Country Club Limousine

We used Country Club Limo for our daughter's wedding 5/28/22. We only needed a limo for 3 hours and they were the only place I contacted that had that small increment of time available. From the moment I contacted them, they were responsive, efficient, and professional. On the day of our daughter's wedding, something went wrong with the limo I had reserved, so I got a call telling me that we'd be getting a sprinter van instead.

They said it was an upgrade but that they wouldn't charge me extra for it. Their main concern was that we not be in the limo and then have it get stranded somewhere, which I really appreciated. Our driver, Nate, was professional, courteous, and informative. We had a blast as he drove us around and got us safely to the venue. I would never again use this limo service. The driver was looking like he just got done working in the yard, sloppy jeans & t-shirt. The outside of the bus needed to be throughly washed, it appeared that a small attempt was made to power wash the bus. For money I paid I was not at all happy but it was too late to change, there was 14 kids going to the prom. I had made the arrangements while in Florida. Bottom line I definitely would not recommend this limo service.

Honestly deserves more than a 5 star rating. I was referred here in 2019 by a dear friend. In which was the best referral received. Since 2019 we have used Country Club Limousine services multiple times. From daughter and son in laws engagement/wedding reveal party, to their wedding day, to employer's christmas parties. Dan, Manager and Gary, Limo Chaueffeur treat you and your family with the utmost respects, very professional and accomodating even at a last minutes notice.

Very punctual, courteous, caring and a wonderful asset. I and my family have high regards for Country Club Limousine. We will use them everytime as well as continue referring our family and friends to them.

Unless you want to have to modify your plans the day before, we recommend NOT using Country Club Limousines for your party bus needs. The owner was extremely difficult to get a hold of. When we finally did get a response, two days before the wedding, he confirmed that we would have a 24 passenger party bus with bathroom for 4 hours, as our contract stated.

The night before our wedding, I got a call from the owner telling me the bus would be down for maintenance, and he asked if I could cut my passenger list down to fit into a 13 passenger bus. When I said that wouldn't work, he told me we would have a 13 passenger bus and an SUV to carry the overflow. I agreed, thinking that some form of transportation was better than none for our group.

The day of our wedding, the party bus picked up the girls as planned, and took us to meet the guys at our venue. We took some photos and then were planning on getting back on the bus and adding the SUV for off-site photos. When we were ready to go, the SUV was there, but the party bus was nowhere to be found. They switched out our party bus, meaning that they moved all of the belongings we had left on the first bus to the SUV and then that bus left before the second bus arrived.

We had to condense our pre-ceremony photo schedule by a half hour due to their switch, making it so we weren't able to get nearly as many photos as we wanted off-site. We were not offered any discounts or any other compensation for the delays or inconvenience associated with them breaking our original contract.

I had a pick up time at 2:30 at our church after our wedding and had to call 4 times before getting a call back to where our driver was, I get misunderstandings happen but they were given the exact address to the church so there really wasn't a valid reason why the bus was almost 15 min late. no one called to let me know anyone was running later or to touch base or anything.

Our driver was very kind we really liked him however, before getting on we noticed the bus was not cleaned properly. There were crumbs on the seats, floor was dirty, etcc. For paying $500+ for 3 hours I would've expected a little better.

My wedding was Oct 23, 2021 and I am SO happy! With the chapel running a tight ship we could NOT be late! We had to leave the hotel promptly by 310, I looked out the window at 245p and there was our stretch Navigator waiting I was RELIEVED! Danny our driver was polite and got us to the church, then the park then to the reception on time, THANKS AGAIN!

Hired country club limo for my wife's bday party. The driver, Gary, was right on time. He was very professional and courteous throughout the trip. The owner was easy to deal with and answered all questions prior to my my departure. I would recommend this company to anyone.

We used Country Club Limousine for our daughters wedding, which was rescheduled 4 times due to Covid. All I can say is every time I contacted them to reschedule he was very accommodating. The day finally came and the bus was there and the wedding party had a great time. Now I have another daughter getting married and without a doubt will be contacting them again. Great company definitely recommend.

Ordered the limo for my grandsons graduation party on April 19th. The last minute on June 17th we got a text they were canceling the limo at 10pm. At night. No call but a text. We called them the guy is only for booking the limos was very unprofessional in to why he couldn't get us another one at the last minute. Used the covid for an excuse. I've been trying since that Thursday to get my $100.00 deposit back. Keeps hanging up and blocking our #'s.

He keeps playing games. Very unprofessional, and definitely will not recommend this limousine service. Very heartbreaking for my grandson. But ended up getting a very good limo company that did a wonderful job. Call D&D executive trans. For excellent service

We rented a party bus from Country Club Limousine last weekend for a holiday pub crawl. The driver was on time, fun, and very professional. He got our music playlist set up, took some great pictures before we set out for the evening, and made sure we were safe and having a good time the rest of the night. The bus was extremely nice, clean, and well stocked. It was a great evening and everyone had fun. We look forward to using this company again!
