A Five Star Limousine

Great service, & accommodating. We rented the Cadillac stretch for our girls birthday party. It was clean and everything we expected. They picked up on time, very polite and professional and didn't charge a penny over what was quoted. Would highly recommend.

Awesome company, very nice limousines, and very easy book with. They showed up on time and the driver was really cool, made the group very comfortable and was extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company if i could give 10 stars i would.

My friends and I rented a party bus for Red Rocks. Our driver was kind and personable! There was an aux cord for our phones. While there were not any fun lights or coolers like other party busses, we truly enjoyed our experience and were appreciative of this business. This place a little more costly than other expansive party busses, however, it is a smaller business so it makes sense! I would totally book with them again.

I was in contact with this company and after I got the quote they told me to send over my information so I can book it. Well, after following up after they didn't send the email they didn't answer my first few calls and never replied to my text about when I would get the confirmation email. I called them 2 days later and said they booked the bus for someone else. Not impressed with this at all. Poor service

Tony was amazing. He gave us a good drive all night and kept us safe. 10/10 hands down would definitely recommend. The breath mints he gave were the best after we were all tired from partying.

My daughter hired a party bus for a birthday celebration and was super happy with her experience. I made most of the arrangements and the owner was helpful and responsive in all my interactions with him. I made our payment thru Venmo, which made it extremely convenient. The driver - Anthony - was one of the big highlights. Very nice guy. Gave me confidence that my daughter and her friends would have a fun night and also be well, and responsibly, cared for.

I had concerns about hiring a party bus, because of the amount of money I was spending and because I had no recommendations from anyone I knew. In the end, though, I was completely satisfied with how things turned out. from start to finish. I would definitely work with - and recommend - A Five Star Limo in the future.

We rented a 20 person limo and leading up to the event all was ok. The night of the event it was 15 degrees out, and the heater on the limo was broke. The driver was not familiar with the limo and pulled over on the interstate for 30 minutes to get it to work. The temperature dropped to 40 degrees in the limo for over 75% of our rental. At one stop when I where we waited again for 30 minutes for a mechanic that never showed up.

I was threatened that they would kick everyone off the limo if I complained again. When I spoke with the owner Rocco he proceeded to yell at me for 30 minutes because I didn't think the ride deserved a tip and was insulting saying it wasn't his problem or his fault. He said if we want to meet in person to handle this he would do that. A terrible ran company from the top down.

Terrible service I rented a party bus for my daughter's quinceanera and it keep breaking down they spent over 1.5 hrs in the road trying to get the bus going! And I never worked so they had to go get another bus and when I called the person who answered the phone treated me like I was the one giving them trouble when I paid weeks in advance for 4 hrs rental $900!

They were trying to offer me 1 extra hr of rental instead of refunding me with the money for the 1.5 they lost trying to fix the party bus. A quinceanera is in a very tight schedule and she had to be at the party at very specific time we didn't had an extra hr for her and her quinceanera party to be riding.

The all around experience was terrible. The driver was on time but showed up with a dirty limo. Lipstick on the wine glasses, dirty Kleenex in the door and wine bottle trash in the bar area. As also told that's ice and mixers would be provided. While there was ice the only other thing in the limo was two bottles of water for our party of five.

Before take off the driver argued with me about what was agreed upon between the person who took the reservation and I. When he dropped us off for our first leg of the trip the driver insisted on cash and payment right then for the entire thing. After I told him no he said it was going to cost us extra time because they supposedly close at 10pm. After about ten min of arguing he agreed to what was originally agreed upon with the booking person.

Then I received a harassing call mid dinner from driver saying we need to cut our night short because he just got another pick up at 1130 even though they supposedly close at 10. After us cutting out evening short and further harassment from the driver we finally were on our way home. Upon arrival back at our destination I was then harassed why I did not give a big enough tip. After three calls in the following days to the company and a couple messages that none have been answered I would stay away from this company at all costs.

I'm surprised others had such a great experience with this company when ours was such the opposite. Perhaps it was because we booked their services through a booking agency (Price4Limo). There was little to no communication from A Five Star Limo prior to the event. On the day of the wedding, the bus driver presented us with a contract we HAD to sign, which forced us to pay 20% gratuity.

We had contracted with another company for shuttling the guests and that gratuity was $50/driver. Because of a snow storm the day before the wedding, the road to the pick-up location was impassible and we had to reroute to another location for pick-up. We were charged an additional fee for this change. The bus absolutely reeked of marijuana. not a pleasant experience for the bridal party (including ring bearer & flower girl).

We called the company to discuss these issues and the owner was willing to work with us. He offered to discount the location-change fee and provide a nominal refund for the smell of the bus. Unfortunately, we are still waiting to see that refund appear (it's been almost 2 months since that discussion). I don't know that I would necessarily recommend this company, but maybe you'll have better luck by contracting with them directly rather than going through a booking agency.

We recently got back from our honeymoon and wanted to tell you about this amazing limo company. When I booked the luxury bus for my wedding they were very kind, responsive and helpful. We had our guest shuttled from the hotel to the venue and this went off without a hitch. Our guest commented on how nice the bus was and how great the the driver (Guy) was to them. Mariano in the office also upgrade our getaway car as a surprise and we are so very grateful to him. This company worked within our budget and comes with our highest recommendation.

