Elegante Limousine Service

I was driving up a hill to make a left hand turn and a white van that said king on it that was full of passengers ran a stop sign to make a left right in front of me. Only reason I'm writing this is because it could have been a bad incident hadn't I realized the situation before it was too late. All of those people possibly would not have made it to their destination. The drivers are responsible for those people. Make sure these drivers are competent to having these people in their hands.

Driver waited patiently until we had gone through customs and picked up luggage. He put our luggage in the car and took luggage out when we arrived at home. Very pleasant man. King Limousine has always been reliable transporting us to and from the airport. Highly recommend.

We have used King for years and they were always great. For our last trip, the driver showed up one hour- yes one hour - late to take us for our international flight. When I called the office twice, the reservationist hung up on me each time because she had no answer. I left a message for the CEO but did not receive a call - but they have charged our credit card in fill for the trip.

Lesson learned, we'll be calling uber or lyft in the future. BTW, it's interesting that they ask you to call them directly if you have a negative review, I'm not sure this will ever be posted. Shameful.

King Limo services are thoroughly reliable and consistently excellent. Drivers are knowledgeable, professional, and welcoming. and always on time (or comfortably earlier than the designated pick-up time). They make it their business to deliver you to your destination safely, comfortably, and in plenty of time to catch that train or plane. Kudos, King Limo!

We (my husband and I) utilized King Transportation as a shuttle service to the Phillies game opening day weekend. The reservation was simple to make. The driver picked us up at the house and dropped us off as close to the park as possible. At the end of the game I got lost trying to figure out where my pick up point should be (I got Xfinity Live confused with Live Casino).

I was able to call our driver, James. I felt like he saved us. He told us to hold tight and he would get us. I can't tell you how thankful I was. James was kind, courteous and put me at ease. I would definitely recommend using this company.

Switched to King limo about 5 yrs ago, couldn't be happier I did! Had a limo driver pick up my wife and I from the airport last night, had a truly pleasurable ride home! The driver's name is Rich Gelette, a true professional, who was an avid Philly sports fan like myself! Thanks King Limo for hiring such great people!

King Limo was great and put us all at ease on the day of our wedding! Mike was always available and responded to all of our emails and phone calls very quickly. The drivers arrived early at each stop and got us where we all needed to be on time! Our driver even got out at the church to make sure everyone was behind closed doors before the bridal party exited the limo. Overall great price, great service, and easy to work with. Would highly recommend them for any special occasion where you need to rely on transportation!

We have repeatedly used King Limo for airport transportation. We find the drivers to be professional, courteous and time conscious. The drivers usually arrive early which allows for luggage adjustments. We recently encountered a rare hiccup with luggage. Patti helped me with reservations! So sweet and lovely to talk to! Returned my call and emails immediately. Willie, our driver, was amazing! He showed up early. Was extremely personable, pleasant and happy to fulfill any requests we had! We went into the city and one of my friends left her phone in the bus. We called him and he was so kind saying he will come right back and deliver to us and to stay inside the establishment. He was the best! We are beyond happy with our choice of King Limo again, as we have used them many times before, including our wedding! Highly recommend! 5 stars

Easy to work with. I booked a shuttle van/bus for our wedding. I did not personally get to use this service however I received feedback that it was excellent. Thank you for making our wedding easy for our guests.

I drove with this company to the airport this past Tuesday and the driver was unvaccinated; I reached out to the VP of operations to complain and he was useless in addressing my concerns for safety and now having to take a COVID test, which is going to cost me money. Clearly, This company puts dollars before your health and you should avoid them like the plague!

Extremely professional service. Both of out drivers (different driver for round trip getaway) were both very patient with me and my daughter, as we thought we were ready to go with packing but were not. (Both on the way there and back!) They both waited and were as kind as can be. This is my 3rd time using King Limo over the years and I can't think of a single negative thing to say.

They were quick at providing a quote and the quote was reasonable, especially because their driver will meet you at baggage claim. They're also very aggressive at emailing you about reminders for the pickup, confirmations, re-confirmations and similar correspondence (which I like). Their app is helpful for initiating reservations, and is intuitive to use.

They were on time, if not early, with my name on the tablet/placard as promised. It took a long time to get my bags and the driver was a great conversationalist. He was also very polite, always offered to help carry bags, open doors. I used this service to travel to and from PHL, and the cars were clean and comfortable. Would definitely use again!

We used to use a different service or a cab from ground transport to and from the airport in Philly but on a suggestion from a family member we made the switch to King and will not go back. It is so nice to not have to worry about what kind of cab is going to pick us up or have to wait for other riders to be picked up or let off because less expensive services do not offer direct rides for not that much more money. If you want to cut 90-120 minutes off of your total travel time AND feel like you are riding in a nice safe vehicle then spend the extra $50!

From the moment I booked my reservation I knew I was in good hands. The people you speak to on the phone are so kind and helpful. I was traveling to the airport with 3 other people and we had a total of 11 bags. I was nervous when booking a ride because I was afraid all of our bags wouldn't be able to fit. But the customer service rep I spoke to assured me everything would fit.

