I use a ambassador for my airport pickups for a while and always had great service. Drivers are professionals always comes before time to make sure I'm picked without any delays and their driving skills on streets are perfect. They know the way out of Houston traffic. I would definitely use their services again and again especially Hassan albassam it's excellent driver

I've been using this service for the last two years and I have no issues whatsoever. Dispatchers always give us a call if there is any delays in flights or traffic, and they are 24/7. Once I had to go do a quick booking from the airport and luckily they had an available driver to pick me up at the moment and this happened couple of times which is a great for me. I've been using other services in the past but would definitely recommend this over the rest.

I've used A Ambassador extensively over the last 7 years with until recently good satisfaction. However recently there have been a succession of issues. in no particular order: 1/ they forgot the requested car seat; 2/ they send a car seat that looked so fragile I was afraid to break when setting it up; 3/ driver do not help with luggage; 4/ they have started charging abusive wait time at the airport.
They start counting from the official arrival time, not considering taxing, immigration or anything. 45min from the plane touching the ground to leaving the airport is impossible at IAH. A Ambassador does not care.

This company provide the bus service to my child's school. Awful company for reliability (buses routinely over an hour late to bus stops, consistency - never the same driver or vehicles(s) so they have no idea which children are on the bus or which go with which parents. I would never hire them privately for any event - you would have no idea if they would ever show up!

No other service like it that I have ever used in any major US city. Awesome and Excellent! Use them frequently now for work and personal. They always answer the phone and always on-time. And, their vehicles have wi-fi. I ordered a Town Car and they sent me a Mercedes. I asked if there would be an additional charge and the driver said this is their standard vehicle now to replace the discontinued Town Car. Wow! Keep up the great service!

I use this limo service for work to go to the airport and have been so impressed with the service that I have extended to using them for personal travel as well. They are very prompt. On each occasion, they have been at least 15 minutes early and promptly waited outside until my scheduled time. This is the kind of service you need when you are anxious about getting to the airport in time.
The drivers have always been extremely polite and have provided drinks and papers for the journey. I cant praise this company enough. They seem to take customer service seriously. I rare gem in this day and age.
