I made a review before we even had the event as I secured the date. As I mentioned in my previous review, I was met with professionalism and respect. The owner asked a lot of questions pertaining to the upcoming event to make certain he had all the details. The day before, I spoke with the owner and he told me that our driver for the day will be Darrell and that he will met with us promptly at 2:00pm. Darrell was nothing but friendly and professional!
He arrived 15 minutes early (just parked and waited until 2. Did not announce that he was here early. Darrell made sure that he was on time. A big bonus)! It was my daughter's Quinceanera and her and her small court were going to New Bern for a photo shoot. Darrell explained how the court will enter the limousine first and then my daughter. This way she can oversee everyone and because her dress was huge (ball gown). Darrell made sure everyone had water (It was hot/humid) and gave me his number, so that if I had ANY questions, I could call him.
I rush to follow as I wanted to see the photo shoot, too. I noticed my daughter forgot her bouquet and I called Darrell to tell him I'm on my way. He was good. Upon my arrival, he gave my daughter her bouquet and we had another member of the court meet us at the photo shoot. He didn't know how to tie his tie, so Darrell, politely stepped up and did the young man's tie.
After an hour, I had to leave, so Darrell had the party and took them wherever the photographer had in mind. My daughter said Darrell was so kind and she ad her court enjoyed the limousine. It was clean and very nice. I highly recommend this business as the owner and driver were VERY professional, limo clean and on time and VERY affordable. Consider Diamond Limousine for your event.

I never post anything. However Diamond Limosioune service was so EXCELLENT that I felt compelled to write this review. The professionalim displayed by Tracey and his staff was Superb! At the end of our wedding it had begun to pour. All of the vehicles were waiting as we departed the boat with Umbrellas in hand to ensure our guests stayed dried. Above and Beyond. Words can't express how much they made our wonderful day complete.
