I've booked limo with east coast limo for my airport pickups and they have been on time and the vehicles are clean. I've used them for birthday parties and no issues at all. The drivers are great, limo vehicle are cleaned and the night spent was worth it! Highly recommended!

Had easy quick and professional booking process with David. Price was good as it was better than all the other extreme prices other nearby Limousine services in MD had so I appreciated the affordability. Driver Thomas was professional, arrived 15 minutes early, had perfect driving skills, and communciated necessary information respectfully and to the point.

The car was a nice and clean one. I appreciated the privacy the screen separator in the car provided. Thanks for helping me find a ride to get to my destination as I was in a tough spot trying to leave a remote place with no taxis or rideshare drivers available. I truly appreciate your time and service.

The service is very good, the limo drivers are polite and punctual. In general, the limousines inside are clean and nice. I think the prices are affordable for the service you get. Highly recommend

Needed to book a large van/bus to transport family to a funeral. Quick and helpful service. Provided with a quote within an hour of emailing. When booked bus wasn't available on the day of was instantly upgraded and sent a larger bus. Would 100% work with them again and recommend. Planning a funeral was stressful enough, this was one less thing I needed to worry about. Thank you!

I rented out a party bus through East Coast Limousine Services for the Redskins/Patriots game and it was one of the best decisions I've made! I had about 20 people in town for this game and East Coast made this completely stress free for me! From showing up to my building early to the experience we had on the bus to and from the game, what else can I say besides what a weekend it was!

I rented caddilac escalade 15 passenger limo 2 months ahead from my wedding date. The limo came at least 2 hours late, I even called them a week before, 2 days before, a day before and on the same day so they dont forget and to make sure everything is on time. Anyways, it came late. On top of that, it was an old, dirty limo. Not cleaned. Stereo inside is not working properly and AC is not cooling. I do not recommend these guys to anyone. It ruined my wedding day. They did not refund my money back. I am going to dispute very soon.

My sister's family is visiting from India to attend wedding and we rented East Coast Limousine service for Wedding and talking tour of Washington DC. I rented the party bus from East Coast Limo Services for my Birthday Party. From the moment we walked in the bus the music, lightning, the entire ambiance set the tone for the party. Everybody absolutely loved it. Customer service and the driver were very professional and provided great service. It was an awesome experience. East Coast Limo Services is the company to go with. I highly recommend them.

I used party bus for prom. Rate were reasonable. Vehicle was clean and sound system was perfect. Driver was 15 minute early. Every thing went smooth from reservation and we will be using them again and will refer to others. shaw was our agent.

Horrendous level of service. If you ever consider using a limo service that offers red carpet treatment you need to use another company. They took over an hour to travel 20 minutes so our daughter Paige Walsh was late by 30 minutes to the church for her own wedding The driver was more interested In listening to his music than being concerned about his assignment.

We had to contact the driver by phone to find out his whereabouts. We even notified the GM, Susan Allen by phone for her involvement with no success. We sent Susan Allen an email asking for compensation and we were informed her fleet manager was out of town and she would get back to is shortly. She never once called us back. I reached out to her again and left a message.

It has been four weeks since the wedding with no reaction to our issue. I had to call her again and she offered me a couple hours of free rental as an offset and she would send me that in writing to my email address before the end of the day. I am not surprised that she didn't follow through with that offer as well. So bottom line if you want a great experience with a limo service DONT USE EAST COAST LIMOUSINE. THEY ARE NOT DEPENDABLE AND THE MANAGEMENT DOESNT STAND BEHIND THEIR COMMITMENTS!

From the pickup to the drop off, the driver was courteous and polite. We were picked up on time and the evening went like clockwork. Without a doubt would recommend East Coast to anyone! Thanks!
