Al was our driver for prom. He was on time and drove his Cadillac through dirt to pick us up. The car was very nice, had TVs, heated/cooling seats, massage seats, and a sky roof. Al treated us well and while we ate dinner he washed the car so we could show up to prom in a beautiful car. We really had a great experience with Al and Monument Limousine Service. We recommend them for any special event in the Southern area.

Due to Covid, we utilized Monument Limo for a substitute Prom for our daughter and several of her friends. They went in a beautiful white HumV limo from our doorstep up to dinner in Denver and back. We could not have been more pleased. Pricing was reasonable and the service spectacular. I highly recommend Monument Limo and would definitely use them again. Al, the owner of Monument Limo, helped the kiddos get their music setup in the limo's speakers, provided water and sparkling cider at no charge. It was really quite a wonderful experience for everyone.

Excellent professional service! I was in a bind trying to find a reliable and safe ride for my wife from N. C Springs to the COS airport. Calling a taxi was impossible and other services were unavailable/booked out. bottom line there are very few options within the area. I was extremely happy when Al answered the call and agreed to pick up my wife for a fair price in a Chrysler 300 Sedan, it was perfect. He was on time, extremely kind and very professional. If there were more stars to give, my bride and I would max them out. Al was absolutely a joy to work with! He was extremely transparent, thoughtful and generous when working with us on our budget! He expressed ideas to help keep cost low but the service and experience extremely high! He was prompt when picking us up from our wedding and was a great driver even when we drove into snow! We used the H2 hummer limo. Great vehicle, great service and just an over all great experience! You will pick your own pocket if you book with anyone else!
