The drivers were either early or on time! Pleasant, calm drive. So much easier than me trying to do everything myself.

After a 11 hour trip back from Europe it was a nice touch having Luxury Limousine Service pick us up at the airport. Once again it was Superb service that makes the difference! I highly recommend them, A++++ service! Jeffery once again excelled at service and customer care.

I had them drive me to a wedding and wait for me. Right now I can't remember the young ladies name that drove me but she was awesome. An excellent driver, friendly and prompt. I'm on a walker and she was extremely helpful. I'm asking for her again. The Cadillac Sedan was clean and beautiful. Very nice I'll definitely use their service again.

Absolutely awesome service! Jeff took 5 of us with luggage in a great stretch black limo to and from SFO. Flint was a 4am pick up (ouch that was early) and coming home at 10pm. I should also say I booked a day before with Zero hesitation from the office! Additionally, Jeff was on time with constant communication with me. I highly recommend Luxury Limousine!

We took one of their cars to Murphy's for wine tasting. They showed up on time as promised. The driver Josh was very friendly and professional. We had a great time and everything was so much fun. Thank you for the great time and taking care of us.

I called Luxury Limo 4 days before a wedding because I came down with Covid and needed to find a way to transport the bridal party to their venue (I was suppose to be the driver). Jacinda quoted me a MORE than reasonable price and booked me in less than 5 minutes. The total price with taxes and everything was only $100 MORE than the rental car I had originally reserved. Luxury Limo's communication was stellar and I received text messages and emails 48hrs, 24hrs and 2hrs before the pick up time.

The girls were texting me during their ride how nice the driver was and how clean/amazing the limo was. I am so thankful for the quick response, the fair price and the amazing customer service. I would not hesitate to book with this company again.

Worst experience ever we call a week ago, they quote us for 3 hours 750, I call back a week after to make the deposit and now is double the price because is prom and they didn't know a week before are you kidding me? Why would you quote us for 750 for 3 hours and now you know is prom is a minimum of 6 hours just because is prom! Way to rip people off They don't keep there word, I ask to speak with the manager, who is super rude and hang up the phone when I told her that they don't have it in the text that if it's a prom is a different price, secretary say they change the price a month ago lol yeah alright and manager says we have this prices a year ago please. just be honest and tell us that you want to overprice taking advantage of the situacion. What a joke

The staff at Luxury Limo are awesome at what they do. They answered everything that I needed and did not shy away about my status as a veteran and for my service dog. Other companies gave me problems for this, but this company has not disappointed. I highly recommend this company to all military and veterans out there. Look forward to working with this company on my wedding day.

Used them before. They did pretty good.almost perfect. This time there was a scheduling issue, so the owner gave us a discount to use a different type of vehicle. Will update you later.

We have used Luxury Limousine for over 10 years. The customer service is awesome and I appreciate the text notifications and communication. The drivers are on time and the vehicles clean and nice. You won't be disappointed using this service.

I used this limousine service for my birthday and wow. The service was amazing. My girls and I definitely enjoyed our time. Not only were they attentive but they were extremely nice and attentive. I asked to stop a few times on the way to my destination and I had no problems. The driver stopped and patiently waited for us girls to continue with our journey. Thank you!

I appreciate the professionalism! The owners, down to the drivers were always on time, and made room for last minute changes. My job contracted this company for emergency response transportation, and they were consistently present. The vehicles were also up-to-date and clean. Marie, the owner was always available to converse and always pleasant. 10/10 would recommend!

These people were nice over the phone, email, and text. I was planning my wedding and there are many components to the planning process and many things to worry about. THE LIMO NEVER SHOWED OR CALLED! this business promised to drive me from where I and the bridesmaids were getting ready, to the venue, then pick up the groom and groomsmen, and drive him to the venue separately.

I gave them my card info and seen that the payment was pending. I assumed they would show up to my home but they never did. They never called if there was something wrong with the payment and I never thought it wouldn't go through so why should I check when I had a million other things on my plate. The day of the wedding they disconnected their phones so the whole wedding party had to scramble to find rides when we noticed the limo was running very late.

My wedding was delayed and I still have no answer from this business as to why they couldn't just call or send a simple text as to what happened to my limousine reservation. I am surprised at how inconsiderate this was on a very special day to me and I know they must know how stressful a wedding can be. No payment ever came out of my account from them but the least they could have done is reached out to me about it since they had promised about 20 people a ride.

