Critical: Professionalism I remember getting a limo for a halloween event years ago and had to cancel. I canceled 3 weeks early and they still kept all the money. I'm surprised they're still in business.

Maria booked us a great driver (Glenn) who went out of his way to make our Wedding Day fantastic. He shuttled guest, assisted in boarding /exiting, and used his driving skills and knowledge to visit exciting places in Motown! Love Satisfaction Limo!

Satisfaction has always been my "go-to" place when it comes to renting a limo. In fact the last time I booked, covid regulations had altered my plans. Nicholas, the owner, was completely understanding and allowed me to move my booking last minute until I could get my plans back in order.

I can't say enough about this wonderful limousine company. The party bus for our family's birthday outing was so beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. The bluetooth sound system and scrolling message board was such a cool bonus! Our driver was super accommodating to our plans that kept changing and patient with our requests. Our driver was Bill and he was awesome. He was patient and understanding about our numerous stops. We had a bachelorette party with some very drunk girls towards the end of the night. He ordered them pizza to the bus and looked out for them until the rest of the party was ready to leave. Very professional and gave us a great experience. Price was very reasonable for how immaculate and up to date the party bus was. We could connect our phones to the sound system and play our music. Nothing but great things to say. Will certainly be using them in the future.

This company is absolutely amazing, we had another bus company take our friends deposit then cancel last second saying they didn't even have her on there schedule, she had this planned for her birthday for a month! I called Satisfaction Limousine and they got us a bus in under an hour, being we live 40 minutes from there garage, no reservation or anything and the price was more than reasonable for being a last second situation.

The owner, Maria, is absolutely amazing and the drivers are phenomenal, if you have anything that needs a transportation need use Satisfaction I promise you won't regret it! The buses are absolutely stunning and the driver will make sure your trip is nothing but perfect. They will seriously make your event one to remember!

Brian our driver called me 5 hours in advance to confirm time and provide his phone number in case we needed anything. His first concern was our comfort. He explained traffic and construction on the route to our venue and assured he'd get us there with the least amount of inconvenience. And he did! An unscheduled request to stop for dinner was no trouble whatsoever.

He provided door to door service, and after our concert was over he was waiting (standing) at the exit to guide us to our car in the mass congestion. Professional, curtious, accommodating - and that was just Brian. The car was immaculate and stocked with ice, glasses, sound and lighting. My daughter in law who is in the medical field was amazed at the vehicle's cleanliness.

I can't wait for my next Satisfaction limo and will request Brian as our driver. While the concert was awesome, it was Satisfaction and Brian who made it a superb evening. Thank you!

First I would like to say, Maria is excellent! When my girlfriend and I went out to view the limos Maria answered all of our questions and had a straight forward unique personality. When we went to view the limos for a bachelor party, every bus and limo was spotless! Very clean well-kept limos. I do not think there was a limo or bus on their lot that was more than 5 years old.

Our bachelor party was on 8-30-14. Chris (the driver) was great, dropped us off at the door and came back to pick us up as quickly as possible (we were in downtown Detroit as the Moody Blues concert was letting out). Chris knew exactly where our destinations were and got us to all of them promptly. Overall you get what you pay for. While Satisfaction is not the least expensive (I spoke with and got quotes from 10 companies) they are clean, dependable, and all of their limos are in excellent working condition.

They were well worth the cost. We made it to every destination safe, on time, and without any malfunctions. If you go out to visit them to see the limos for yourself you will not need to look for another company. Keep up the good work and service. This will be the only company I use and recommend in the future. Chris A.
