Dan drove my husband and I around on our wedding day. We have absolutely no complaints - he was friendly, helpful, punctual and communicated with us well. Dan made sure that we had everything we needed to be comfortable and even helped us out with something in a pinch! Some of our original plans had changed - Dan adapted well without complaint. He seemed very knowledgeable about the area and roads. We highly recommend Dan and Star Limousine!

I used Star Limo for my wedding, and they were amazing! We used 2 large 27-person shuttles to transport guests between Marriott Pittsburgh North & Succop Nature Park, and everything went super smoothly. Thank you for being so helpful and ensuring that our guests got to and from the venue safely! I would absolutely recommend other use the service of Star Limousine. Keep up the great work!

No option for zero stars, darn. We used this shuttle service as they were the only one associated with Marriott North in Cranberry. Big mistake. The driver, picked up one group from hotel and took to venue, and one trip from venue to the hotel. We had guests, our entire bridal party, and us, bride and groom stranded at our venue until MIDNIGHT! The shuttle was supposed to run 330-5 and 10-1130.
He left at 1030 and never came back. We called star limo FOUR times as they proceeded to tell us he was in route. He arrived at freaking midnight. We missed half our after party. Also, driver was swerving and on his cell phone looking for directions after we got lost. Totally unprofessional and I'll be sure to spread the word. We called Sunday and haven't received any call back from manager as we were promised to receive today. Thanks for ruining the end of a perfect night.

OK - taxi service in Pittsburgh is the worst in the entire world, but the Vet Taxi Service of Star is the best here. I know that isn't saying much, but I can say from personal experience they got me to my destination and because of some luck on my part got me back. No other service could help - so the Vets are the best.

I've used Star Limousine twice now, and compared to other limousine services I've used, they're lackluster at best. One trip was to the airport, and the other was back home from the airport. Neither driver knew how to get around the east end very well, and one of the drivers even ran the stop light at Forbes and Shady! When I hire a limo, I expect to be relaxing, not constantly giving directions and fearing for my life at the same time. At $79 each way, it was only 63 cents per mile (over 26 miles) more expensive than taking a taxi, but that price still seems pretty high, especially for the service.
