My truck was towed there and when I called to see what the price was, they told me they close at 4:30. Online it says 6pm. First red flag. Secondly why the hell would a tow place close before the end of the regular work day? Makes no sense. Like ppl don't get off at 5pm? But this is a blue collar establishment? I have the money to give they guys but now you mean to tell me I gotta pay an extra $12? Pretty inconvenient for anyone who works a regular job. But hey I mean the place is adjacent to the police station.

So last week I had needed a tow and was calling some places in the area and y'all where the cheapest place I found! After waiting a while the tow guy finally came! He got out of the truck and said hi I'm Toby what's wrong with your car! Right off the back this Ignorant guy started with an attitude and was on the phone the WHOLE TIME! Talking about this lunch thing or w e with his girlfriend and was pissed that he had work.
Then proceeded to to call me a fucking faggot! I called the number again screaming at some guy name Scott I guess as he was apologizing repeatedly and was able to calm me down and sent another driver cuz I told him that I not only felt unsafe and uncomfortable at this point! This guy has been the rudest I've ever had to deal with. THANK GOD for Scott if it was for him I would NEVER come back to this towing company!
I will be recommending people here just for the simple fact of how respectful and kind Scott was! If I could tell him myself I would so please do it for me. I'm still rating it a 1 star do to the Toby guy! I would be embarrassed to have a guy like him work for me. thanks Scott your amazing!

My van was in an accident and the police had it towed to Vitalone's. I called that evening to let them know I would be sending a tow company the following day to pick it up. I met the tow driver there at 8:20 am and went inside to give V's my police Dept release of the vehicle and he asked me who would be paying the fees. I said I would and asked how much.
When he gave me the amt and said cash only, I asked why someone didn't give me that info when I called the day before. The young guy in there started yelling at me that they didn't open until 9 am and it says so right on their door and also says cash only. (As if I could magically see their door through my telephone.) And he kept yelling about how it says they open at 9am on their website too (it actually says open 24 hours).
It was extremely unprofessional behavior. When I returned with the cash, I thought the older man (who I assumed is the owner) might apologize. He didn't. I will never use their services again.

Called Vitalone's as my sprinter box truck broke down. operator (Matt) took all my info in, specifically asked about the HEIGHT and LENGTH of the vehicle before he gave me the price and got my agreement to send the tow. once the tow truck came they loaded my truck and delivered it to the mechanic. the driver of the tow truck was very professional, did a great job and then the ripoff happened. gentleman that answered the phone invoices me DOUBLE than originally agreed, stating he didn't know it was a box truck but when we originally spoke he specifically asked me for the HEIGHT and LENGTH of the BOX! It's pretty sad that a legit business of this size and local presence actually uses this kind of a practice to increase their business revenue. again I will state the service provided by the tow truck driver was five stars but the business it's self gets less than 1 start for the ripoff business they are running.

Absolutely amazing limo service! Mike was so helpful through the whole planning process and really came through when the hotel screwed up the hotel shuttle for our wedding guests. The limo bus was super clean, very spacious (we had 22 people plus coolers), and had a great sound system. I would recommend this limo service to anyone!

Horrible service. We were told 80 dollars for a tow. Waited an hour for the first car who called before he got there and said he got hit by another car. Waited another hour for the 2nd car who brought the wrong tow truck instead of a flat bed which he needed for our flat. He also told us the 1st car never got hit but just wasn't suppose to come to us because someone else called first.
That is reasonable but why lie and say you were hit. Call to see what was going on for the man on the other side of the phone to be rude and call me a liar saying I didn't say I had a flat. Then told me it's 100 dollars for flats. Ended up calling another company to come.

I moved to Willoughby from Columbus just a month ago. The lease on my Toyota ends in August, so I wanted the car detailed to ensure there is no hassle when I turn it in. Also, I'll be negotiating this week on a replacement vehicle. As the deal moves forward, they will want to see the vehicle I'm currently leasing. My car's paint was not as shiny as it was three years ago.
The interior was less than clean. I had a paint chip taken out of my rear bumper. There were paint scrapes on both outside mirrors plus a few scuffs on the doors, bumpers, etc. I gave up the car for a day to have it detailed. It now looks like new! My wife's lease runs another year and a half, but we've decided to get it detailed before end of autumn. She deserves to feel comfortable when she's driving to and from work. Obviously I am impressed. I think you will be, too.