I want to thank Merie, I believe I spelled her name correctly. I recently rented a 13 passanger limo with this company and had a great experience. Everyone throughout entire process including the drive we're amazing. With all this Covid going on it was the best choice to celebrate one of nieces 20TH BDay and she was able to have a beautiful fun day gathered around her cousins. Memories that will last a lifetime

Great service my family and I appreciate their efforts made to keep things clean and safe during covid challenges. Driver wore a mask disposable items in limo etc. had a great experience we were unable to depend on an uber or lyft as those apps were asking ridiculous rates for a 15 minute drive. Im glad we opted to go with limo instead

Extremely disappointing in the mentality of how this business is run. Our concert was canceled due to the travel bans and city shut downs from Covid 19. Obviously out of our hands. They refuse to refund the deposit even though the event will not be rescheduled and service will not be rendered. Our deposit it $200 because it was an 8 hour evening. Her excuse was that if she refunded mine she would have to do the same for everyone. Umm yes as she should, she is not able to render services during this time so a refund would be obviously the only right thing to do.

I said that money is valuable to a lot of people right now that may not have a job. She replied her business would be effected if she had to return the money. but no services were rendered so she is keeping money for doing NOTHING! She is in a position as a business to to apply for business grants, shame on her for keeping money she has not earned from her customers.

I will NEVER use this service and how people are acting in this time of National and Global sadness is showing true colors of those who run their business to only please themselves. Thank you for showing your true colors when it matters the most.

We just used luxury limo for an Oakland airport drop off and pick up a week later. There were 7 in our party. They were so great to work with! It made it so easy for us. The price was extremely reasonable. The drivers couldn't have been more professional! We had a 3:30 am pickup and when I looked outside. the van was already there. I can't recommend them enough. We will use them again!

Rented the 24 person party bus for our bachelor/bachelorette party and it was a BLAST! Even though we sent the itinerary ahead of time the driver was amazing and made extra stops whenever we wanted. I can only imagine how obnoxious we must have been but the driver had an amazing attitude and I would totally recommend them and plan to book with them again in the future

We have been using this service for over a year now and highly recommend them! Everyone from the Scheduler to the Drivers are professional and very friendly! We've used them to go to SFO and SMF from the Turlock area, as well as getting picked up after our return flights. My family is also using them to be taken into San Francisco for doctors appointments because it is so comfortable and less stressful! Best Limousine Company I've ever used. Everything went so smooth from the original phone call to book the service, to the pick ups and drop offs. Verification notices are sent often so you don't have to worry about no shows (this has happened to me before with another local limo company). The drivers are very pleasant even when our flight was delayed 2 1/2 hours. I will be using them for all my transportation needs.

Requested limo service for my wedding and was given a great price and was told they could split my time with arrival and pick up and then two days later when trying to pay deposit they went back on everything they said about splitting time and doubled the price.

I just moved from the East Bay and I was looking for a ride back to my hometown so I searched and found Luxury Limousine Service, their name is what caught my attention! The customer service woman are great they make sure your reservation is perfect and they gave us a great price. Michael was my driver and that guy is so sweet and kind. The SUV was clean and smelled great, I would definitely recommend this service for any business person who expects great service. And the owner is hot is an amazing business women who started the company in 1994! I'm all for women in business!

After a lot of researching, we found luxury limousine to transport my family of 12 to the airport. They gave us the best rate in town and when compared to shuttle rates. The service was timely and the driver (Mike) was extremely friendly and helpful. It's the only company I'll use.

Our office made arrangements to take the staff out to a lovely dinner and wanted to make the night even more fun by getting a limo. This company made the entire experience so easy! We chose a stretch hummer and there was plenty of room for everyone :D. The limo driver Mike was so nice and personable. Limo was clean and ready to go. It was my bachelorette party. Driver was Javier and was nice and helpful. We couldn't get the stereo system to sync to any of our iPhones for awhile and had to pull over so he could call for help and that was the only downfall. It cut into our time a little bit. Overall, We had a great time and we would book again for sure.

We have used luxury limousine a couple of times now and they are very timely, so clean, and beautiful limousines. I highly recommend them! The party bus was my favorite, they took us to the lodi wineries and brought us home safely the only way to go!
