower girl! The ride was awesome, the features are awesome, the people are awesome! Highly suggest!

We used Champagne Limousines for our wedding in March. Our wedding party had the large bus while we followed in the Rolls. Everyone had nothing but good things to say and our driver was the best. He made sure my wife had everything she needed, dropped us off at a recommended different door which was faster for her in her dress and even arranged the car for us in different parked positions while we had pictures taken on a busy Saurday afternoon! I would reccomend them and also use them again next time i need a service like. If you get a chance to use the Rolls, do it!

We got the Rolls Royce to take us to our hotel after our wedding and it was PERFECT. The driver was so friendly and the car was in great shape! We couldn't have asked for a better get away car!

Thank you Champagne Limousines! You made four little girls feel like celebrities! Our driver Nikki was amazing. She arrived 15 minutes early and gave me her number to confirm pickup after the concert.

We rented the limo bus for a night out and had a great time. The driver was really fun and knew all the places we wanted to go. The new bus we rented was very nice. It was a 20 passenger limo bus that was really fancy on the inside. We went to St. Charles and then to Central West End. Really fun night and would recommend this company to use again!

I contacted this company several months ago to get a price quote. As soon as i recieved it i gave them a call and told them id like to book. I was told she was out of the office and she would call me back when she was back at her desk. I called two more times and even sent a follow up email stating i wanted to book with the quote i was given. Fast forward till now.

I still dont have a limo and figured id reach out again and try and book them. I sent an email which she replyed right away. Telling me that i should never have waited this long to book a limo and they are all booked up for the limo i requested but had a larger one. I reaponded back that i had tried severval times to book and she would call me back when she was back in the office at her desk.

She then emailed me back that the limo i had requested had booked and that is why she never called me back Horriable business practice if you ask me. So she thought it was better to lie tell me she would contact me back each time instead of offering me the larger limo. I have asked for the owners info or the managers contact info amd recieved no email back yet

I received great customer service from Bruce from day one. I called multiple limo companies in St. Louis and none were willing to drive to IL and MO. I was pleased to find a company based out of IL. They were happy to accommodate my request of being picked up in IL and driven to downtown St. Louis. The driver was very friendly and personable. She even took group photos of us for my bachelorette party.

I couldn't be happier with the party bus. It was beautiful and there was plenty of seating for everyone. I will definitely recommend this company to family and friends. Great price and excellent service.

Our driver was horrible - we had to tell him where to go! He seemed poorly trained. We cut our trip short because we felt completely unsafe. I would never recommend them.

My recent experience with this limo service was a total disaster. I had talked to Bruce the owner on a Friday to reserve a limo for that Sunday. The limo was for my fiance who was being recognized at party by a local Michael Kors store. I wanted her day to be perfect. The limo was suppose to pick her up at her house in South ST Loius. The driver was suppose call before arriving at 5pm.

First the driver never called then arrived 30 minutes late. The driver sat in the car a few minutes then left without saying anything. I was traveling so my fiance could not contact me until late that evening. The next morning I called Bruce and all he said was that the driver left because it was a bad neighborhood and she felt threatened. He offered no apology and he kept saying it was a rough neighborhood. I was left with the impression that because my fiance was black that she came from an impoverished neighborhood. I would never recommend this company to anybody.

First of all, the driver was great, and the limo was nice. But it was supposed to be stocked with ice, which it was not. the driver offered to go grab a bag of ice at a close gas station. and we said sure. The driver then returned about 15-20 minutes later. the evening continued as planned. we got back to the original destination about a half hour after our scheduled time.

I tipped the driver $20, which i didn't need to do, since the tip and the ice, etc was supposed to be included. When we finally got our bill we were charged an additional $98 for a whole hour. We called the business and the lady on the phone was a complete BITCH about the charge. Needless to say, we will use another limo service from here on out.