My ride was scheduled for 3:15 am and I was given the opportunity to track my driver starting at 2:15 am. I was also given a phone number to a 24 hour customer service line if I had any questions. Our driver Dave showed up early but did not rush us to get in the car. He waited until we were ready then helped us load all 11 bags into the car. Once all the bags were loaded he opened the door for us to get in and closed the door for us once we got comfortable. Dave was very sociable (considering it was 3 am) and was flexible with the route we took.

We made it to the airport with time to spare and Dave then helped us get our bags out. He was so kind and we felt we received exceptional care we decided to tip on top of the tip you pay when making a reservation. The whole process booking with King Limo was very easy, the care we received was great and I will definitely be using their services again! I highly recommend to anyone looking for airport transportation! Thank you!

I booked a trip for my son from Newark airport. The woman that took the reservation (I apologize for forgetting her name) was helpful and very professional. The emailed confirmation was an added plus. The email also gives a link to track the driver on the day of the pickup. The driver (Khan) was on time and very friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend King Limo.

Booked pretty last minute, but they were wonderful. Our driver, Lynn, was very nice and went above and beyond. He took some photos for us. Took off one star because the radio/usb connection was a bit finicky.

Great experience! Booking with Liam was easy. He answered all questions I had and then some. Our trip was complicated as we used King for a tubing trip that did not have easy pick-up/drop off locations but our drivers were great and made it work. Prompt service. Would 100% recommend - pricing was fair for the distance of the trip and vehicle for 20 people and coolers, floats, etc. Shout to Denise and Willie, our drivers - Denise was a blast, and Willie was kind enough to meet up with a friend who left her phone on the bus after he dropped us off.

This car service provided our family with a quick and safe ride. The pickup was right on time, and the company sent us a photo of the driver, along with the type of car we would have. The trip was smooth even though it was during rush hour, and the drop off went off without a hitch. The ride back was a week later (from the Manhattan Cruise terminal).

Our driver was early, and connected with us before we even got off our ship. How he found us is a mystery - but the pickup was smooth as silk. Again, we had a quick and direct door to door ride, with a truly professional driver. I was nervous about spending the money (kind of pricey!) on a company I didn't really know, for a ride from Pennsylvania to New York, but this experience put those questions to rest. I can't wait to use this service again!

So glad to have established a business relationship with such a nice and friendly company, very easy to deal with and was able to make adjustments as late as 2 days prior, it helps when dealing with clients and ever changing schedules.

Fantastic! I have been using King Limo for the past couple of years and they do not disappoint. Keith Palmer is the best driver and Cam in dispatch is awesome to deal with. We have used them for concerts, trips to AC, airport shuttles, girls night out, etc.

I had a horrible experience when setting up transportation for my new executive in May. The driver picked up the wrong person, there was no communication, the car was dirty with no water bottles and the entire experience was just terrible from beginning to end. If I call a transportation company and set up a pick-up from an international flight, the driver and company should contact the guest and make them feel like they are taken care of.

It was a cluster and I was calling the 800 number from North Carolina to get the ETA of the car in PHL while the guest was running around the baggage claim area. Never again will I use or recommend King. I will be using more professional companies like Sterling so that I and my boss have piece of mind.

Kings limo is the best. We used them a few times this past summer. And each time we were very well taken care of. We rented three cars in July for our son's wedding. The cars were clean, cool, comfortable and the drivers were professional and courteous! One particular shout out to our driver Ron, who we had two times this summer and he is so nice. Ron takes his job seriously and treated us like royalty. Thanks Ron! We have kings on top of our list for car rentals! Thanks!

Everything related to King Limo went smooth on our recent trip to California. The reservation process was simple. I received immediate confirmation via e-mail and on the cell phone application. Both the trip out, and the trip back were on time. I found the drivers to be very professional. I would certainly use King Limo again.

Will never use their service again. Had a flight cancellation on my way home from Costa Rica and they charged me 4 different times because they messed up my new flight info. Still waiting for them to release $1200 back into my bank account. Would not recommend king limousine service!

I have nothing but good things to say about King Limo. From requesting a quote to the final trip, King Limo was always friendly, professional, and courteous! I searched high and low for a limo rental company who would allow to me to reserve two, separate one-way transfers for a concert one weekend. We had a large group of friends coming in from out of town and reserved the 21-Passenger Mini Bus for a concert at the Tower Theatre. Meg was the account specialist who provided my trip quote and who I booked my reservation through.

She was so friendly and explained the details of the trip and charges thoroughly. Our driver, Chris, was also very courteous and professional. He arrived early, allowed us to bring our road-sodas along, and even searched for a radio station that would set the mood for the evening. He even provided me with his direct phone number and let me know he would be remaining in the area just in case the concert let out earlier than anticipated; all I had to do was call.

The concert let out right on time and he was there waiting for our return trip. We loaded up and headed home! I would recommend using King in a heartbeat to anyone and they will certainly be my first choice in the future. Thanks for a great experience King Limo, you made the night!
