Jonathan, the owner, came through with exceptional service yet again. We flew into Denver and were greeted promptly by Jonathan who had water and a great selection of movies waiting for us. I appreciate Jonathan's commitment to service shown through his care for his vehicles. Great company and owner with great service. Thank you for getting us up the mountain safely.

While driving he would use his iPad. Very unprofessional, unsafe driver. Stay away from this business.

Just called to book a ride. The dispatcher strangely asked me a few questions to see how i had gotten to my orignal location. When i answered Uber the guy started flipping out and saying he wouldnt give us a ride. Here's the deal buddy.uber is convenient, polite, and rightly priced. All I wanted to do is give this business my money for a service.

Maybe this is why your business is not doing so well (just saying that bc you sounded very bitter). If I had gotten a good experience with this service i would have probably used it again. Now, nope. Thanks for nothing!

Jonathan Levine is rude and unprofessional, and it's crazy that he's still in business. He was so disrespectful last night that I finally told him he didn't need to be rude. He then demanded that I apologize. TO HIM. Insane. I said I would rather get out and take a cab, and the rest of our party agreed and came with me. Jonathan your response to everyone seems to be that they were drunk.

I was not, and you were the one that was out of line. Furthermore, if you don't like to be around people that are drinking, I suggest you find another line of work. You take no responsibility for your bad attitude, but from these reviews you are driving your business into the ground anyway. Everyone else - take High Mountain taxi and skip the overcharging diva.

Don't waste your time with this company, they will leave you hanging if, at anytime, the driver doesn't like you. My friends and I were left on the side of the road at 2 am, in 5 degree weather, because the driver was "loosing out on money" waiting for us all to leave the halloween party we were at. We told him he could just charge us for time he had to wait (5 minutes), and to chill out, because we tip well, so he pulled over and told us to get out, because we were too intoxicated.

The owner is a jerk as well and eventually came to pick us up to "see how intoxicated we were", realized we weren't overly intoxicated as the driver claimed and tried to make excuses about how difficult it is to find good drivers. He then tried to make one of the girls a VIP, because she was nice, even though everyone else in the hummer was already holding a VIP card.

Guess what? People call cabs in this valley when they have been drinking, either hire more competent drivers, or find a new business! You will find posts similar to this all over the internet, but the owner does a great job of deleting them somehow and making up excuses about how people are "too intoxicated".

DON'T EVER TAKE THEM! The owner of this company let 6 people out on the side of I-70 after asking him politely to turn on the radio and then called the police on them saying how they were out of control and combative. After the 4 police came, they were amazed at actually how in control we were and that they would file an official complaint about the owner and this company instead of us.

I have now heard from 2 other groups of people who have had this happen by the owner where he freaks out and lets his customers out wherever he sees fit! The cost may be less expensive than a cab but at least you will get home safe in a cab! Clearly the first review is from an employee!

Horrible experience with Hummers of Vail on Friday night. My daughter was in an accident on Vail pass. Taken to Vail Medical Center with possible head injury. She had no transportation upon discharge and had to use this service from Vail to Frisco, since her car had been towed due to damage. The driver stole my daughters' I Phone. He charged her $170.00 for a 30 minute ride.

When she realized her phone was gone, she immediately called Hummers and spoke to Jonathan Levine. He was extremely rude and hung up on her. She again called on Saturday. Again, she was hung up on. She knew her phone has been taken because it was immediately turned off, so it could not be traced. This company is crooked. They over charge and they hire drivers who steal, and they don't care.

My daughter was not drinking, just slid on the icy pass. The driver, however, did appear to have been drinking. I really wish she had called the police immediately on this situation, but having just been through the trauma of an accident, it was not the first thing on her mind. A sad and pathetic company that chooses to take advantage of an injured young woman.

My friends and I had the worst experience last night with one of the drivers, I think his name was Johnathan as well, funny that i actually think he was the owner of the company. We got into the car and he was rude right off the bat, demanding our address, interrupting and yelling NO THE EXACT ADDRESS, then interrupted to answer the phone for a girl trying to get a ride and ended up yelling at her in front of us and hanging up on her! we all had a silent awkward drive while he was cursing and my friend reached to change the radio station, and he went completely crazy and slammed on the breaks and kicked us out of the car miles from our destination past the 2:00 bus so we were stranded and it was raining and cold.

We were not intoxicated, inappropriate or rude in any way to deserve this treatment. We were all appauled. The first experience I had with Hummers of Vail, I was completely sober and alone and taken 1.3 miles and charged $67, when i argued this the driver claimed I was drunk and to get out of the car and then hassled me for not tipping and sped off!

When i called the company the next day and two times after that, I never received any kind of call back or anything. This company is out of their minds if they think they will last with any success. Extremely disrespectful and completely out of line, even in front of a car full of women. Disgusting.

This was the best deal. Instead of taking a taxi to Vail Village to go out on a night of drinking, we took the hummer. From Edwards to Vail Village it was $45, divide that by 7 people and that's only $7 each plus tip, great deal! Way cheaper than a cab. Also the hummer can fit more people inside so its way better than trying to cram everyone into one cab or taking multiple cabs.

Another great thing is that you can reserve a ride home with the hummer, just let the guy know you'll want a return ride and you can just call him up and he'll be there. After the bars have all closed and everyone else is waiting hours outside for a cab, you'll already be home sitting by the fire. The funniest part about the return ride is that our driver made us install a secret code so that if we were really drunk and bringing people home with us he would know for sure we were competent enough to.

Our secret code was "Boulder", but unfortunately it wasn't used by anyone that night. The Hummer of Vail is available 24 hours and they have great rates for traveling all over that area, it really is worth using so no one has to be the DD.
