What an amazing company! My parents are to be celebrating their 60th wedding Anniversary this week, and I rented the 1954 Bentley for their travel to a romantic lunch in Sakura and then back home again. They are so excited! Elite Limousine is going way above and beyond the call of duty to help me to make this so very special for them! This company is top notch! Please give them a call for your special occasion. I am delighted!

I cannot recommend this company highly enough, however Tim, our driver, was truly the star of the show. Behind the scenes, booking the party bus for the day was quick and Emily made the process easy. Tim was the best driver I have ever had, if we could have taken him home with us, we would have! He was so welcoming and attentive, thoughtful to go above and beyond with personal touches, and truly a joy to spend the day with.

We had a challenging street and driveway, and even though I told Tim we were happy to get off early and walk the rest of the way, he wouldn't hear it, and delivered us safely to our front door. The next time I'm in Asheville I will be personally requesting Tim! Do yourself a favor and book with him, you won't regret it!

We booked a vintage car and mini bus for our wedding and Alex was absolutely amazing to work with. The car was beautiful, clean and Alex did a awesome job. The bus was great. Ice cold ac. Guest loved it. 5 all the way.

Probably the best customer service experience I've ever had. I asked for Elite Limo's help at the last minute when some other vendors backed out the week before our wedding. They bent over backward to find a way to fit us in in the midst of an extremely busy weekend and were so pleasant, professional and reassuring the entire time. No one should have an event without enlisting their help!

My friends and I had the most amazing time on the Passenger Limo Bus! The driver was so nice, accommodating, and friendly. We had so much fun that we spontaneously added an hour to our trip and our bus driver was AMAZING and allowed us to do that! The sound system, lights and layout were of such high quality. I have been on other party buses and this was by far the nicest!

Weeks back my husband and I celebrating 25 years of marriage decided to have a nice ride thru Asheville. My husband surprised me with a 1955 Rolls. with a very nice man as our driver. What fun we had, beautiful rolls, made memories we will cherish forever. We had dinner downtown, our driver was professional all the way. I most definitely recommend Elite Limousine for all your transportation needs.

The whole booking process was very easy. The guy I talked to was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was able to book a bus within my budget, and I was extremely happy with the vehicle. It was clean and our driver was awesome.

Elite Limousine is exactly that, Elite. They offer a wide selection of vehicles to choose from. The limo was newer and very clean. They are reasonably priced and AMAZING to work with. The driver was held to a very high standard of appearance. I would definitely recommend their services.

I would give zero stars if I could. We had been in touch with Elite for months before my daughter's wedding. While on our way to Asheville we called them to verify the time and location. We also emailed a timeline for the day. On the day of the lof the wedding they were supposed to be pick up the bride at the house at 1:15 pm and they called and said they were going to be there at 1:30.

They hadn't shown by 1:50. We had to scramble to find someway for my daughter and her bridesmaids to make it to the wedding. (Very late and we're crammed into an SUV). My husband called them at both numbers and no answer. They called back 5 minutes later and said they went to the venue without the bride and said they would come and get her (which was 30 minutes away). We declined. If you hire this company you may not get to your location.

I was originally told that all the limo companies in and around the Asheville area were terrible. Well, I'm here to tell you different. Elite was EXACTLY what I had hoped for and more. We used them for my parents 50th wedding anniversary celebration to take us from a mountain house in Brevard to downtown Brevard and back. We reserved the stretched Hummer limo, and despite the steep terrain, John, our driver got us around with no problem. He stopped, and took picture of our entire group at an overlook and made everything top notch. I would highly suggest them for your next event.

We used Elite Limousine NC for our son's wedding. It was a complicated request, as our guests were in 4 different hotels in two towns. Justin was able to manage all of the locations and times to get everyone where they needed to be both nights (we provided shuttles for the rehearsal dinner and the wedding for all attendees). He worked with me and managed several changes we had in timing and location of various size minibuses and vans.

Great experience with Elite. They were easy to deal with in booking the car. Confirmation the day before the wedding was drama-free. Justin arrived early and was very courteous and professional, and willingly accommodated the delay in the service. The car was fantastic, everyone loved it, the photos look great and driving to the church with my daughter felt like a million dollars. I definitely recommend Elite, Justin and the white '63 Cadillac convertible.

Great company! My wife and I used Elite for our Anniversary with their beautiful vintage Rolls-Royce. The car was fantastic. The driver was on time and very professional. Thank you for a very memorable experience Elite. We WILL be using you all again in the future.

Elite rocks! Every kind of vehicle you can dream of. From a 1955 Rolls Royce to Party busses. We have recommended several wedding parties to this company, all had good experience's. I have read some of the tough reviews. Clearly, if one orders an antique car, there can be some mechanical issues. After all, they are old. As far as the other derogatory reviews, I question the rational behind the statements. All I can say, Our clients have never had an issue. Good job Marcelle and John, we will continue to recommend you!

I'm absolutely heartbroken over using this company. They utterly destroyed my wedding. They arrived with our hotel guests 40 minutes after the wedding was supposed to start and they forgot to pick me, the bride, up to leave at the end of the night. So I was left standing alone at the end of my wedding night with my husband. So, we lost 1/3 of our time at the venue and our band was only able to play for half the time they were booked due to the tardiness of these people. I married the love of my life, but I think it will be years before I can talk about my wedding day without crying.

We reserved a limo to take my son and his bride to the airport. Our reservation was confirmed for a pick up at 11:30am for a 3pm flight. At 11:45 the limo had not shown up. My son called them, they had us down for 11:30pm. They arrived 45 min later. Did get the newlyweds to the airport on time, luckily we had allowed lots of time. I called John when I returned home from NC, as the cost was expensive and I was required to pay 20% gratuity up front.

I did tell him, paying that gratuity up front does not encourage them in anyway to do a good job. he assured me that I would be happy with the service or else we could talk about it afterwards. Well I did call to talk about it and felt it was fair to get refunded my 20% gratuity. I did not ask for the entire fee as they did get them to the airport, but it cause ALOT of worry, concern, and scrambling on what to do! Gratuity is for a job WELL done, and this was not.

Of course, I have not gotten that refund even though he did agree he would refund the 20% after trying to place the error in time on me. Who has a 3am flight? I would not recommend this company!

I had the pleasure of working with a very large group (400) that traveled to Asheville this past weekend. They were staying at the Grove Park Inn and doing daily tours, on multiple buses, of all areas of the Biltmore Estate and other misc. location around AVL (I was their tour guide). I was very impressed overall with Elite. Their vehicles were incredibly clean, very punctual, drivers were so professional (yet fun), and they were completely on top of of everything and so easy to work with.even with any last minute "problems".

I has the pleasure of meeting the owner, John, who was terrific. Also, Josh, Troy, Kim - drivers were fantastic, also. I have lived in many large cities and use many services similar to Elite in AVL and I would highly recommend them. Andrew