OMG! What A wonderful experience I had with this limousine company. I rented two party buses for my wedding party. One was for the bride and another was for the grooms party. When my driver (Christina)arrived to pick me up and the bridesmaids, I just received a call from my florist telling me that there truck broke down and my flowers might not make it to the wedding.

Over hearing the conversation and me being upset Christina said let her see what she can do. She called her boss Dino in which I pleasantly worked with arranging my party buses. To my amazement Dino sent another party bus to pick up the florist and my flowers at NO additional charge. My wedding went perfectly and i will always remember the kindness of Dino and Christina. I would highly recommend this company for any needs.

First of all I was surprised how the customer service was over the phone. Dino explained everything from A to Z about the party buses and also directed me to their web site for pictures of their fleet, and also offered to visit their facility to see them. Trusting the service on the phone i booked the 30 passenger bus, The day of my bus my driver Nathen was 20 minutes early and gave me his cell number for any changes at our location if needed. The party bus was extremely clean and stocked with drinks and ice. The service was outstanding and highly recommend their services to any one in Denver area.

BEWARE BEWARE of this company. I had a contract for a certain price and when I got on the bus they immediately tried to charge me an additional 20% for the bus driver. Dino the owner made me feel awful because he said his driver wouldn't get paid for the evening. I said I was very sorry but I had a contract and was splitting the charge with 25 other families.

This was for a Sadies dance and when we got on the bus it smelled like weed and the bluetooth speakers didn't work. As the kids were driving downtown part of the roof collapsed on them with nails sticking out, very dangerous. They offered to switch out the bus while the kids were at dinner which was the least they could do. Today I discovered he charged me an additional $362 for a Mechanic to fix the bus?!?! Crazy!

For their broken bus. I see from other reviews they've done this before. This is one of the most unethical companies I have ever worked with. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY.

We rented a limo for a 13 year olds birthday party. Communication was excellent. Limo showed up clean and on time. Driver was extremely professional and friendly. I would definitely utilize A Five Star Lino Service again for any special occasion. We booked a standard limousine but they also have party busses and larger SUV limos. Thanks for a great experience!

Used this company for Prom and they were awesome. They were very patient with us and the limo was very nice and clean. Our driver was friendly and polite and got us where we needed to be exactly on time. Everyone in our group had a blast. 100% recommend.

My daughter's wedding was on 3/3/18. We contracted this limo company to take my daughter, her bridal party and her dress to the venue and to take the bride and groom home after the reception. The driver was professional and the limo was beautiful! It was a brand new white stretch limo that was equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and fun ride. Dale Harbi negotiated a good price.

A five star limo is a extraordinary service. As well as being prompt, courteous and professional, they differentiated themselves from others when I needed them the most. I had accidentally left my laptop in the car and need for a presentation later that afternoon. Not only did they quickly confirm the location of the item, they bought it to my hotel in time for my needs at no additional cost. Great organization and service! Congrats to Dino and his staff.

BEWARE- This company sold our bus out from underneath us an boy before we were supposed to leave for our event. the employee "Dino" was unbelievably confrontational to our host and told him "he didn't need our business" if we weren't willing to substitute a limo for the bus

Incredibly disappointing! We had a bus reserved for an event and, less than an hour before we were all supposed to depart, the "manager" Dino, cancelled on us. In fact, when we objected to the sudden cancellation and asked to speak to the owner, Dino suggested that the owner doesn't care what he (Dino) does. Unbelievably unprofessional and incredibly offensive.

I used A Five Star Limousine for a bachelorette party drinking tour around Denver and they were AWESOME! Al was our driver and he was super accommodating to all of my crazy requests, got us to every location EXACTLY on time, and was super friendly and helpful. The bus was fully stocked with glasses, napkins, and champagne flutes and the interior had the typical party bus feel. Definitely helped make the bachelorette party a crazy-fun experience!

Great Service! Great company! Incredible car! We rented a Sprinter for the night and WOW! They were right on time, the car was great, the driver was exactly what I imagine when I think "professional". These guys truly live up to the name!

The driver was great- but the overall experience was terrible! They switched the limo on us because the AC suddenly stopped working. Then when we got the new limo, the air in there didn't work at all and the brakes stopped working! We were pulled over and unable to go anywhere. The owner of the company basically told us that it wasn't his problem and wasn't very friendly. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Our party had to call for our own Ubers and got back to our destination on our own. Do not give this company business!

For your sake, please do not use this company for a car service. The limo we reserved did not have air conditioning, and it broke down on us in the middle of our trip. We were stranded and left in the rain 40 minutes from where we were meant to be heading. To top it all off, the owner was very very rude to us and did not offer any apologies for this issue. We had to pay out of pocket for a different mode of transportation to get back home. This company is a fraud! Do not use them.

I am not a fan. I took my staff from Boulder to an event in Denver and specifically requested a Limousine, not a van and I got a van, plastic cups and bad music to boot. I made sure to request a Limo for the return trip and got one that smelled like urine. It was difficult to schedule with because the people I spoke with didn't have good English skills. This trip was to a fashion show with a well dressed, professional staff and my experience was for the drunk party dogs. Not what I was looking for.
