Grace Limousine & Shuttle

I had no problems, all went well. I recently used their car service a couple of times. Cars were clean and well maintained. Drivers were on time, friendly & professional. FYI: They did email images and info shortly before arrival to let you know the driver picking you up. Very helpful tool. We will use them again for sure.

We booked a shuttle bus for transportation from wedding to hotels and this process was as smooth as butter. There were no complaints by and wedding guests, never had to speak to the driver about any issues, and everything was planned out in the weeks leading up with no hiccups. Would highly recommend for any of your transportation needs.

Called and got a quote for my son for prom this year. The guy on the phone was great, quoted me $466 for a round-trip in a Lincoln Continental for 4 hours. I thought that was a great price and called back to make my reservation. I was greeted by someone who was beyond rude. The guy argued with me about the price, and told me that I was required to book for six hours.

I asked why the price I was quoted wasn't valid since that was the reason I was calling back to book and he started arguing with me. The prom this year is only four hours. it's booked from 6 PM to 10 PM. So why would I book some thing for six hours when my child had no intention of staying at the prom for the full 4 hours to begin with. The way I was treated was completely uncalled for and beyond rude.

I worked customer service for 17 years and would never speak to a potential client like that. Definitely will never call this company again and I suggest you dont either. Clearly they have employees trying to rip people off. Sorry for the dude that works there who was nice. He should find another company.

Grace Limousine provided the car service for my wedding, and they were absolutely excellent! Can't recommend enough. A pleasure to deal with on the phone-- totally clear in making the plans with them. I hired Grace Limo for my wedding to transport my party of 30-40 people from our hotel to the venue in several shuttled trips. Their quote for a more luxury limousine service was far more reasonable than several other vendors who we spoke to. I worked directly with Nikki, who was a joy to work with. She was very responsive, organized, and extremely accomodating.

She confirmed every detail and change that we had with confirmation documentation, and always answered my questions/phone calls very promptly. On the day of the wedding our limo arrived early, and the driver was very friendly. They knew the entire schedule and route in advance. My wife and I didn't need to conduct any coordination or communication. I would highly recommend Grace Limo to anyone looking for a party-related shuttling service!

We hired black tie limo for our wedding day, and it was a great choice! We got two limos for transportation from our hotel with venue, and a car to bring my husband and I back to our hotel after the wedding ended. Nikki was responsive and easy to work with from our very first interaction! She was kind and accommodating and made booking transpiration easy and stress free.

The driver of our party bus that picked us up from a wedding on Sunday evening was very rude, extremely unprofessional and ultimately ended with calling the police while we were stopped at a gas station on our way to our destination. The moment he arrived to pick us up he was rudely telling everyone to get on the bus & swaying around as if he wasn't sober. Starting our 1.5 drive to our destination he was swerving on the road.

We stopped at a gas station, he went in and bought two Truly tall beer cans & a styrofoam cup (we all know what the purpose of the cup is for). Once we spoke to him about his behavior and buying the beer with the cup he became very agitated and disrespectful towards the Bride. The police were called. The driver was refusing to bring all of us back to our destination and making us unload all of our belongings from the party bus.

He driver failed the field sobriety test but passed the breathalyzer. The owner/manager of the company was called and also incredibly rude, - telling us he didn't care and to get on the bus within 5 minutes or the 15 passengers we had would be left stranded. Do not ever hire this company.

This company confirmed my trip out of state when I booked and paid the deposit, saying their affiliates had a vehicle available. 3 days before our trip I sent an email confirming pick up location only for the company to come back and cancel the trip for having no vehicles available! I spoke with Monica who was rude, inconsiderate and not helpful whatsoever.

She claimed the trip was cancelled 10 days prior and I should have received an email and a refund of my deposit. I have yet to receive either. She did not try and work with me to find a new solution and was extremely defensive and cold. Now, 3 days out from our trip, we have no refund, no apologies and no alternatives. Poor customer service and reliability.

Company was awesome to work with. Extremely quick and receptive to emails Our driver Kris was exceptional. As we were out for a bachelor/ette party, he always did a head count at each stop which was great for party management. All reasonable requests were fulfilled.
